What this hotel provided blew my mind how much more you get compared to a US hotel of the same price range. Everything was clean and emasculate. They provide you with disposable toothbrushes, slippers, washcloth, razors and a small brush. They try to be eco friendly and hope that you might not have to use it being that it is all plastic. All their soaps and shampoos are dispensed from larger bottles so there's no need for smaller plastic bottles to fill landfills. Products are from Shisheido. They provide you with a smartphone in the room with unlimited data and international calls if you are not from Japan which is extremely useful when going out and you cant access wifi from your own phone.

Amazing Hotel”
Desk, Lobby, Breakfast Service and Room service cleaning staff were all outstanding...room was big enough for a couple had a wonderful city mountain view with panoramic windows. Bed was queen size excellent! Breakfast food was very yummy and had lots of choices and the service wonderful! Thank YOU ALL for making our stay and anniversary so special in every single way! Looking forward to come back again in the future and to absolutely recommend you to friends and family!

Convenient hotel”
The rooms were tiny but the staff, location, and cleanliness made up for that. The hotel is directly across the street from the Nagano train station, so super convenient, The beds were softer than most very firm Japanese beds, which would probaby suit most American travelers. The windows open for air (it was winter so we didn't use air conditioning) but it was a bit noisy late at night and early morning. I used a sound machine app on my phone so the noise didn't bother me. Can't beat this hotel, especially for the price and location.

Best family hotel in Nagano Japan”
Hotel location is perfect. Few walks to the Alpico bus terminal that travels to and from Tokyo, near train station, midori shopping mall and Don Quijote. The room was not that big as compared to other hotels we stayed in tokyo during our first night. But we decided to extend, our 2nd night room, price was little bit higher, was perfect for a family with young children. The staff were very nice especially the night manager on duty during our last night, Mr. T. Hiro (hope i got his name correct). His service extended to us was certainly the best, extending extra miles to help us. It was indeed amazing. Will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, location exactly across nagano station ”
The hotel is located exactly across JR Nagano Station and Local Bus Terminal. It is also directly connected with metro station (underground). Very strategic location. There are 24 hour front desk and you can leave your bagagge for up to 1 day after check out. The breakfast is delicious. However, the room size is very small, but clean enough.

Hotel is located right opposite JR Nagano station and there is also a family mart kombini below the building. Many food options in the vicinity of the hotel and i really like that the room has a nice view of the train station and that it is cosy and comfortable. Staff of the hotel were friendly too.

Location just across the road from Nagano Station where there are many food choices and shopping options. Carpark was located about 5mins walk away, had some issues when unloading the luggage downstairs the hotel due to narrow passageway but not a big issue! Room was clean, washing machine and dryer was very useful. Will be back next time!

Perfect location, it was just across from JR Nagano Station. Very handy when you want to go on the snow monkey tour and the meet up is at the station. Room was great and clean and it was a very nice hotel.

The hotel is just across the JR Nagano station. Very convenient. Room is spacious- with 3 single beds and still space to open 2 big luggages. Room is clean. We enjoyed our stay totally.

Close to transportation, food & shopping!”
Located across from Nagano station. Nagano Station is the hub of Nagano. Busses & trains go to all the popular places and ski areas. I had the $14.50 buffet breakfast, I recommend the baby liege waffle with sesame honey spread it’s delicious. WiFi was great, I got the laundry service for my dirty snowboarding clothes. Going outside the train station area was the only downside, people are very insular & unfriendly to travelers.

We chose this hotel for a night stay before starting our Alpine route trip. It is very near to the Nagano station and the hotel is new and clean. There are also many eating places near the hotel. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay..super close to everything. My gf forgot some cosmetics in the bathroom we came back 2 days after checking out and they had it carefully wrapped in a bag for her! I don't think this would have happened anywhere else in the world. We love and admire you Japan ❤️

This is one of the hotel which has great location around the Nagano station. Opened only 2 years ago, thus, everything is so clean. Single Room is bit small, but still enough for single traveler.
