Nice house and convenient ”
Owner is very nice. Check in latest time is 3 pm. Due to SG National Day, everywhere is jam. Only managed to reach at night 9.30 pm. Thankful the owner who is so nice willing to wait till night otherwise, I have nowhere to sleep as Genting all hotel had fully booked. It’s hard to find owner who willing wait for you hours to check in. Room is pretty nice and super clean. 2 comfy bedroom with extra pillow for my family. It also provide toilet necessities. There is also balcony out there to sit down and relax. My parent like it so much. Also, downstairs have lots of food and also a Starbucks near the petrol station which just 3-5 mins walk. Overall, it had exceeded more than my expectation. So homely and comfortable better than hotel. Good experience and definitely gonna choose this accommodation if I going Genting again 🤗.

Hmesmerizing place to stay with your family”
Actually this place is quite far from genting indoor park but if you decided to not bring car up to genting, you can ride skyway cable car nearby. skyway cable car is also next building to GPO(shopping place) . Ride cable car to the park is much easier it think. Trust me the interior design of the house is beautiful. And it has beautiful scenery too. I'm impressed. You must see the pool scenery because it is so mesmerizing. Dont worry about the food. There is a lot of restaurants nearby or you just can cook because they provide almost everything in the kitchen. Overall, i'm satisfied with the house and the service.

Quiet environment ”
Quiet environment, good for resting esp for young kids. There is a small playground and swimming pool at the top of the building. Quite a number of restaurants nearby and a Starbucks is within 5 mins walk. A bit dusty though perhaps due to a lot of renovation on the ground floor. But overall a pleasant stay and the host is very friendly too!

Place was very clean and comfortable. Spacious for families. There were also shops nearby. Only downside is there were no cable channels nor wifi. Besides that, everything else was perfect.

If u intended to visit sky avenue often then this is not a good choice, it was located at the bottom of the mountain, it took ard 20-30mins of drive (depends on the speed) everytime when u wan to go up. And with young children is more difficult as they cnt tolerate the bends up n down. Other then that the house was perfectly fine n clean.

Would be good to have a personal driver as it may be difficult to call for Grab especially when it’s located at the bottom of the mountain. I like that they provided a mattress so my friends and I could sleep together in the master bedroom. Beautiful view of the mountain and shops from the balcony and window. Would definitely recommend this place! For those first-timers who might be confused of where the mailboxes are: They are located beside the snacks shop (not 7-11) at ground floor.

Condo at gohtong jaya”
Walkable to food places nearby, 10mins via grab to the premium outlet shopping. Would be great if there's wifi. Btw, the blanket for the 5th person is inside a flowery cushion, we didn't know that until our second night. 😂 Great that they provide soap and shampoo and towels look very white and clean.

Positive: 1. Fit for family and groups 2. Near to shops and starbucks. 3. Pots and utensils to cook. Negative: 1. Parking hassle. - during c/in lots of cars and the waiting area was crowd and small. - narrow parking lot. 2. No add on request: - no extra blanket even there were extra single bed -no extra towel even check in for 5 adults. 3. Unpleasant smell from the floor neighbours (bau setanggi at evening). 4. Totally not value for money since its quite pricey, the service is bad and the owner cannot help much. In conclusion, i had a fair stay. Just average. Not much and totally below my expectation. But, if you dont mind paying high price and no extra service and only seek for overnight stay it would be okay. Since its a residence and not hotel.
