Run-down apartment”

On positive side, the unit is at 29th floor and view is spectacular. Manager Imam is quite helpful. On negative side, the unit is quite aged, and some lightings and plugs not functional and toilet is old, basin is leaking water. Also saw some small cockroaches. Worst, the water heater at master bedroom does not work and we can't use bathtub. We can only use shower at common room. We would not have stayed if we know things in advanced.
