Exceptional”

Spent a night at MoMo's and glad I did so. Right from the check-in, everything was very smooth. They have a self check in kiosk at the front desk. Room was above my expectation as it was cosy and I had a great night of sleep. Facility was well maintained and this hotel is relatively new. Hotel is very accessible, its a 5 to 10mins walk from sultan ismail Lrt station and there are F&B outlets nearby. Kudos to one of the front desk staff, Maddy for going the extra mile to assist me with the wifi issue. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to KL.

I booked at momo’s hotel but temporarily close. So they upgrade me at the chow kit hotel. I’m so surprised and happy for that. The hotel room is awesome, clean and lovely. I loved momo’s and the chowkit hotel. Hopefully can come again

Cheaper but nice hotel”

It's hard to find cheaper hotel in KL but with a nice accommodation. But MoMo's will offer you one. You won't be regret. It's a nice place to stay.

Found the hotel on Twitter so I decided to check in there before registering to my university . The staff was so great, like all of them is very welcoming. The hotel location is really strategic cause around em’ there’s tons of good restaurant to eat. Kinda disappointed with the room size at first but if we consider the price.. it indeed worth the price. For those who want a bigger space, better take rooms with higher price. Anyways, It was a great experience staying there and i might go there again

* Room clean, comfortable, nice & acceptable price (Rm90 included tax booked in agoda) * friendly & helpful staff * great location ( 7& 11 , Sogo department & local food restaurant nearby) convenience of transportation (monorail) Need to improve * hotel provided open parking space with charges but parking space very limited, customer need to find own self, if check in on weekend there’s have public parking, if fully parked then have to park charges parking lot with 3rd party. * at night hotel lobby area have karaoke activity, that’s quite noisy and disturbing sleep quality. * if can shortage the check out time progress, would be great. The rest was great. 👍👍👍

Exceptional”

Room was just nice as it is; a crash pad yet had many basic amenities in the room that other budget hotels couldnt provide. The room and the toilet were both exceptionally clean and the toiletries smelled supreme. The staffs were really accommodating. Had to pay RM100 for a night deposit yet it was all worth it. Dont know if I would say the same for the food. The food was delicious yet a bit overpriced as the portion couldnt compensate the price albeit if you are there to experience good food, the tacos are exquisite. Enjoyed my short stay

Thanks for decorating the room so well with roses & decorations. The room is very clean, with thick towel, good shower gels, large Samsung smart TV, friendly staffs, good bars with foods downstairs & anywhere of the hotel & restaurant is so "instagrammable". However, even though we requested a quiet room, the room we had, can hear what's happening at restaurant down there quite well. At the window there, has a sticker mentioned we can request ear plugs from receptionist, but we realized it was too late, and we're so lazy & tired to get our bodies out of the bed. It's at the center of city, with convenient public transport (well connected walkway bridge to monorail & lrt), expects to have no car park nearby available. We're informed can park of "the chow kit" can be used as well, but after checked the rate, we decided to park at the private car park behind "the chow kit". We enjoyed our stay well, thanks.

Crash pad for 2 room is bigger than the other options... Overall is very clean and the price is very reasonable... Location is great too walking distance to monorail and lrt... Very beautiful room design... And the shower and shampoo set is very nice~just be extra careful if u're solo traveller especially girl coz there are a few people wondering around at night over there... The only cons is the parking Rm15 per day...overall i enjoy the room and the shower so much~xD

Its worth the money”

The overall design is just majestic. The staffs were amazing. The room is clean and their shampoos is absolutely amazing. The tv in the room is way better than the other hotels that offered the same price. I would love to come here again!

Cosy room with nice bathroom.”

I spent a night here for weekend getaway and I must say that our stay exceeded my expectation. The location is accessible by public transport. The staff is amazing and helpful. The check in process a little bit hectic but its a weekend, I won't complain. The room was clean, hygenic and spacious (for the price that I paid). The bathroom is nice and clean. Such a pleasant stay,most definitely will stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Exactly like photo shows. Value for money. Friendly staff. Beautiful interior design and suitable for selfie. Bed is comfortable. The water supply very strong. Walkable distance to LRT station, 7-11 and Sogo shopping mall. At night can go down to have some drinks and enjoy the music. I would recommend to couple, backpackers, solo travelers but in my opinion is not suitable for family. I love it very much and definitely will come to stay for the next time.

Excellent modern hotel”

The hotel is a great place to relax in a hectic city. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The room was very modern, the bed super comfortable with a great view over the city. The best bit was the shower though - the best shower we had in 3 weeks of travelling around Malaysia!! The location is v good, around 20 mins walk to the Petronas Towers and Independence Square (I think thats what it is called). There are lots of restaurants nearby including a great halal Chinese opposite - the noodles are amazing, just like we had in China. The food at the hotel is also really good, I haven't had avocado in 4 months - loved it! We would definitely stay here again.

Noisy hotel”

Pro: A very nice and chic hotel with reasonable price in city centre. Con: Very noisy in the mid-night. We stayed on Saturday night and it was very very very noisy during midnight as there are a lot of Mat rempit in the area having their illegal racing party from 12am-4am. Come here on weekend if you wish to have a sleepless night.

New Concept Hotel”

Pro:- 1) Room have astro sport, news & movie channel. 2) Really like bath soap. Love the smell, feel like to make it as perfume. Haha. 3) Big towel can put 2 person. 4) Reception name Mandy is very good in give explaination. 5) Concept hotel make u feel like Gen-Z. Haha. 6) Near to monorail (around 10-15min). Cons:- 1) Parking very limited & even hotel parking, u will be charge RM 15 for 24 hours. If u stay 2 night u have to pay RM 30. Very expensive.

Room 315 (crashpad)”

small and compact room. suitable for those who came to rest and sleep after playing tourist around KL. and this the is first hotel i’ve been checked in that uses smart tv and it was cool because who watched normal tv channel these days hahaha their wifi connection was strong enough. everything was good and definitely will come again.

We stayed in Bunkies & Crashpad”

Our group stayed in Bunkies (M Floor) and Crashpad (6th Floor). The staff at reception are all very friendly and smiling all the time. The taxi/Grab driver had problem locating the property so I suggest you tell the driver your destination is The Chow Kit - Ormond. Momo’s located in the same building. The place is really noisy at night, Friday night karaoke till 12am, motorbikes racing and disrupted our sleep. On Saturday night, instead of motorbike racing, there were car racing 😭. Even on the 6th Floor, we could hear it. You can get earplugs from the reception but I don’t practice that as I need to be “all ears” when staying in a hotel for safety purpose. The room is clean but I found some dead insects by the window sill as I rolled up the blind. Housekeeping was prompt in delivering items and polite. The body shampoo, shampoo and hand wash has very pleasant smell and water pressure is very strong. There are two bottles of water in each room and refillable at the lobby. This place is highly recommended for the young at heart as from evening onwards we see youngsters mingling in Momosita’s in the lobby. It takes about 15 mins to Mid Valley and 30 mins to Sunway Pyramid by Grab.

Awfully surprised atmosphere, best bang for bucks!”

We were so much enjoyed our staying in Momo. The cafe environment, the lighting, the design, the bathroom, we love every bits of it! The room is small as per expected, however, the bathroom is one of the best i have experienced! The bathroom design, water level, and shampoo provided are awesome! Highly recommended hotel, 5-stars rating from me.

Nice place to stay with a tight budget.”

The staff was very helpful and professional. Waiting time get a room was around 5 minutes. Easy check out. I love the toilet, except for the fact that it does not have a bidet... Oh, and it was kinda noisy at night too. Other than that, the hotel is very very trendy and instagram worthy. Might return here when I go to KL again.

Nice and Simple”

The staffs were very friendly and they served us well the first step we enter the hotel. The hotel is about a 10-15mins walk from monorail station. The room is small but suits just right and contains all necessary things for travellers who are finding an valued stay.
