Arrive this place around 2.30p.m. As expected the change the property name with new one but not mention yet to agoda. Very nice staf, very helpfull and friendly. Stay at deluxe room but the room was huge with king bed size. Surrounding area are very calm. Easy access to beach and place to eat.

Budget hotel”

The pro - Price is reasonable, room is big, got water filter, walking distance to beach, got convenience store nearby. The con - Some facilities are old, no breakfast, hard to find (first timer).

Misleading Listing & Staff”

The posting states, "Free Wifi in all rooms!" There was no Wifi. When I tried to address this issue with the property owner, the staff sure gave me the runaround. First they told me that he is coming to fix it... then he is coming in the evening... then he is coming at 8 p.m.... then he is coming at 11 p.m.... then he is coming tomorrow. Then, on the second day, the receptionist told me that they found out the modem is broken and they would try to fix the Wifi the next day. The Wifi was never fixed for the 3 days I was there and the property owner never showed up. Also, the receptionist told me the Inn was a 5 minute walk away from the (Pantai Tengah) beach. It's actually a 15 minute walk. There also was no refrigerator in the room as advertised. So, I found the staff & property manager to be evasive and deceitful. Beware!

Had an online booking for 2 rooms, but staff was not aware and claimed not to have availability - tried to squeeze us in 1 family room. After a bit of arguing they decided that they do have 1 more room available, but it needs to be cleaned (that was 7pm). There were no towels available initially and we had to wait for them to get some from a friend / relative. Staff was as accommodating as they could be, but seems to have been put in a bad position where they did not expect us to come - besides the online reservation and that our taxi driver called ahead to ask for directions... There was a cockroach in the room. The sink did not operate in a 'standard' way.

Strategic, perfect spot”

Our stay here was very pleasant. When we went to check in, we were told that there was no information of us booking a room (and we had already paid for 2 nights). But we were extremely lucky that there was a last empty room. Just remember to always call and check if there are rooms available because they have had many cases like this and some unlucky ones had to look for other places to stay and get a refund from Agoda. The room was very good. I am very happy that I had managed to come across a budget room which was just perfect. The aircond as some persons commented, did take a while to cool down as it is not near the bed. There were many mosquitoes and I didn't have a change to get the management to do something about it. Please inform them before the reception closes. Overall it was a good place. I will definitely book this place again when I go there.
