Betul2 berhadapan kolam renang, staff friendly, tempat menarik, cuma ada beberapa kekurangan dari segi tmpat mandi anak2, ada kesan karat, tmpt riadah di atas, bilik mainan utk kanak2 berhadapan gym byk mainan yg dah rosak (anak2 zaman skrg), pool table bola n cue dah rosak, Btw sy bercuti bersama 2 anak kecil, bilik ada 2 katil, kemudahan seperti iron, iron board, peti ais, tv, wifi,yg lain sama seperti hotel2 lain

walaupun mahal sikit tapi tempat yang mendamaikan bilik yang lengkap 2 katil king dan swimming pool yang luas untuk dewasa dan teampark untuk kanak2 mesti mereka suka saya siap buat birthday anak lagi dekat sana memang sangat selesa staff pun sangat baik..

the room was smelly, the breakfast is bad, compare to the price, it was slightly expensive. Only the swimming pool is nice

Maintenance and cleanliness ”
We was impressed with nice pool, and kids pool, that the main reason we choose this hotel, when we get to the room very disappointed, room not maintain, the toilet pipe no head, towel rack came off, window came off, cleanliness is the worse, floor sticky , bed sheets not change from the previous guest got hair under the bed sheets both bed, very disgusting. Breakfast very bad , not ready at 8am.

Nice Pool and View”
The children enjoyed themselves a whole lot at the pool. It was a small cosy resort. The only downside is that the room smelled musty and the toilet smelled like pee. The beds were comfortable but the smell put me off. Won't repeat my stay there but it was a good one time experience.

Poor hygiene of the room”
The Villa was so disgusting, bugs everywhere. The mildew smell and humidity in the air. The water heater in the upstairs toilet didn't work. I called the receptionist and he said if we want hot water we can only use the downstairs one. Obviously they knew the problem, but didn't deal with it. The upstairs bedroom was full of gnats. There was blood on the bedsheets some more! I booked for 5D4N but I was only there for 2 nights. I booked another hotel on the 3rd day to leave this terrible place. I will not recommend this place!

The hotel photos are taken when build new. The hotel not as described in the website. Only 5 items for breaskfast. No cafe nor not any food available as we need to go outside every time.

Good: Kids Club Room, Kids Entertaining Pool, Nice View, Friendly and Helpful Staff, Nice Food Bad: Problem with Toilet door, Limited Breakfast Food, The Igloo style Room create uncomfortable environment/voice in the unit, No Cafe for in room order

Location is great. Very close to restaurants, groceries but not beach front. They do provide service to Cenang beach and others nearby. Unit itself was ok. White sheets. Bed was confortable. The CR though needs refurbishing especially the sink. Overall, reasonable value for money.

We get dophine theme with inside dolphin drawing and 2king size bed,big washroom with full toiletries provide. The water park was syiok enough to play,simple breakfast but delicious.
