Worth the price!”

I couldn't say much, the area it is located at is pretty good. The breakfast that was included was.. not too good not too bad. The staff was also friendly. Would be on a list of place to stay if i had to go there again.

Not so many choices near Thai-Cambodia border. This place is good, clean and cozy for a short stay comparing with other hotels nearby.

Friendly staff, but hotel has problems”

The air conditioning was off for over 2 plus hours and so the hotel had us wait in their coffee shop until it was fixed. They kept saying just a little longer until I was loosing my patience. They said they upgraded us to Superior room because of the inconvenience, but I had already paid for a Superior room :-( !!! So, how was that an upgrade??? The first morning the breakfast was good. The second day it was terrible. They had more guests and were busy. The eggs were seriously raw in both our orders. Not sure I would stay there again. I found the staff very nice, which was the best thing about the hotel. The negative elements outweighed my desire to give it another try.

Steep stairs to climb”

Unless you are fit and healthy ask for ground of first floor. The stairs are very small and steep. Only Thai food for breakfast.

Wet bathroom!”

Bed was as hard as a rock but at least they provided more pillows. What I couldn’t stand was the wet bathroom. All they need is install cheap curtain then it’ll be more present to steps in. Do not buy horrible hotel’s breakfast. Go across street and there a convenient store for better b/f. Staffs were helpful.

Market trip ”

This hotel is just fine nothing special and just ok I thought a little over priced but you have to consider people utilizing this facility for there visa runs across the border and this is what probably keeps the price above what it should be. That said it is clean and presentable I was not disappointed. I would not recommend the breakfast save your money.,and buy elsewhere. If your visiting the market it’s not the best option it’s 5 kilometers away and there’s better hotels closer possible within walking distance.

I stay for 2 nights and I got the 5th floor with no lift. No room service in the second night and even bottle of water replacement.

Disapointing Stay”

The room purchases was "Superior King Room" I arrived mid afternoon and checked in, dropped my case in the room and left to complete other business. I returned to the room at 8:30pm. The room appeared small, I would say no more than 20sqm, not the 28sqm room I had booked. There was no hair drier or laundry drier as advertised, There was no desk or seating area as advertised for this room. The safe was locked closed on arrival, the bathroom sink forcit was loose requiring the base to be held steady to enable opening the forcit. Used tooth pick found on bedroom floor. The breakfast area floor was dirty and did not look as if it had been cleaned for some time. At 7am in te morning breakfast had not bee set out, so declined to wait. I did speak to a person with regard to some of the issues listed above, and she offered to try to resolve them. I had been traveling since early morning and just wanted to get to sleep, so i resolved to using the inferior room.

Very Lovely Arranged Rooms & Great Staff”

I stayed one night in the Myroom hotel and really enjoyed my lovely arranged, clean & quiet room. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Only slight downturn is the location, which is a 15min food walk away from the restaurants in the city. My room came with a reasonable breakfast. Obviously you should choose the Thai brekki and you don’t get disappointed… I guess some guests would like to enjoy a nicer coffee – there´s much better instant stuff out there… I can definitely recommend the Myroom hotel and would stay there again, if I´m in the area !

Went to this area with no idea how the city will be.Find out this hotel in the internet with good reviews .First of all security is good .Excellent staffs.Very helpful with guests who don't know the area.Breakfast I love Kao tom Pla.American breakfast is no taste of deli I think fried them no boiling it will be better or stick with Thai food.😍😍😍Thank you anyway to make my trip success ,secure and smooth.

I disagree that this hotel was rate just 7.5 because I fell like they should get more than that I would give you guys 9.5 star. All staffs here are very kind and very good taking care of my stay. Anyway I took 0.5 point off because I felt the A/C position was set at the wrong position since I felt it getting cold slowly. (It's not a big deal at all, at night you will be ok and it works good thou)
