"Good value, booked at last minute as passing through Dubbo. Some other motels were around the $200 mark which I don’t want to spend on s 3 star motel in Dubbo when just needing somewhere to sleep on a stopover. Although I wouldn’t stay here if staying more than 1 night it had all bases covered - comfortable bed,great shower with steaming hot water and good parking. Check in was easy and location not bad"

"we stayed here for 2 nights going to Dubbo zoo, we found this motel conveniently located a short walk to centre of town. A mc donalds just down the road for cheap brekky and also leisurely stroll to RSL club. All and all good for a couple of nights."

"Last minute booking, arriving at 9pm. Office was not open but manager was onsite within seconds of pressing buzzer of office. Check-in was extremely smooth, nothing was too hard. We booked a wholesome breakfast which arrived exactly on time. Perfectly presented too. The rooms are amazing, very up to date with modern tiling, air-conditioning/heating, modern rain showers in the bathroom, plenty of room in the queen bedrooms, full bar fridge, large 55' panel TV and internet services including netflix and more. I have to say I stay in many of the best hotels in the world and in the country town of Dubbo this was amazing experience when you don't expect it. Highly recommend the Best Western Blue Gum Hotel when traveling to or through Dubbo. "

"Great place to stay whilst on a business trip. Lots of little extra that add value to your stay. Comfortable beds with electric blankets, heat lamps in the bathroom that help with the cold nights in dubbo. We will be back to stay for our next trip in Dubbo. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. "

"Does the job for a short stay. Wellington motels in high demand due to solar farm, so book early. Premises are under gradual renovation. Good shower but if you close the shower curtain it is dark. Perhaps a tourist guide in the room might be handy."

"We were travelling from Gold Coast to Adelaide and had a tyre blowout near Dubbo in the early hours of a Sunday. We needed to stay in Dubbo until the tyre was replaced. We got the accommodation at a bargain price through Agoda. Feeling tired and with nowhere to relax until check-in time, we though we would try our luck with an earlier check-in to freshen up and sleep. The staff understood our situation with 2 young children and allowed us check-in early (about 9.30 am). I could not fault the staff in anyway. In regards to the motel, great location and nice rooms. Only cons were the carpet could have been cleaner and the pool was a little murky. With that been said, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other people."
