    Good Day! Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service despite of all the accommodations that we made during your stay. Firstly, you booked a Deluxe Room, but all yours succeeding requests were for a higher type of room. Since, we always want our guests to have the best stay, we gave you a FREE UPGRADE TO OUR VIP ROOM. All our VIP rooms, infront of SM Calamba, have HUGE WINDOWS, so we are not sure why you will say that the room you were in has NO WINDOWS. Secondly, upon check-in,we gave you your FREE AMENITIES including 2 FREE BOTTLED WATER. Again, you said that there is NO FREE WATER. Furthermore, you requested for an additional set of bottled water,but our FRONTDESK informed you that this is just given ONLY upon check-in. Again, since you insisted, and we want you to enjoy your stay, we gave you another 2 bottled water FOR FREE, which is more that our standard.
