Nice facilities, good and fun stay”

Overall is excellence, welcome drink , free ice cream for kid 2pm to 5pm, cocktail buy one free one for happy hour , the best thing is there is Pool access room which is great . My room is not bad, pool view at third floor, very convenient and rooms has bath tub which my kids is super duper enjoy it . Beside, the best thing is the swimming pool is open from 7am to 11pm beside bar and restaurant. One thing to improve is only the room phone is not in function and bathroom one light need to change bulk. Great stay in Monkham Village Hatyai. Strongly recommended 👍🏼

Nice hotel and clean”

Drive in to Hat Yai and stay in this hotel. Plenty of parking space available. Hotel room is clean and the hotel environment is good and relaxing. Taking taxi to Lee Garden area is around 5-8min with 80 to 100baht.

The hotel is beautifully and newly built in a nice and quiet location in Hat Yai. The room is cozy with good facilities. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly clean and inexpensive.

Pros We had a great stay as the hotel is new,the room is also clean with nice deco.love the swimming pool area so much.cleanliness is what i like about this hotel. Cons We were informed that halal food will be served separately for the breakfast,but we were a bit frustrated that it was served on the same section with nonhalal food.and i also had requested for room at lower floor,but they couldnt provide us with that,without clear explanation why we couldnt have another room on the other floor.plus, we have to wait outside of our room for more than 5mins in order for the housekeeping to finish cleaning up the room plus adding the extra bed for us.same room been opened for hotel guests maybe.ended up there was a jeans inside the wardrobe,left by previous guest.

Great Stay for Couple and Group!”

The services from staff is impressed me. The bell boy cum security ran to us when he saw our taxi nearby and he helped us carried all our luggage to the hotel room door steps. They served refreshment drink during our arrival and while waiting for check in. The reception brought us to the room and introduced to us all the facilities they have in the room. Moreover, they can assists in calling cab/tuktuk on behalf, but it takes longer time during peak hour. There is a 7-11 right behind the hotel with special access for hotel guests only. The breakfast has moderate variety and good taste as well. We did enjoy our time at pool for buy 1 free 1 cocktail promotion during evening. The bathroom has a special feature whereby there is AV system linked to television and we enjoyed our shower & bathtub time while watching TV shows.

A wonderful stay”

Pro-This hotel is a new hotel, their beds and all facilities are new and clean. The room is very spacious and the toilet itself is big too. Water pressure is great and heater functions well. Love the design of this hotel, makes it look clean and hygienic. The tv has lots of channels, including some English and other international channels other than Thai channels. The swimming pool is about 1.35m in depth, and has a bar close to it. It creates a really relaxing vibe for us to chill there. Breakfast was great with fruits, cereals, porridge, rice, vermicelli provided. They are delicious. And the staffs are super lovely and helpful. Con- 1)not really sound proof, therefore you can hear some noises, it was ok. 2)there is no bar lock at the door which means you can’t open the door slightly to peek if needed but they do provide a peek hole and a handle lock so no worries. It’s still safe. All in all, we love the stay and would definitely recommend others to come!

Very satisfying experience ”

I selected a pool access room. Room design is heritage and unique. Husband n son love it. We took dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Food is delicious and reasonable price. At night where we r already on bed, The staff surprised me with a small piece of birthday cake. 😊 The next morning, breakfast not very very variety but enough for chosen and taste good. Location is very convenient. Happy experience 😊

Good Services , Location is consider strategic , walking distance to bar, 7-11”

A very beautiful place with pool side bar, tuk tuk reachable with 20bath per pax. helpfull staff and good services. Another street of this hotel is facing to the main road, which have variety choice of the restaurant / local stall. Entrance look abit out from town but its actually walking distance to BAR and etc.

Perfect for swimming lover, if you book a room with pool access (higher price). However, staff were noisy since early morning, and my room was the first room (out of the four) which was opposite the breakfast room. so, make sure to raise your concern or go for the other 3 rooms behind.

Worth for the money”

I have stayed there for 2N with my family and found this hotel will be a good choice based on the location and facilities. Even though the breakfast is limited, but the food is nice with good service. The room space is limited for the family room and the tiles are slippery which is not suitable for elderly people. Overall the hotel is nice and highly recommended and also will come back again.

Very nice and comfy hotel. Love it. Breakfast very nice, swimming pool very relax. Environment relax and clean. Room very special and clean. Staff very friendly. There is a hotel private access shortcut to 7-11 convenience store, super convenience! Overall love it very much! Will definitely come back next time!

Everythings were great!”

We are given welcome juice while check in,as we arrived early,they allow us to check in early.the staff was so polite,its just i dont like the breakfast they served.they shouldnt mix with pork because its a sensitive issue for muslims. Another thing,they shouldnt charge breakfast for kids age 4y because they didnt eat much like adult..however,i like the stay here. Maybe they should at least hire staff that can speak english so that we can talk to them properly.

Room and Bathroom”

I think, the bathroom at this hotel is not cleaning because when I back from outside that my wife check it. We found some hair on the floor inside the room and bathroom. I can find only this one that I was not happy because I went to there with my family. Food enviropment and service in this hotel, I think very good. Please recheck the room and bathroom after cleaning before the new customer check in, this will make your hotel to be better.

Nice Stay In Monkham Village in December”

We did arrived quite early but the room are ready and able to check in. Took 2 room for 2 nights stay. Minor hiccup on the additional person charges but thanks to the staff (forgot her name that can speak English quite well) managed to sort out things and make me happy at the end. Love the connecting rooms with bath tub, cable tv channel with ample channel and the breakfast timing (till 1pm). My kids love the pool very much. Will consider the place if come again to HatYai. Parking is ample and under the building. Location is about 5 mins by car to Lee Garden area. Thank you.

Overall is ok ”

Nice pool bar, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast is just so so. The hotel policy is strictly, I got 5 person and I booking 2 rooms. Only able for 4 person so the 5 person need to pay extra 800baht for extra bed (include breakfast). But the extra bed also big and comfortable. So is worth to pay.

Luxury for travellers on a budget”

Amazing rooms. Amazing pool. Amazing breakfast. We are budget travellers but could not say no to the comfort that we enjoyed for a really reasonable price.

Very Big, New, clean and extremely polite staff”

We feel in love with the room. Value for money, clean and new. Not in the central city area but I understand that there is a shuttle service which we did not use as we have our own transport. Very impressed with the polite staff.

New and Clean Hotel ”

I have been upgraded to deluxe pool access room on my stay to this hotel. Room was big, clean and my son love it so much. Location is convenience to halal food and 7 Eleven for hotel guest. I will stay to this hotel again when I'm back to Hatyai.
