penginaan disini dapat melupakan kesibukan dikota, dengan pemandangan hijau di sekeliling hotel membuatka percutian sungguh bermakna.Selain itu, layanan dan perkhidmatan yang disediakan cukup memuaskan. Hidangan makanan yang disediakan boleh dianggap baik juga. Suasana sunyi boleh memberikan ketenangan. Fasiliti yang disediakan boleh dipertingkatkan supaya lebih memberi keselesaan kepada para pelanggan. Tambahan lagi, dengan bayaran yang berpatutan saya dapat merasakan kepuasan menginap di hotel ini.

Untuk penginapan 2 hari, kami agak terkejar-kejar untuk bergerak ke sana dan ke mari memandangkan kedudukan hotel yang agak jauh ke atas bukit. Namun sekiranya percutian kami melebihi 2 hari, pasti kami akan memilih hotel ini lagi

Bilik yang besar, hiasan lama dari kayu, keadaan bilik menyeramkan. Bilik dalam keadaan lembab akibat kedudukan yang tinggi dari aras laut. Saya alami mimpi yang menakutkan semasa tidur di situ, tiada penghuni lain yang kelihatan semasa kami menginap.

Room at the top of building, and the lift was not working! Place was dim in the evening. No activity after 8 pm. All the structure in need of urgent repair/maintenance. The coffee and tea pots at the top of viewing tower seemed to be there for days (if not weeks) ... absolutely no maintenance.

the hotel at the hill. Very old hotel with old furniture and classic TV. They didnt welcoming guest. Cafe is closed. In agoda stated provide breakfast but the staff didnt mentioned they will open the cafe and provide breakfast if only have guest. We thought no breakfast coz cafe is closed. Reception & staff until 6pm only. Didnt willing to cook for dinner too and ask us to going down n take dinner outside.

no check the reviews and booked this hotel. abandoned building and far away from town. lucky the staff changed other hotel to us,which near to airport.

All alone on a mountain ”

We where the only guests at the hotel, and you could tell that it was a while since it was busy. The rooms where ok clean, but everything was very moist. Pillows and blanket was all mouldy under the sheets. On the plus side the view is spectacular, but if you plan on going on the cable car that is plenty enough.

This is the 1st time i had bad experience when booking accommodation with Agoda. What shown in the photo in Agoda website was totally doesn't match reality. Mw & my daughter arrived at the hotel 6:45pm. 1st impression once we see the hotel the hotel look very gloomy place.During check in i found after 8:30pm the place was closed.No staff will be on duty until 8am next day.(According the receptionist the hotel only have 6 staff). The receptionist gave me one HP no to contact if need assistance during night. If the line coverage problem, and if we have emergency sure we cannot contact them at all. I was informed there are only 3 rooms been booked by the guest (including me) and our room are far from each other. When the staff send me to the room, the surrounding made me and my daughter had bad feeling. We felt the hotel was very strange. We saw spider's Web at the entrance of the building. Certain area got No Entry signage. The hotel was not much effort for the well keep in maintenance. The room not as in the Photo. No room phone,mildewed curtains, no hand towel,tissues. With what we see of the hotel,I don't feel me and my daughter are safe to stay here. By 8pm we are decided to check out and going down from the mountain by 8:15pm. We are putting our self in danger when driving down from the mountain in the dark road. No light along the road until we arrived at the lower ground of the mountain. Then we are faced a problem to find another hotel to stay at langkawi. Most of the hotel are fully booked. We are so tired because from the time we arrived to Langkawi we do not have any rest. We are only get a room to stay at Grand Continental by 11pm. Thanks to God.That is really bad experience to us in Langkawi. And it's a nightmare to me and my daughter. Not recommended to stay here when you come to langkawi specially for those travel alone, family with small children or with one family.I paid just for nothing. Please Agoda,not to recommend this hotel in your website

Too remote, unless you're on you secluded honeymoo”

it was too quiet and remote. the brouchers and description on the internet was too far overshoot. the surrounding was not well maintained and its in a rundown condition. shrubs grows everywhere. the reception only available til 7pm, then you're on your own. quiet spooky surrounding. but if you love nature and hill top, this is a great place for you to escape all the hustle & bustle. Its either you love it or you really hate it kind of hotel..

It is my first stay at this resort and everything is perfect. Staff are friendly and environment is good. Night is cold and clean fresh air all day long. Location is very good and will recommend it to my friends. Looking forward to come back again as my family loves natures.

Majestic monkey mountain”

we arrived during the floods of 2014 and felt amazing. The view is awesome and the staff is indifferent! I like that, the light cast over the bay is great and we stayed on the mountain: comfortable and not wanting to leave. Great hiking and photo.
