Caveat Emptor”

Booked a night's stay at this motel. "Non-smoking" room option was available from the booking website, so I proceeded. I arrived at the motel to be greeted by a staff who doubled up as the maintenance person who knew nothing of accepting credit-card payment. Shown to the room, which is rather run-down. But hey, I am only there to bunk-in for the night. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Complained to the reception who then sent the maintenance guy to spray some disinfectant. The air-con controller was also out of order, so, the room was very cold. When I checked out, no one was at reception. I had to wait for at least 10-minutes for the day clerk to come out of the toilet to refund my key card deposit. Location is good, but the stay was disappointing.

due to last minute program i need to spend more time with the team in JB. this hotel had all and great wifi access too. so easy for me to update all the related document to the team asap since my mobile internet connection was not giving me good cooperation

double room booked. triple n standard room. my standard room got problem, first room shower heater problem. room changed, but this new room got lcd tv problem..need your technician and staff to check all the essential equipment in every room in good condition.

Upgrade the hotel facilities. There’s no shower cap. The mug, spoon not very clean and got wall insects on the bed and wall”

There’s no place to put luggage in the room and no cupboards to put things. Upgrade the hotel to 5 five hotel standards.

We stayed in standard room. We're surprised by the size of the room and how they can fit everything inside there. complete with aircond, tv, bed, table side, hanger place, shower got water heater etc. perfect place to crash for a short stay. The room was tiny but very clean!

For just a short stay like 2d1n should be fine. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Noise from outside , couldn't sleep due to too noisy.
