Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my families for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional staff who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful surroundings & rooms with private pool just in front our door room, very convenient for us as we are having huge numbers of children. The room was so clean, smell nice, tip top facilities just like a 5 star hotel, with coffee and tea - all free to use surly can make you feel like your home. The ambiance of the room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed, bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful, friendly & efficient. The breakfast was superb.. My kids were love it so much... The owner was so humble and generous... DEFINITELY WE WILL COME BACK...

This hotel was really new and we took a chance in booking it for a 3 nights stay. We definitely did not regret our decision. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 young children, so we booked all the 4 queen rooms they had. The rooms shared 1 pool in the middle, thus made us feel like we stayed in a 4 bedroom villa. The concept of the hotel was really nice and you could see a lot of thought went into making it. The place was exceptionally clean and properly maintained. The staffs were really friendly and go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable (they even prepared breakfast for my 11 months old baby!). Breakfast is ala carte style, ordered the day before. There were only a total of 10 units altogether, therefore it is understandable breakfast wasn't a buffet spread. Pros - spacious room, big bathroom, very clean, good pool size, good service, brand new Cons - far from main areas, not much choices for lunch and dinner nearby, no kids pool, pool was a bit too cold Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there. The villa even offered to do a bbq dinner for one of the nights if we were to stay there again. Kudos to the ever willing staffs who provided superb service all throughout. We would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to our friends and family members. Thank you Villa Paddy!

Brand new hotel with excellent staff and super clean ”
I took a chance and booked in this brand new hotel. And I'm super glad I did. The place is more than perfect and great value for money. The staff was extremely kind and took good care of every small detail. Good breakfast choices, room, and toilet were very clean. They also gave me a free upgrade and made sure the stay was amazing. Highly recommended!

I do not understand why this property has only 2 stars...it is much more...the hospitality and care what the people provide - is like home. We used grab to go everywhere - for that the location is just perfect as it sits in the middle of the island. There are some things which could be improved: - B1 and B2 villas are close to the road and the noise is pretty loud (maybe the property could put some emphasis on making the doors more sealed). - the bathroom mirror above the sink sink needs some more lighting - it is hard to see when you shave etc. Other than that - new compound, new buildings, perfect staff...what more you could want...some and enjoy!

Clean and friendly staff”
This is my second time visit to the hotel. I got the same room as my last visit. What a surprise! The room is very clean and the staffs are very friendly. Beside, the hotel is located in the middle of the island, making easy access to activities around the island. The only drawback is you cannot find shops and restaurants nearby the hotel. But it also frees the hotel from noisy street.

The hotel was superb, the staff was so caring and lovely, even the owner also very responsible, the breakfast provided was so delicious. the room is cosy, modern and clean, eventhough the pool is small, but my kid really enjoy it so much, about the location, i dont mind since i rent the car , i definitely will repeat this place again..

Sad that our two-way flights were rescheduled and we have to do late check in & early check out. But, the staffs here made it easy with the process. Overall, the room was clean, good air ventilation & the breakfast menu were delicious. Glad we chose to stay here albeit short. 😊

Without doubt one of the best villas I stayed during my time in Langkawi. The multitasking staff (checkin/breakfast/housekeeping) are all Awesomely kind and friendly. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 1pm. I had a wonderful experience at the Villa Paddy. Hotel situated beside paddy field with evening sunset view. Staffs are well trained and friendly. Helpfull too. Owner is very kind to take us walk aroud other villas. The scenery is very beautiful and windy too.

New Villa with Superb Facilities and Staff”
Spent my honeymoon here for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was delicious as well. The room was spacious and clean. All basic amenities were provided in the room including iron and hair dryer. The pool was clean as well. The villa is right beside the main road but it wasn't noisy at night. Would definitely come back here in the future.

Quiet, Cosy, Wonderful!”
Our stay at Villa Paddy is such a joy. Our room comes with a rain shower (heavenly after a long day exploring Langkawi) and well-equipped with all the amenities you need; hair dryer, safe, iron, iron board, extra fluffy pillows, and clean towels. We were also greeted by towel animals in the forms of swans when we enter the room. Staff are courteous and service is unobtrusive! The public pool is a little small, but perfect for families with little children. Surroundings are lush with flowering plants and towering greeneries. There's even an option to rent bikes and explore the paddy field behind. Location is a bit far from everything (on average 20 mins drive to Cenang, to Telaga Tujuh, and to Kuah) but driving in Langkawi is stress-free, so we don't mind it. Cons? The only gripe we had was that we found some sort of a wrapper underneath the mattress protector, but that we discovered when we were packing for checkout. We totally love the place, and we wouldn't want to make a huge fuss, so we just threw it away. We do hope that the staff can take extra care in handling cleanliness, but the bathroom, wardrobe, sink, flooring - all were spotless during our stay. We believe it must be an oversight by the staff. Kudos to Villa Paddy!

A unique experience at a superb hotel, decor tastefully done up, furniture and fittings are practical and well thought of. The place is very clean and manned by passionate staff, they are simply lovely and welcoming. The mountain, paddy field, flora and fauna all adds to the charm of this hotel.
