AFTER 2 YEARS!”
Much needed vacation for us. we stayed for 2 night and our room is spacious and very comfortable. we loved the breakfast so much and the view fro our room are exceptional. My son enjoyed his swimming pool activities, but there is one accident that happened to my husband while we go to swim on our 2nd day stays. He hit the wall at the pool area and his head and hand are injured quite bad. Until today he still in pain and he will have permanent scar at his head (quite big). But kudos to staff at Nook and pool area that try to help my husband during the incident, but they're not much for them to do either as the first aid kit not so complete. The Wall was not very safe to be at pool area, because of the material that they use (small texture stone) that give the texture of the wall very sharp. So Please be extra careful when you go to swim ya.

Amazing Hotel”
We stayed at Aloft for our honeymoon and we had such a great time. The rooms were spacious and so clean. When we arrived in the room , we were greeted with balloons decorated on the bed and then later that night, we received a Red velvet cake to celebrate our honeymoon. The staff were amazing and so attentive. The breakfast was delicious with so much selection. The pool is fantastic and the food served at the pool is great... There are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel so the location is perfect and walking distance to the beach (400m). I would recommend this Hotel..everything was perfect

Pros - Upon check in room was pretty clean. Toilet is big with well furnished body length mirror. Lighting is cozy makes u feel welcome. Plenty of nice Tv channels too. Cons- All staff are friendly except for the bfast buzzers.Tv signal quite lag except for msia. Channels. Walls are thin. So even the slightest conversation across the hallway can b heard. Requested to clean the room however it was not as clean as when we check in for the first time . Nevertheless the pros exceed the cons and we will stay in this hotel again in the near future. Places like sky bridge and kuah are a distance but if u can afford to stay in this hotel u probably can afford to pay for the grab fare too.

Great stay in a lovely modern room”
Was pleasantly surprised with our stay here. ROOM - We got the seaview king and twin. Even though hotel was full, staff made the effort to ensure my room was near to my kids (no connecting rooms available at that point). Just need to be careful, don't leave the door or sliding doors open too long as there are many bugs. At one point, a bee entered my kids' room, but the staff came to remove it. BREAKFAST - Good spread, decent taste. Unlike other hotels like Pelangi, they allow guests to take their own food (instead of the staff scooping) - guests just need to make sure they wear disposable gloves and keep distance. POOL - Really nice view, decent size. Not sure how it would take a big crowd though. BEACH - Within walking distance. They also provide a buggy service to the beach area near Dash hotel. SERVICE - Really good. They allowed us to send in our dirty laundry even though we were checking out that day. Just needed to pick up on our own from reception at 9am the next day. All in all, a really good stay. Would definitely come back.

Thank you to All the staff who had helped making my stay at ALOFT with my family a very pleasant experience. I had two elderly with me, two handicapped sisters and a toddler, your staff went beyond their duties to help us feel comfortable. Everyday, at the cafeteria, your staff never failed to help My mom carry food and drinks. The receptionist and front line staff gave us a conjoint room, setup a tippee for my son and a huge bathroom so that the twins would be able to shower in the room w the handicap facility. And your staff at the lobby are always ready to help my dad who is assisting with my twin handicapped sisters. Thank you!

View and everything Amazing”
Wonderful staff, free parking, you can request for extra mattress for kid which is very comfortable. Spacious bathroom make it easy when you have small kid. 2 adult with 3 kids (age from 2 - 8) still very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, got cheese platter for cheese lover. You can go to Pantai Tengah beach (at the Dash Hotel) using free shuttle from hotel and just call the reception when you want to return back. The beach is better as very less crowded compared to Cenang especially when you have small kids and they just want to play the sand. Swimming pool is great! Worth staying and definitely recommended

Wonder service, close to a beautiful beach and delicious breakfast”
Pros: delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. Loved the local cuisine, especially the roti canai and rendang. About 5 minutes walk to a quiet and clean beach, the water had perfect temperature. Great service and nice drinks (superb prices during happy hour, which was 5-7pm in the pool bar and 8-10pm in the ground floor bar when we were there). Cons: we were a bit confused about cleaning - our room was not cleaned when we got back late afternoon. We asked the reception and understood it as we had to actively request it.

Fantastic sea view overlooking mini islands ”
Superb reception, we were upgraded to premium rooms without extra charges at the 8th floor looking at seaview overlooking many mini islands ., beach view , etc... The reception Mr Shaz was extremely friendly and hospitality was great . We enjoyed the local breakfast as well as the service . Staffs are super friendly. Rooms , bathroom were new , clean . Nothing to complain about ., and we only paid RM 225 per night for premium room . What a great deal . We will definitely come again and visit Aloft . Thank you, keep up the good work .

Reversed Quarantine @ Langkawi”
Comfortable soft big bed, clean and spacious furnished with lovely seaview balcony room. Even though not near beach front but they do have buggy service to beach area. The front desk staff here were excellent and very responsive to our request. They provided us with a free upgrade when we had small issue with air conditioner setting. Breakfast was tasty good with varieties of local and western, accomplished with excellent service by waiter and waitress. Everything was perfectly awesome during our stays especially in this pandemic era and strict SOP.

Had a pleasant 3days 2 nights stay at this hotel. It was such a wonderful place with a magnificent view of the langkawi sea. The bed is so comfy and wide as if i’m sleeping on the queen bed though i book 2 single beds for my mom and me. The process of checking in is also smooth. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to dip in the pool, but we took some photos there. The pool and the layout are impeccable, and i had to take pictures every day by the pool. Plus point for this hotel is that the breakfast buffet prepared was really beyond my expectation, and it is so so so good that i have to go back and forth to try all the dishes prepared. The only minus point is, the room is not that soundproof that i could hear music from the hotel across the road at night. Since the bed is comfy, i could easily fall asleep with that noise. Nonetheless, i would definitely come back to this hotel 👍🏼

comfortable and amazing stay”
i chose this hotel because it was rather new. check in was smooth and i got a beautiful deco for my honeymoon! the location is a bit further than Cenang Beach which is a blessing in disguise as it is more quiet and serene. the staff was very accommodating and helpful. breakfast was amazing and there are 2 jacuzzis in the pool! please please go and stay here. shoutout to the staff named Azinudin for excellent service!

Highly recommended hotel. Room very spacious, clean and smells pleasant. Really love it. FO staff was very polite and friendly. I really love this hotel. near to Pantai Tengah and Dash Hotel. 10-15 min drive to Pantai Cenang and Underwater World. Breakfast is absolutely nice! Food was great and the kuih was tasty! I'll rate 10 stars for this hotel if i could. I recommend all of you to stay here.

Huge rooms, lovely bathroom, amazing views”
I would stay here again. The pool is beautiful, the beaches and sunsets are great. The staff were very friendly. Yes, it is a short ride from the walking street but we would just go to the reception and a driver would be there ready to take us for free. About a 10 min ride. Then we could simply whatsapp/line message the hotel and 10 mins later someone would pick us up again. Failing that there are plenty of taxi-carts ready to go. The jacuzzi on the balcony was an added bonus but didn't use it much. Jacuzzi is bigger than it looks on the pics on agoda. Breakfast was great too.

Good location, great facilities and view”
The staff were friendly and superhelpful. The rooms were clean and if staying in a sea view rooms, try to request for the highrr floors for a superb sunset view. Not far for Pantai Tengah and Pantai Cenang beaches, with lots of nearby restaurants. The facilities for children were also great to kill time on a rainy day

Sweet Escape”
I was here for a very short sweet escape from eveyrthing. I have a well rested and relax time when I was here. The breakfast that they have was superb, loving it so much as they bave variety of food. Local to western food. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room is clean and it is spacious. I love it so much and will come back again.

Room is nice and clean. Amazing sea view and sunset from the balcony. You can enjoy hotel facilities at level 3. You can do workout for 24hr, go for swimming but no sauna, and then grab some foods at Nook restaurant. Breakfast offers lots of delicious foods so no worries. Plus good coffee too.

Great Place to Stay”
First stay at Aloft, and I was very pleased with it. Highly recommended. Pros: - The rooms were large and spacious with a nice balcony. Clean and tidy. - Kids Hangout area with activities. - Quiet - Buggy to take you to the beach. - Large breakfast spread. - Nice pool, pool table, foosball & Live band. Cons: - Room was a fair walk from the elevator, because the elevator is located on the side of the building and not central. May have been an add on to an old building? - Some of the breakfast bread loafs were not properly baked, raw dough in the middle.

I stay there for 3 nights for our honeymoon, it was a great experience! The breakfast is very nice. Each day have different menu. The staff is super friendly. The bed is very big is like king size bed. They give us free upgrade for our room so that we can see the beach from the balcony. They provide parking and its free. The pool is amazing! Its open until 10 pm. I used pool at night & the water is warm eventhough it was raining. The pool is very big & they have jacuzi. Thank you Aloft langkawi!

I was told by the staff this is a 4-star hotel. I could have sworn it feels more like a 5-star hotel. The room is fantastic, the food served at their restaurant is very good and it’s value for money. The staff at reception, restaurant are all friendly and ever so willing to help. I had the chance to engage with the restaurant staff and they are superb. Had a good conversation with them. Kudos to everyone at Aloft. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip.

My experience was a very good one. To start with, I get to checkin early to my room. Room was nice, clean and super comfy. Breakfast selection were good and delicious. Lastly, I even get a late checkout upon request. Thank you to the nice staff at the reception. I will definitely return.
