Simply no other sensible choice”
The FS in Langkawi is amazingly well run. This is reflected in the excellence of approach by management. Michael, the acting GM, has the perfect ethos of putting the staff first, which of course translates into brilliant service and happy clients. Four things stand out for me about FS. Firstly the quality of service. You are never left wanting for anything. It is worth considering that this level of service has been deliered against the backdrop of a COVID lockdown. We visited prior and post CoVID and honestly the property is better now despite those difficulties. Second, I love the watersports. Every day without fail we sailed, kayaked, SUPd and used the amazing family pool. All complimentary. This to me is the biggest selling point. Third. Rhu Bar. Shisha, sunset, atmosphere and great cocktails mixed by the ex Morton's SG and MBS new head barman Reuben. Excellent service and style - he has really lifted the bar to be a destination rather than the pace you just go for a pre dinner drink. He is also a pretty cool chap. Fourth - quality of food, be that sea bass in Kelapa grill or Rengang Tok in Ikan Ikan. Great quality and fairly priced (this is FS remember) The last point of excellence is the kids club. The kids are never for one moment left wanting for things to do from Batik painting, fish feeding, rock climbing - all under the watchful eye of Nisha who does a great job of keeping it safe and controlled. Other special mentions go to the water sports staff. Always smiling and super helpful very funny guys as well. Joanna in front office was super as well. We arrived late and headed straight to the bar even without checking in. She was ki d enough to send the key and check in paperwork down to the bar without even being asked. Basically, this is a great property in an amazing location with great staff and service

Great in all aspects ”
We were here 1st week of Oct; though weather wasn’t really welcoming but we were well taken care of by the resort with great services, immaculate room, good food and all the SOP was closely monitor by the resort.. even the gardening team were wearing mask and keeping distance with each other. A big applause to the entire team; every one of them is making all efforts to ensure our stay here safe and comfortable.. I personally fond of the food offered by Ikan Ikan. Also the resort offered great variety of wines with reasonable price The only little negative point I would say is the entire resort a bit age, but they have maintain it well I would highly recommend this resort as they have the best beaches - straight 2km shore, compare with the other resort(been to Datai - a curve shore and Ritz Carlton - small beach) Last but not least, once again thank you to all the staffs has made our holiday perfect amid the pandemic period and wish all well.

Wonderful and relaxing stay”
This is a true 5-star experience. The staff is genuinely friendly and was eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Pickup-up from the airport, reception, meals are flawless and the facilities are really well maintained. We had a garden view room and gathered during the day at the beach villa of our friends who stayed with us as well. Both are exceptional while the beach villa was still more luxurious and larger than the room. And the room was already absolutely top. This was our second time there and we will certainly return.

Loveliest holiday”
Had an amazing 3D2N stay with my partner. The resort was surreal. The nature, ambiance, the private beach. Greeted by the dusky leaf monkeys upon arrival and woke up to birds chirping in the morning. At times, hornbills would come to say hi which was lovely. Planned some activities before coming here but ended up staying at the hotel for the whole trip because you can get the whole experience here. We commute around the resort by bikes that they provide as well as the 24hrs buggy service which was just a call away. They offer a variety of watersports and some of them are complimentary as well. We did the paddleboarding and 1-hour jetski tour - which was the highlight of our trip. Went to islands nearby and got to snorkel and see Eagles at the mangrove. The staffs were extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely revisit and recommend to friends and family x

Wonderful and relaxing break”
My two teenage daughters and I immensely enjoyed our one week stay at the resort. We stayed at the beach villa with a plunge pool. We had a lovely view of the beach and enjoyed several beautiful sunsets. The activities available and the pool and beach - kept us occupied when we spent time at the resort. The villa was spacious and very nice. As we were staying by the beach, we could walk to the restaurants which were all by the beach. The food was delicious, however the variety of dishes was limited in my view. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. They were very helpful when we wanted to go to the night market and nearby amusement park, always ready to help with useful tips. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return next year!

It’s been awhile ”
Overdue break and a perfect choice to do it here. Yes, 2 weeks in, it may not be as smooth as how it was but nevertheless, perfect. Staff were great. Not all restaurants are open till late due to low capacity of visitors but always ready to what ever you need. Beach is the best so far in Langkawi. Clean and so not busy. Food was good. Some people commented price is high. I guess for a hotel price sits quite similar to the rest. Just a tad higher but I think it’s ok due to its quality. They took all the advised SOP to make us feel safe. Would definitely be my go to hotel when in Langkawi!

Never knew that langkawi has such nice beach.!! Until we stayed here, have been upgraded to the beach villa which is superb! Private beach and huge villa with a gorgeous pool. Kids club and the family pool is awesome too! All unexpected fantastic ! Thank you fslangkawi!

Exceptional Customer Service”
We arrived at the resort quite late ie around 4pm. As expected, we were served with welcome drinks and cold towels. We had to wait quite a while for the room to be ready. The lounge room/area is comfy and very aesthetic - spaniard /moroccan feel. They finally told us that we had to wait until 5.40 pm so we decided to go out. When we returned, the room was ready and we had a pleasant suprise in the room. An apology note with a very pretty looking corn pudding ( it looks so real and tasty too) . We were given rm350 food voucher and complimentary breakfast for our kids. The customer service via whatsapp is another plus point. It is so convenient and feels like they are just a whatsapp away. Although the resort was fully booked but we feel like we were the only guests there. It was so serene and peaceful. The staff was so friendly and efficient. The buggy drivers and the staff at the pool was helpful too. They immediately served us cold bottled water without even being requested .The spa is a must try. The breakfast spread was sumptuous. Once again the service at the restaurant was exceptional. We had another pleasant suprise on the 2nd day of our stay when my husband wrongly send the photo of the beach to the customer service number (we the photo took on the way to our room and it was meant to be send to our family). When we returned to the room in the evening, there were 2 framed photos that we took and beautiful looking brownies. It really made our day. Overall , Four Seasons Langkawi has set a new standard for great customer service. At the end of our 4 days 3 nights stay, we wished that we could stay a while longer.

Fantastic Place”
The Four Seasons Langkawi is one of the best resorts we have ever been, period. The entire resort is just so luxurious, every single detail is well thought. The staff is so professional, I can only say fantastic things about them. They were super polite and attentive all the time, and they were never tired to help us in any way. They also had great patience with some of the uneasy customers. Thank you very much for the fantastic stay, if we could give the hotel 12 points out of 10, we definetely would!!!

We truly had an amazing time at Four Seasons. The moment we stepped in into the resort, the staffs have been nothing but wonderful and we have been pampered with so much love from them. They were so attentive and gave their very best in their service! Kudos to Mr Bard and Mr Syazlan for their excellent service. We were given free room upgrade and also complimentary late check out! We would definitely come back to FS Langkawi!

The best experience we ever had in a Resort. The staff were ever so helpful and polite and so so friendly. The beach was absolutely amazing. The Villa by the Beach had a spectacular view of the Andaman sea and waking up in the morning to view the sea and sunrise is a wonderful experience. The pool is huge for swimming and lots of sports facilities for you to choose from

My 2nd time with FS and this time with ny kids. We loved their complemntry sport activities like stand up paddle, kayak, volleyball etc..thank you to resort asst mgr Ms Samantha too for the breakfast, FS langkawi always the best. I booked the room 1 day before but with their superb service, they decorated our room with bday deco and super yummy choc cake. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Impeccable Service”
The service at The Four Seasons Hotel Langkawi was amazing. The staffs were very helpful, friendly, efficient and always cheerful. Our daughter had a little incident at the pool which required an urgent visit to the clinic. All the staffs from the kitchen helpers, the guys in charge of the water sport activities at the beach, the receptionists to the Hotel Manager came to our aid and took care of everything for us. We are ever so grateful. On top of that, the breakfast spread was delicious, the beach was really clean and spacious. The only thing I wish was different is a direct view at the family swimming pool from the resting areas.

Amazing Hospitality!!!”
We were greeted with amazing warmth and friendliness from the moment we stepped out of our car, the courtesy of the people truly warms the soul and sets the tone for a wonderful time in this resort. Absolutely everyone was courteous and thoughtful. The kids club had amazing facilities and activities. The beach was beautiful. The only feedback I would give to this resort would be regarding adherence to the activities stated in the kids club as several were “cancelled” because there was not enough kids. My kids went once in swimming attire as it was pool time, however it was cancelled due to lack of children. Anyway the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, especially with the very pampering buggy rides with great drivers. This is our first time in a Four Seasons, won’t be our last!!! Thank you for a wonderful time!
