For 1-2 nights is okay”
I booked for 6 nights a double room. When I arrived the bathroom was not really clean, so I needed the staff to tell to clean properly. They were very friendly and cleaned well. It is just not nice to move in and have to tell the staff what they need to do - it is there job. The room is big, modern but a balcony would be very nice. The complex itself looks rundown, the white lounge chairs were somehow all destroyed, the mentioned kitchen had a bad smell and cooking wasn't really an option. There was no atmosphere at all. I didn't really understand there concept. Other than that it is a very quiet area, just I was unlucky with some very loud and unrespectful room neighbors that made loud noise throughout the whole night. I couldn't change to a more quiet room.

Everything is great except aircon is too noisy”
We couldn’t sleep the whole night due to the aircon is too noisy the whole time. The rest is good, cleanliness and location is a plus

Nice to stay”
The room is very large and clean. The staff especially kak hasni very friendly and helpful. Nice staycation for 3 days. For sure will repeat again

Extremely Friendly Staff and Warming Environment ”
The receptionist and admin officer, Cik Hasni, is extremely nice and helpful. The cleaner, Puan Hani, is extremely warm and friendly. The other lady staff who I didn’t ask for name is nice too. Thank you for your warm, friendly and clean hotel. I will definitely check in again :)

its so clean but they didn't provide shampoo or any toothbrush even soap, one of the room they didn't provide kettle than they were accusing we steal it .

First of all that place was very quiet and i love that as i really need a peace environment. Staff also nice. Cleanliness also good. Location from cenang very convenient..very close. I will stay here for more soon.

Highly recommend ”
We had a great stay. We found the area quiet which was perfect for us. The rooms are big compared to others we stayed in last year. The use of the washing machine, fridge and fitness equipment (cross trainer & bike) a bonus. We extended our stay, we liked it that much!

Kebersihan bilik dan bilik air sgt baik. Bilik air kecik. Asing dengan tandas. Jgn risau. Toilet dalam bilik dan x berkongsi dengan orang lain. (Kami pum risau sbb caption dan gambar tunjuk mcm bilik air share.) Parking luas jgn risau. Tiada lif (agak susah kalau bawak luggage besar dan banyak). Kedai runcit dan kedai makan just walking distance. Better pilih sassy house dari chillbox kalau nak yang murah. Trust me. Terbaik dari semua sudut dari chillbox.

Bilik luas, cantik, serba baru. Tandas asing dengan bilik mandi yang memudahkan penggunaan. Layanan baik dan memuaskan. Suasana lokasi tenang dan banyak tempat menarik berdekatan. Kedai makan banyak dan tidak jauh. Sesuai untuk menginap bagi pasangan dan keluarga kecil.
