Excellent”
Staying in a suite.....huge room with sofa, dresser and bathroom with super strong shower. Bed is very comfortable., nice cold fridge for drinks ...........some sea views from the balcony. Cleaners arriving daily and wonderful smiling staff.........both beaches just a few minutes walk away with shops all all close by and a restaurant downstairs.......hotel is quiet....nice place.

2nd time at Tomato, i love this place , the best sleep i have had in over 30 years. A bit of a walk , but i am a exercise junkie. The staff are wonderful . Love the in room safe. Dissapointed slightly with the restaurant down stairs, very local , but ok.. No elevator , so if you have a problem with stairs - think twice. I have a shattered leg , but use the stairs as a forced exercise. Will i return to Tomato , yes , 100%

The staff at the hotel were extremely and it was really convenient since there is a restaurant downstairs. The rooms were really clean and I’m fully satisfied with all the facilities provided. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Langkawi.

Pros: good location, just beside the road, turn a corner can be reach to chenang night market; the hotel attached with a mamak restaurant, is 24 hours operating, guest serve with 10% discount; wide parking lot, it is free of charge; fast response reception on call. Cons: the mamak food is so so. Get extra bed without any charges! Feeling lucky and thankful.

Easy access to food. Walking distance between 4-6minute. Quite convenient”
All is good except that it quite noisy at night. U can hear next door chatting, above floor walking and sound of car, motorcycle and aeroplane passing by. Quite loud. Second night i hv to sleep wearing earplug.

Staff are busy with restaurant more than hotel itself , air-conditioning system not good and the electricity is overloaded because when we opened the heater for taking shower the electricity shut down

Untuk makan senang sekali, hanya turun tangga terus sampai restoran nasi kandar tomato. Harga sangat berpatutan dan dapat discount 10% ..Bilik ok, cuma TV tak ada siaran Astro. Hanya siaran TV 3 sahaja yg terang. Yang lain kelabu...

Bersebelahan dengan aseania resort, bilik yang luas dan sgt selesa. Agak jauh dari pantai, perlu menaiki kereta untuk ke pantai :)

Bilik suite yang amat besar boleh muat keluarga ramai 5-7 orang. Makanan sangat mudah didapati ada diskaun 10% lagi. Wifi adalah yang terbaik.

Room smelt of smoke, beds were hard and air con did not cool the room. We asked for help to book a ferry and were told that we had to take a 1 hour round trip to the ferry port to book tickets. We walked 15 mins and found a travel shop to book it for us. Very bad service.
