Near Airport, Clean, Kind Owner”

We stayed here just for one night, because we have flight next day. The location is good. From airport KLIA or KLIA2 you can take free bus to here use bus sepang SPG1 or SPG2 but make sure to the driver bus that bus will go and stop to Salak Tinggi Erl and you can stop and wait for bus to back airport from Medan Kota Warisan stop. This hostel near Night market. You can find cheap food at there like soya bean, kwetiau goreng, nasi ayam just around 2-5 MYR. Next time i will stay here again if have transit flight. This is my 2nd stayed in this hostel. Spent here just one night waiting for connecting flight. Ideally for early morning flights to/from KLIA and KLIA2! Perfect for a layover, reachable by using KLIA Transit only RM5 exit at Salak Tinggi station but still need a long walk (20mins) although the road is safe, even at midnight and you just walk alone. Jessy, owner was very helpful offering information and very friendly with quick replying email. Toileteries such as head shampoo & conditional, body shampoo, toilet papers, loads of hangers, slippers, free water, coffee, tea, cookies and biscuits included. A very well maintained budget accommodation, very clean and neat (rooms & bathrooms), decent size room, comfy beds, strong working AC. Hostel has a share fridge where you can keep drinks cold. Cookery, glass and any dining utensils are available in public kitchen with free simple self-made breakfast (bread, coffee, tea). Good water pressure when switch on the heater during shower.

Awesome Hostel”

• Super Friendly & Helpful Owner • Great Location. There is a bus stop right in front of the hostel, or if You prefer going to the airport by KLIA Transit Train, the station just 500M away from the hostel, plenty of cheap & super tasty food store around the hostel. • Worth the money, due to this hostel is quite cheap but the service is awesome. I'll definitely will stay here if I have a chance to visit Sepang again.

Close to the airport; good for one night”

Moon Eleven is a good place to stay if you need somewhere close to the airport. I had a night in Kuala Lumpur between flights and this hotel was perfect. It really isn't a hotel so much as it is the owner's house, but it worked out perfectly. She picked me up from the bus station and took me back in the morning. Getting into Kuala Lumpur takes over an hour (I think) from the airport, so it definitely saves time to stay here. I wouldn't stay for more than one night because there really isn't anything in the area besides a little shopping/eating center about 15 minutes walk away. Jessy is great and very helpful.

Comfortable stay near KLIA”

For a night before or after air travel, Moon Eleven is so near and convenient. Using Salak Tinggi station, travellling to KLIA is easy. Parking and local restaurant (mamak) is ample near the hostel. Owner is super friendly, and very accommodating. Our flight arrived late at night but still manage to arrange our check in smoothly.

I am very grateful that I was choosing Moon Eleven to stay. I checked in very late at night, but still Jessy (the host) still up waiting for me. And to create more drama sense to my story, I just happened, forgot to take my phone with me when checking out. So miserable! Thanks goodness Jessy was very quick to handle the situation and drive fast enough to get the precious mobile phone of mine to KLIA. I can't thank you enough for that, Jessy. Hopefully, you are not getting any ticket for that. Thank you :D

our stay is really superb..we arrived at kuala lumpur at around 12:30 am but ms jessy the owner,didnt hesitate to pick us up even if it requires her to travel twice since we are 7 persons..she even gave us some tips what to visit and how to reach our destination and even bring us to the train station the next day and fetch us again..in general, we all enjoyed our stayed at moon eleven..we will definitely go back

The most convenient place for a stopover”

Moon Eleven is perfect for a 1 night stopover in KL (as almost all budget flights include!). Jesse was a fantastic host, friendly, helpful, she spoke great English. She even picked me up from the airport because I had a massive suitcase (for a very small fee). She was in and out all evening picking people up from the airport and train/bus station nearby, in the morning she did a few runs dropping people at the bus and train station again - she tells you exactly what ticket to buy, where to get off, everything you need to know to make your stopover as hassle free as it could possibly be. Jesse provides tea, coffee, toast and cereal for breakfast (or a late night snack if you get in late), drinking water, biscuits etc. Beds are clean and comfortable - what more could you ask Clean towels available, a comfortable and inviting living room to chill out in (you can rummage through her dvds and watch something), internet is great. All in all a really enjoyable stay - I can't recommend it enough. Thanks Jesse!

Close to the airport, friendly staff, 1.6km walk”

Had a 1 night stopover in KL and was looking for a cheap place close to the airport. Moon Eleven is exactly that. You have to take a train from airport to Salak Tinggi stop, it is not possible to walk, its too far. Once at the train stop its a 1.6km distance to the house. Jessie understands that with baggage its hard to make that walk so she offers pick up from the train station when you first arrive and to drop you off when you leave for your flight. Otherwise, if you are just making trips into the city for fun, you are expected to walk to and from the house to the train station. It is a safe walk in the suburbs (12am, solo female traveler and I felt safe), but if thats not what you are willing to do, then this may not be your place. Jessie responded very quickly to my call and arrived at the train station very quickly. VERY IMPORTANT: you have to tell her which flight you are coming in on or at least what time so she has an idea of what time she needs to go to the train station to pick you up. The 1.6km would be unpleasant if you had a lot of luggage to walk there with. Next best thing, Jessie was very helpful explaining the city and sights to see. With just half a day to see the city, I was hoping to get around efficiently and Jessie took the time to explain on a metro map exactly which trains and stops I needed to get on and off to see the sights. That was extremely helpful. Room and bed was clean, shower was good. No problems, well worth its money.

I booked so as to check out the area, ready for the formula one grand prix... Perfect for me.. Salak Tinggi station is close and convenient to KLIA and LCCT.. The nearby open air eating area is good value for money, and the hospitality at Moons Eleven is better than you could expect...

Spent here just one night waiting for connecting flight. It's just one station away from airport (via KLIA transit train) and a few hundred meters walk. Owners are very friendly, toileteries, slippers, free water, coffee, tea and biscuits included. Good bed, working AC. Next to it there's many eating opportunities: food market, small restaurants, every kind of small shops. Recommended for budget travellers!

The best hostel in Kota Warisan”

This is not my first time staying at this hostel. I chose this hostel for its good location and the facilities nearby: close to KLIA Transit Salak Tinggi station, a lot of food choices nearby, mini marts, and super friendly and helpful owner. I highly recommend this hostel to those traveling solo or with some friends

Lovely little hostel, very friendly owner”

Moon Eleven is very convenient for KL airport, especially if you only have a short time in KL between flights but need somewhere to have a rest or sleep & don't have time to go into the city. The owner is very friendly & will pick you up from Salat Tinggi station for free (there's a shuttle bus from the airport which costs 5.50 ringgit) & she will also store luggage for a small charge. The rooms are clean & have air con, there is free wifi, tea, coffee & drinking water. The local shops are a 10-15min walk away & there is a great little restaurant there with local cuisine, friendly staff & quick service.

The place for a decent overnight transit in LCCT”

I had to find a place to get a decent rest to catch another flight the next day, and was lucky to find Moon Eleven Residences. It was located in a quiet neighborhood; my room was clean and thankfully i got considerate roommates so even though i had to share room with 4 strangers, i could still get a quiet night sleep. But i am most thankful for the hospitality shown by Jessy (the owner). Days before my departure, she emailed full details of how to get to the hostel, and when my flight got delayed so i arrived almost midnight, Jessy made sure she could pick me up at the pick up point ontime (she also waited for another guests who arrived way over midnight that same day). Only expecting a good rest and shower, i got more than what i expected. The hospitality and helpfulness shown made my stay at this hostel worth a 4/5 score.

Good location, good service”

I have slept at the LCCT twice, and those two times were not the best travel experiences I have had so far, and so I did a bit of research. Moon 11, or in some Google search results, Moon Eleventh. It is basically a house in a residential area near Salak Tinggi, the first stop of the KLIA Ekspres from the airport. the manager of the place is the highlight of all of this. It is because of her that this arrangement works.

This is how other hostels should be”

We stayed here because we had an early morning flight and none of the options downtown looked decent. We have stayed in more expensive accommodation in Malaysia, and they were never as good as Moon Eleven. Clean, quiet, and very well equipped with access to a full kitchen, drinking water, fast Internet, good advice and tips from Jessy. It's only a 10-minute walk from Salak Tinggi station and there are shops and a big supermarket within walking distance too. Other hostel owners in KL should learn from this!

Staffs are friendly, clean place and a lot of facilities nearby. Near to klia for transit and for visiting sepang circuit.
