Exceptional”
a bit pricey compared to the room size but still i liked the room which was pretty much like an attic (well equipped with chair and small tables). one staff gave me a scooter ride to the songthaew stop when i checked out to Loei which was very nice! located at west end of the walking street so less hectic than the very busy part of the street.

As with most hotels on the river there, the rooms are very small. there is no place to hang clothes and no shelf space for personal items. Charging phones is difficult but not impossible. This room was a loft which helped. This pertains to almost all hotels on this strip. On the good side, if you love wood, this is a great place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. While limited in choice, the breakfast was delicious. The shower worked well (both a regular shower and a rain shower) and the water was hot. The view from the balcony was very nice and relaxing. And in the loft, you wake up looking at the river which was very nice. If you are going to Chiang Khan, I would highly recommend this place.

Good choice for Chiang Khan weekend”
Location of this place is only 2 minutes walk to center of Chiang Khan and just 50 steps away from the famous oldest temple. The place is located a bit outside the walking street so it will not be too crowded. Mekong river can be seen from room balcony. (even from the bed) Breakfast offered with different selection if you stay more than a night. (not same breakfast every morning, for sure) Wifi signal is weak in the room but good in common area. Free bike borrowing for town ride.

Quiet and practical Hotel”
A simple Hotel in a good location on walking street. Our room overlooked the river and walkway to the rear. The rooms are simple and everything is wooden inside. Comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice too. Very traditional in design. We enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly staff too.

had a chance to check this hotel out before depart from Chiangkan the previous visit, very impressed with the place and host (a guy), so this time we choose to come and stay in this hotel. the room is okay but 1st floor seats and tables always dirty, hosts (this time all women) seem to careless about taking care of this place (they would wipe the floor just to get it obey with, not to make the place clean), the coffee shop of this hotel full of cooking and other equipments on tables and seats so it's impossible for guests to come and buy drinks. Hosts gossip to each other and over the phone so loud I hear from upstairs, at least they talk nice and seem to be friendly. for breakfast, try congee, the taste is very exceptional.

Dear Value customer, Thank you for a very important review, I personally felt so deeply sorry on what experience and service you have got from our hotel staffs, I will take a serious action on the areas you have mentioned which especially on the actions of Staffs careless and not doing properly on their duty... Our jobs are to make our own home (hotel) to be nice and clean and to welcome customers with a good service. More importantly talking behind other people back is very not exceptional.. there are a lot of improvements needed to be emphasis... thank you agian for your review Apan (hotel Owner)

正月の旅行でリバービューの部屋泊まりました。本当に景色は最高でした。満足の宿です。不満な所は朝食は期待しないほうがいいです。部屋のベッドが階段を上がったところにあり、夜中にトイレに行くのが不便だったことぐらいです。
