The resort really make my day ! ”
We have booked Cahaya suite seaview. The check in process was smooth The staffs really friendly & helpfull We rent a car and there is a free parking space , there is a service by the resort to send and pickup you from the parking area coz it a little bit far from the resort, but don’t worry, it is safe 😊 The breakfast food really awesome with great choices (got roti telur sarang ☺️), I’ve accidentally left my phone & the restaurant manager keep it for me ! Thank you for your kindness & responsibility We have good time spent at the beach and having beautiful scenary The spacious room and it is facing the beach & sea, wonderfull view ☺️ Difinitely will come again. Thanks again for our wonderfull experience here.

Perfect destination for honeymoon!”
Location is super secluded, you'll have to rent a car to make your way back to town & the other more "happening" parts of the island. The food places don't open that late but there's 24/7 room service which is pretty decent (tried and tested). Wish the bars would open a bit later, especially considering there's nothing else around that area late at night. Other than that, it's a gorgeous place- the beach and the water is pristine, and that little path when the water subsides where you can walk all the way to a nearby island is the coolest thing. Adult-only pool is a definite plus, but all the pools are absolutely lovely to watch the sunsets from! And the drinks are cheap- we stayed for a solid week, drank almost every night and ordered room service once in a while- only came up to less than RM300. For a five-star that's really rare. The staff are absolutely amazing, especially the breakfast chefs at the eggs station, or the pancake/waffle station. Perfect place for a honeymoon!

family friendly hotel with spectacular view. you will wake up to uninterrupted view of serene and gorgeous stretch of beach. rooms are super clean. staff are very attentive and polite. breakfast spread is smaller than other hotel but sufficient and tasty. must take chance to eat dinner at the reading nook, everything is delicious!!! mandara spa is superb (the ambience, the massaeurs, the effectiveness of the massage). you wont regret booking a stay at this resort!

Bali vibes with excellent beach”
The resort has bali vibes - from the pool to the surrounding enclosed within greeneries and ponds, it’s amazing. The white sandy and clean beach is marvellous. Breakfast selection was good although you pretty much get the same food everyday. Staff are really attentive too. We couldn’t stress more how much relaxing was our 4d3n stay. Just excellent! I’m in love!!

SIMPLY THE BEST”
Our stay at Tanjung Rhu has been one of the best holidays experienced.We have stayed at four other good hotels in Langawi but the location,facilities and above all the willingness of the staff to please is the best. Ok it is old and needs some renovation to decking and balcony woodwork but the room we had in Block 5 had the best view of the private 2 km bay and the distant Thai Island. At the time of our visit the south west monsoon gave some heavy wind conditions but the staff immediately cleared any blown material in the hotel grounds. Lots of bird life with a bul -bul feeding its chick in a nest just outside the entrance to our block.Hornbills and sea eagles a plenty. We will definitely come back here again.

Wonderful and value for money resort”
Not much comment needed. If you complain this place is not good enough with the money you paid, I dont think you can find similar offers that provide you private beach and excellent facilities in Langkawi. Remember to rent a car for your holiday in Langkawi if you decided to stay here. Otherwise it best to stay nearby cenang if relying on grab cars or taxi. Thank you Team Tanjung Rhu Resort for your excellent services. Me and wife have a wonderful stay cation here despite the location is far off from the city.

Everything is so good! Staff are friendly, the private beach is phenomenal! And the pools are clean & super good too. Not much of a crowd & we could fully enjoy our trip too! Food at the beach is surprisingly good and price are reasonable for a hotel! Will definitely visit again next time!

Wonderful stay, would always come back!”
The resort is located on the north of Langkawi with a large private beach stretching across a whole bay in the middle of nature! Yes, it's secluded, but that's kind of the point! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is amazing (Sands restaurant) is amazing and the breakfast buffet a real pleasure! The rooms are very nice and the service great. There's not one single thing that bothered us and we would come back any time!

Much needed getaway”
We personally wanted a holiday where we won’t have to leave the hotel. And we got just that! The room was super cozy, the ambiance was so warm. Especially loved the warm sunset pool. The food was delicious. They had this hawker promotion going on it was half the price of in room dining and it was delicious. Husband particularly loved the sup kambing. Breakfast was also delicious and they changed some of the menu daily. Worth every penny spent

Relax retreat for couple”
The resort is beautiful and has a private beach for hotel guests only. They also have internal programs/activities that you can participate in at extra charges (but some are free!) Lots of photo opportunities, tranquility and spa facilities is very enjoyable! Love the artisan hut to make batik or wood carving too! The only con is that its very far from everywhere else but you can just call a grab, grab is reliable and affordable. Great for intimacy retreat for couples!

Magnificent ”
Spacious seaview suites. Staying for 4 days 3 nights and enjoyed good breakfast especially the “roti canai sarang burung”. Spectacular pools. Clear water, white sands and breathtaking private beach view. Undoubtedly, Tanjung Rhu was listed one of the best beach in Langkawi. Sad to say, half of the block was not operated but it doesn’t matter because the hospitality, the serene, the nature, beach has covered the flaws. I would love to stay here again.

Really nice hotel with private beach”
Really nice hotel with its own beautiful beach at Tanjung Rhu. The resort is not that big with 2 swimming pool. I really enjoy the comfortable bed and the bath tub. It also had one of Langkawi most beautiful sunset.

Serenity”
I had a marvelous time here. Although it was far from town, that is the main reason why i book TRR. The resort staff was friendly, service provided was the best. The resort was kind enough to offer me the Sand Bar Walk package for the next morning (coincidently, it was that time of the year). it was spectacular sight! my family and i had a real serene vacation here. do come if you tired of the city/town atmosphere.

AN OUTSTANDING STAY!”
The title speaks for itself. If I a write positive things for this resort, one day might not be enough. The room was outstanding, the staffs even more. It's my first time where the staffs literally drew a map to explain the entire layout within the hotel. One word review, pay and get pampered at this place. Go for it. Don't even have a second thought for this place. I regretted staying for only 1 night.

Perfect Location, Perfect Room and environment”
Glad I chose to stay for two nights If i book only one nite i will definitely regret it . Bcoz here u got all what u need for a perfect staycation. Arrived late nite and never feel like going out from the hotel. Food is nice. Lunch also have great choice . The staff so friendly. make us feel so welcome there

in summary .. all expectations and hospitality is very good demonstrated by the staff.. we have issue during check in due to heavy traffic in housekeeping department, we been waiting for about 2 hours but worth it due to we get as per our expections to get the room at ground floor. We also expected for late check out in order to compensate our 2 hours waiting at the lobby ..

Best place to stay in Langkawi”
Good secluded and privacy location. Nice wide sandy beach for activities and for chillin out. Super excellent and friendly staff at all level. Complete facilities for guests with many pools and a nice gym. Totally a very good value for money. Would definitely come back to stay here longer in the near future.
