Best for familycation in Langkawi”
Stayed here with family for 2 nights and it was nice experience with friendly staffs and beautiful resort concepts of the house. The room are clean and neat. The place is nearby to Pantai Chenang, of course you have to drive out. Strategic location so close to Chenang strip, Hidden, Warung Upih Ikan Bakar, Dash Resort, self service laundromat and sundry shop. Beautiful interior + exterior, well arranged flora + fauna, warm staffs, on-site parking, daily breakfast and definitely value for money. Clean and calming surrounding no unnecessary noise by other guests. overall room is clean and very cozy. The breakfast food is a very limited choice as you can see in the menu. I've stayed here for 2 nights and the 2 days breakfast i tried all of it. I would say the breakfast portion is just nice for someone who just wants a simple breakfast and not so heavy. It's good for someone who doesn't eat heavy for breakfast. I really hope that one day they will upgrade this place and make it more spacious and bigger as next door there's still space for them to build it even bigger. I want them to expand especially the carpark as if you're renting a car and staying in this place it's very limited spots to park and if you want to park inside the compound instead of outside its hard to reverse out as the place is really small. The parking lot should really expand in my opinion. Another thing I think they should take care is ant infestation in the room and should add on is the food. I hope they add more varieties of the food as some people might not want to eat nasi lemak or bee hoon. Overall I'm very happy and satisfied with my stay and will definitely book this hotel again as I love nature and the way they have made this place look. we love stay at Royale Chenang resort 😍

When I was there with my friend, the staff actually came out from the resort to help us carry our luggages from GRAB, while we checking in, staff sent us a glass of water and it just made us felt so warmth! Their services really made a very good impression to me and my friend. Facilities are good,super clean inside the room, strategic location also,if u wish to go to pantai cenang,it's just 15 minutes away, around RM5-6 for grab,and this resort located at pantai tengah and there's lots of restaurants,bars,and cafe nearby, if u wish to relax and don't wanna hang around,this resort is a suitable place to u. The only thing that I would like to comment is both my friend and I hope that the breakfast could be in buffet style,coz there's not much choices on breakfast :) but overall this hotel is awesome!

Lovely resort for a holiday”
New resort opened in January 2019, 30 minutes from airport. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Parking available, walking distance to Pantai Tengah and many restaurants in the vicinity. Beautiful room is spacious, bedside tables with lovely bedlamps on both sides of bed. Enough shelves & drawers for luggage, could do with some extra hooks or hangers for hanging up clothes. Nice shower. Lovely small porch with small table & chairs outside. Excellent breakfast, other meals also available. The sparkling clean pool is not deep, safe for kids. Garden is beautiful, frangipani trees and lots of flowering plants make the resort extra nice. Lovely resort for couples and families.

Really unique rooms with the BEST STAFF”
I booked two hotel rooms with Royale Chenang for four people. All that was left on AGODA was two rooms with twin beds. I later found out that one traveler couldn't sleep in a twin bed, so I emailed the hotel directly. The staff pulled through and was able to provide one room with a queen bed, so I already had positive feelings for the hotel before we got there. The day we arrived we get to the hotel too early for check in, so our rooms weren't ready. The manager noticed that we were a group and upgraded us to a suite for free! My boyfriend and I had also to work all day, so we camped out in the hotel's outdoor cafe (great WiFi and abundant plugs). One of the waiters noticed I was stressed and there for a while, so he was kind enough to bring me ice cream! AND the day we checked out, we had to leave early in the morning, so there weren't any grabs available. The man at the front desk instead drove us himself! I'm literally running out of room to say all allthe nice things RC did!

The Good: 1) the place is very beautiful. Every corner in this resort is instagrammable. 2) shower is awesome. Water pressure is very strong. The hot shower system is similar to the ones in expensive hotels. 3) room is very comfortable 4) the best part of this resort is their staff. Friendly and very attentive to their work. They always put on their smiley faces and happily entertain the guest The Bad 1) the room is a bit dusty. 2) there's no light near the mirror in the room, hence it was hard for my wife to put on her makeup.

Went to Langkawi for the first time with my husband. The moment when we had arrived at the resort, the first thing is check in and checking the toilet. Idk why. It's clean and tidyyyy! Minimal arrangement in the room, love the color and surrounding. Surely will come back to Royale Chenang😍 Tip top services esp staff and hospitality. My husband and I is including breakfast. We loved the way they preparing breakfast instead of wasting food by preparing buffet to customer. Keep it up👍🏻👍🏻

We're late check in because of late room preparation. But we're served with welcome drinks and cake. Its really makes our mood turns okay. Room was clean, modern, nice decoration and relax. Breakfast was awesome although its only 5 menus but its really delicious!! Last but not least, great customer services given to us. Better ask them on recommend for lunch and dinner place as they are local and familiar with that place. Overall i give 5 STARS !!!!

Perfect location for relaxing Holiday”
The location of the property was ideal. Away from the main centre, but with plenty of access to good food and a short walk to the beach. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Created you what every time of the day it was and very helpful with information about the island and what to do. Accommodation was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the island.

We had a wonderful stay. When we arrived we were upgraded to a better room free of charge as we visited in low season and it was available. Azrizal and Akashah were especially helpful and truly the kindest people. The property is new, very clean, and bed is super comfortable with 4 pillows! It's a good location with restaurants and the beach walkable but a little bit removed from the busier beach. Scooter rentals and a store near by. We'd stay here again!!!!

Good value for money”
Came across this resort while browsing on Agoda due to its high user rating. We stayed 3 nights here for IronMan Langkawi event.. very very very happy indeed with the overall experience. The location is at Pantai Tengah, bordering on Pantai Cenang.. short distance to all the havoc of Cenang's food and entertainment, but we prefer the peaceful and quiet nature of the area when we return to our room for good rest and undisturbed sleep. the staff are friendly and very accommodating. we had a late flight but they provide us room even after check out to refresh, pray and short rest before leaving to the airport. The breakfast is adequate, my son loves the pancakes. Every spot in the compound is instgrammable - plus points! The owner and staffs are 100% local people. Overall, highly recommended!

A RARE GEM”
We booked 12 rooms for a 2 nite stay for my riding group..we were so impressed and satisfied with this rare gem in Langkawi. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated, ambience was peaceful and cozy! Only downside it’s not by the beach…but it didn’t matter much to us. Overall we fell in love with the resort..thank you to the owner and staff for accommodating our group! I like it but...”
The rooms is superb on design and cleanliness. Due to COVID SOP the guess treated as VVIP. The breakfast was delivered to room with varieties menu and the taste is sooo sedapp. The only thing made me think twice to come again at this propety especially with my kids & family is only because the pool isn't provided. Perhaps soon with same quality of service they build a swimming pool so people who comes with family can spend time in the resort.

Their staff were super friendly and very helpful. services were top notch and we had a pleasant 3 days stay here. my kids enjoyed the private pool in our suit and its totally worth the money spent. rooms are spacious and clean. though a little bit more lighting could be great cause some part of the room are dark at times. overall its fun and memorable stay

I booked family room with private pools.. the decoration, cleanliness, all were excellent. The only drawback was the private pool, which surrounding next to main way to other rooms, and its so closed. So less privacy, and i have to wear my hijab all the time while monitoring my children swimming in the pool (the pool only suitable for young child). But otherwise, everything was perfect.

The outer design is so eye catching with magnificent garden landscape. Staffs very friendly. Got chocolate to welcome our stay..The front door is A compulsory photo taking place due to the unique landscape and design. Staff very considerate for offering pancake to my infant even though we didn’t book for it. Deluxe room is suitable for 2 adults and 1 infant/toddler only. Not suggested for more than this pax. Accommodation is well provided. Complete inclusion of hair dryer, shower cap, sanitary bag, shaving kits, iron in the house. Highly reccommended🥰

Cute resort with a homely feel and abundance of character. Clean comfortable rooms and nice queen size bed. Daily breakfast and housekeeping. Good location about 20 minutes walk to Cenang Beach. There are many cafes along the road. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with amazing lanscape”
Easy to locate, parking available, near to the beach, food to be found nearby, and amazingly beatiful hotel with unique design. I love the balcony so much! I wish I can sit there all day long. The landscape is creative and exceptional, very beautifully created, and there is a quiet, hidden reading/rest corner above the reception that I love so much. This hotel is full of wow factors! Cons, the pool is too shallow for adult swimming and the breakfast is so-so. Otherwise it's all perfect.

The last time I came to Langkawi was about 4 years ago and it did not leave much of a lasting effect on me. Staying here was such a pleasure that I'm pretty sure I'll be repeating both Langkawi and this property again! Absolutely love the warmth by staffs, beautiful architecture and flora+fauna arrangement, and location is superb too! See it to believe it. Trust I will come back soon! Xxx

GREAT EXPERIENCE”
Room is nice and clean. Staff are polite. Can rent motorbike here. So u can go to the beach with the motorbike. The resort is not nearby to the beach.
