Sangat Hebat”
Excellent location for my beach loving kids. The Cenang beach is right at your doorsteps and the best part is the beach is located at the end so there are hardly anybody in the beach. The room is clean, the shower has hot water. But i would appreciate a doormat so we can dust our slippers and not bring sand into the room. The only con is the close proximity to the constructions next door. We will definably choose this hotel again!!

This would be our first time staying at this resort located @ chenang. It is located at the chenang beach with large rooms and toilets. Usual amenities are provided with extra 1 pillow. Although 2 would be better, considering we booked a queen-sized bed. Finding the resort was a bummer as the signage was dull and there's a tree beside it which kind of blocked the view. We had to drive around nearly 4 times until we decided to call front desk for direction. I would suggest adequate lighting and additional signage by the roadside. All in all the room was great and close to the beach. Both me and my wife truly enjoyed our stay there and definitely will consider again if we were to be back @ chenang.

Great Experience”
It was our first time staying at this place, it was recommended by a friend, it's right next to Underwater world which made everything so convenient because it was walking distance. The owner greeted us in a very friendly matter while she processed our room. To our dismay we wanted a ocean view room but got a different room instead. Seeing how disappointed we were (although it wasn't their fault at all seeing how we didnt book it right) she immediately told us, dont worry we have one room available i'll change you to that instead. We were ecstatic. Made our whole trip. We would definitely go back there again, as the place and location was amazingly therapeutic.

Beautiful resort with awesome environment and landscaping. Value for money and more than expected. Walking distance to Underwater World, Dataran Cenang, Beach and Night street walk. Nice place to watch sunset. I love the set up of resort which used the beautiful landscapes along the resort. We took Sunset II for 4 night , the room is big. Just one drawback which the room is not sound proof so when we have noisy neighbours on 1st day it quite disturbing. Highly recommended and will be our choice again when we visit langkawi. 👍

An idyllic place”
Sunset Beach Resort is steps away from the beach. And it’s located away from noisier Cenang beach but it’s conveniently located within walking distance from eateries and shops. The service staff are fantastic and friendly. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended.

Amazing location with a private beach”
We enjoyed our 5 nights at Sunset Beach Resort thanks to the friendly staff, big clean rooms, private beach and the friendly vibe from the long term guest we met. It is located south of Canang beach, behind a headland which stops most of the tourist from the other side from coming across. The beach is wide, feels secluded and the water was shallow and fun for our 5 year old to play safely in. Our 1 year old loved playing with the residential hermit crabs. There are loads of cheap eateries around and it is easy to get away from the very touristic restaurants for something local. Summing it all up this was the perfect break for me and my family during our travels in Malaysia!

Clean and friendly ”
The place was clean and staffs were super friendly and helpful. There is a private beach if you dont want to go to the crowded area. Chenang is just a walk away. We had the family suite which was secluded.

Recommended ”
Fully recommended, small resort with bali style. Even thought beside the construction area but everything is ok. The beach at the back resort only. They easy parking. Love to stay here. I booking 2 room for my family. They love to stay here. But only for the iron issue. I advise to make one area to share the iron. On 2nd day Im walking at langkawi with cloth without iron. Spoil my ootd mood.

Pretty Place ”
This is the place that is near to the beach and kinda have their own private beach. Although it’s not in Pantai Cenang night spot that have all the attraction like fire play and bar by the beach. But it is near to go there just a few chalet away. Well kept place, motherly kinda feel about the employees. I will repeat this place and take the room that when you open the door and one step is the beach!!!!

Paradise ”
Don't be put off by the construction next door. When the door is closed, you can hardly hear anything. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. From the super friendly and warmth staff to the location, everything was spot on. Yes the WiFi only works if you are next to the reception, but hey, my Digi worked so no biggie. The whole experience with this place is one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommended

Great Resort”
What I love with this resort is the private beach that secluded from public. The price also very affordable and so nice for family trip. The facility just basic stuff, do not expect more. Just bring your own toiletries especially during this covid19. Thank you Sunset beach resort, we we’re enjoying during our stay here. Will come again soon. Goodbye LGK

Location, ambience, staff”
Great place bordering Pantai Cenang & Pantai Tengah. As many have already stated, it's like an oasis, Bali-style, cozy place to rest after all the activities, and can easily walk to cenang beach to eat or shop. Or just watch the sun set/rise from the private beach behind it, or walk along pantai tengah to get to Hidden cafe. Reception only opens 10AM-6PM but the staff are accomodating on queries & requests, cleaning lady knocks daily. Room is small but pretty, w/ flatscreen TV w/ Astro, and mini-fridge. Can make hot water for tea, just bring/buy own food & toiletries. I really enjoyed my stay, felt safe too.

Bali Kinda Feel”
Walking distance to underwaterworld and for nightlife experience. Parking provided. It was wonderful check in experience. We were allowed to check in 2 hours earlier due to the room is ready for us. The private beach is amazing. Should not miss to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Stayed there for 2 days and would like to book again in future

my room was literally 100ft from the beach and it was very clean. The room is comfortable and the location is only a few steps away from Chenang beach, Red Tomato Cafe, McD, Coco Valley and underwaterworld.

Second stay this time!”
This is the second time i stay here. The best and affordable spot in Cenang. Private beach behind, and most convenient location where The ZON duty free and Underwater World is just right next to it. Also there is a parking space for you if you're renting a car.

i reccomend this place so much, very artistic place like Bali. Friendly reception Kak Ila always serve you with a smile. Near to beach i can go for swim without hesitation. i been here 4th time and keep coming back.

Iron available, need ask from reception counter. Very near to beach. But not suitable for swimming. Please go to Chenang if you want to swim. The beach infront is Pntai Tengah. Recommended to go this resort. Bali style.
