Very Poor Service and Amenities”

There were just two pillows provided, and we requested for more pillows. The manager there intially told me she can give me 2 more pillows at night but the following day just changed her mind to give me one. The room and bathroom were pathetically small. Breakfast was not fantastic that we skipped it on the 2nd morning and ate at a shop at the Temple before checking out early. There was basically no amenities, and even drinking water was not provided. This was an initial booking for 3 nights but I decided to cancel the 3rd night and was prepared to forfeit the last night's booking fees, but fortunately, Agoda managed to convince the hotel to allow me to cancel and they refunded me in AgodaCash. Subsequently, we booked a Family Villa at Khao Kho Valley Hotel with 2 queen beds and a living room for even cheaper than a very small room at Moonlight Chateau. It was so peaceful at Khao Kho Valley Hotel because Moonlight Chateau is besides the famous Wat Phra That Pha Son Kaeo.

Very good Location 100 m from Wat Pha Son Kaew, the cottage is convenience but a little cheap interior things, good service and breakfast.

Hotel is locating at the nice location near the temple and pino latte cafe with in walk distant. Room is comfortable for 2 people with full facility. Bath room is a bit small but can be use with no problem. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dinning area is also great view can see the temple during breakfsat. Over all is very good.

Good location and Clean room”

Good location (Next to temple). Clean room. Friendly staff. Difficult to control hot water but it's hot enough. Breakfast is so so. I got free face spa at the hotel from agoda.

Round bungalow”

Awesome view of the temple and surroundings. Lovely place. We could walk to the temple and shops. Very few ppl were working but they did their best to keep everything comfortable. The round bungalow is spacious with a place outside to sit and watch the temple and mountainside. However the room was a bit weird. There were 4 beds inside, 2 queen sized and 2 folding. The bathroom ceiling was open and shared the room ceiling with a gap, so kind of uncomfortable as all sounds were loud and clear. Overall quite comfortable, just weird.

Ok accommodation ”

Cosy room but cramp toilet. Couldn’t see the sea fog from hotel, but managed to catch the sunrise. Overall a serene place but not much view...

Not bad location but not recommending”

The hotel is located in walking distance from the famous Wat Pha Sorn Kaew. The hotel itself looks good from the outside. Rooms are clean. The thing to complain about is the size of the rooms and definitely lack of thought in design. For example: there is an electric kettle in the room, but the only way to use it is to put it in the sink or on the bed, because there is no electric socket near. Also there is a bathroom fan, but it's installed in the room, so it doesn't help when you use the shower in the bathroom. Included breakfast is ok, but not much to choose from: american breakfast or thai jok. In general I would say it's a bit overpriced for this standard.

Khao Kho trip with friends ”

The environment is very nice and good location. Except the room for 3 persons is very small and the bathroom water flow out very slow to cause flooding inside the bathroom. We need to use our legs to sweep the floor after very person take baths.

Place was beautiful but we couldn't get the unique room. Is big and comfy but since they didnt clean my room I had to go to receptionist to ask for toilet paper on 2nd night. Breakfast is sufficient. Main building is well decorated. Please learn English. You can't rely on Google translate all the time.

Stay only one night. Opt for Sunset room. Spacious for 3 adults. Toiletries are minimum, no room slipper. Nearer if you are heading Phu Thap Boek Mountain.

Service not efficient and rooms are not ready”

1. View: very good but full of carbon monoxide from buring grasses around the area. It went away by night so we did not enjoy the balcony. 2. Not enough staffs ( just 3 to service everything) 3. At the restaurant food smoke was everywhere and made all eyes teary. Later we found out the cook forgot to turn on the cooker hood. 4. There was invisible dirt covering the bathroom and room floor since the tiles were grey. But on coming out the shower, once anyone steps on the floor, it turned to muddy red. Since we have small children with us, we had to clean the floor ourselves 4 passes until its not clean enough. 4. A 5 ft bed was provided with a super thin blanket for a single bed so it wasn’t enough to cover comfortably for 2 on the bed.

เลือกห้อง hill suite แต่พอไปถึงพบว่า มีบางส่วนของที่พักกำลังปรับปรุงและกำลังก่อสร้างอยู่ ทำให้น้ำไม่ไหลและไม่มีสัญญาณทีวี พนักงานเปลี่ยนเป็นห้อง sunset ให้โดยไม่เพิ่มราคา แต่ยังมีฝุ่นจากการทำความสะอาดไม่เรียบร้อย หากทางที่พักไม่พร้อมให้บริการหรือกำลังปรับปรุงหรือมีการก่อสร้างอยู่ ควรแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ เพื่อจะได้ไม่เลือกพักที่นี่ เพราะเสียบรรยากาศ อีกทั้งคนงานก่อสร้างยังพูดจาไม่สุภาพอีกด้วย
