Inviting home away from home”

My friend and I loved Naina Resort & Spa! the staff where so lovely and willing to do whatever they could to help us out. Nina Resort & Spa is well known by the locals and you will have no troubles getting a taxi or tuktuk back to the Resort. Lets talk about that pool!! Its Beautiful they have lots of umbrellas and deck chairs for relaxing and multiple entry ways to the pool... the only downside is that you must use these entries or risk being cut by the tiny sharp rocks that make up the border of the pool. The rooms are Immaculate ( Pool Side is best!) and the team that does the cleaning kept it looking spick and span. However frequently after a guest had finished a drink and left it outside of their room or dinner plates, sometimes this took a day or two to be removed by a staff member( bit of an eyesore) A simple buffet style breakfast was included for our stay and it was satisfactory. The on site spa team is wonderful and have many options for you to choose at a reasonable price. Naina is only a few mins walk from Bangala Road and all the other fun, restaurants and beach. Getting washing done was a breeze as there where several families who wash and dry for 50baht per kilo. All in all, We would definitely stay here again!

A rare diamond in Patong”

I cannot believe there will be a place like this in Patong. Unlike most hotel where buildings are so close almost smashed together, this place has a massive pool and rice field. Naina Resort & Spa is truly a quiet getaway not far from Bangla Road and Patong Beach which is perfect for a traveler like me.. who doesn't want to stay near the traffic and busy noisy streets. Great for couple and family and I'll definitely return in the future.

We loved it!”

Naina Resort and Spa was a great place to stay in Patong. It's within walking distance to the beach and shopping areas but far enough away to not feel cramped and overcrowded. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's a Muay Thai stadium right next door which can be loud some nights but the soundproofing in our room was so good we couldn't hear a thing. The breakfast was pretty good, some real orange juice would be a welcome improvement. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

Great value for money, good location & nice breakfast”

The Naina resort is an oasis in the chaos that is Patong city. It is somehow a quiet place to stay but if you get bored the hustle and bustle of the city is just a short walk away. It provides a free twice daily shuttle service to the beach but after a day here we realised that it was a very short walk away. We highly recommend the laundry service just outside the resort they were friendly and did a great job with washing and ironing our clothes. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly (though their english was not great and it was hard sometimes to explain what we needed). Oh and there is also a muay thai stadium right next to the hotel so that made it very easy to tick off seeing a muay thai fight in Thailand!

Exceptional”

Had a fab time at Naina, the location is great, only about 15 minutes from Bangla road and 20 minutes to the beach. There’s also a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and Phuket town. You can get clean beach towels from reception each morning which is a great bonus! The rooms and pool are great, we didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on that but I’m sure its good too. The outdoor space is great for taking photos and the restaurant is very spacious and comfortable. The only downfall would be the WiFi which disconnects every time lock your phone and you have to renter the password each time but it’s not too much of an issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty Amazing”

The stay at Nai Na Resort and Spa was amazing, we booked a Grand Deluxe Room with Breakfast and when we arrived we got a free upgrade from staff to a Grand Deluxe Room with Pool access. The room was clean and the shower head was amazing. It was slightly away from busy area which made it a plus and a negative for the quietness. The food was average not much to say. The "Spa" only ever had one staff so if you decide to go with two people you would have to tell them beforehand so they could get another staff, plus the price was doubled so it wasn't worth it. The Pool was spacious however my boyfriend went in the pool with his blue shorts and then it came out pink ?. The location is a pro and negative if you don't mind walking 20min every day to patong beach then go for it! There are little food stalls near the hotel, however not much massages. The internet worked in certain areas in the room which was abit of a hassle. Overall i would really recommend this hotel for a little chill in time and rest.

great resort stay at a reasonable price”

Naina resort is about 20minutes walk from the main touristy area but this is an advantage because the area near naina is less touristy. the resort is really clean and safe. for the price you are paying for, it is super worthwhile. staff are generally helpful as well.

Beyond amazing!”

We were on Honeymoon, we stayed at Naina Resort and it was absolutely amazing! we would definitely go back! from the food down to the clean rooms and lovely staff! definitely 10 out of 10!

Earlier we plan to stay near the beach...But finally we decided to select a place away from crowd... and Naina resort is best place for this....Breakfast is awesome with lot of variety and friendly serving staff....recommended for family stay...

Value for Money”

Was upgrade to grand deluxe room with shower head, bath tub, sofa seat (which you can sleep) and additional sink. The room was large with a huge bed which can sleep at least 3 adults. Housekeeping every day. Clean pool, judging the pictures on website, thought was a small pool but it turn out the size reasonable. Located 15min away from Patong beach but shopping, food, massage easily get from outside hotel. Will come back again if visit Phuket again!!

Nai Na resort is one of the best hotel i've ever stayed. Spa is under reno during my stay. Food is awesome, staffs are very helpful and attentive. Quite place to stay, away from the busy crowd of Bangla Rd. is quite a distance from Patong Beach (15 mins walk). Rooms are huge to stay, can accomodate atleast 3 persons in bed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. SURE WILL BE BACK HERE AGAIN!

A wonderful and relaxing place to stay on the vocation”

Good: - big swimming pool to swim - friendly and helpful staff (my boyfriend buy me a rose, and the staff helped me to put into the water, which is so considerable to me. Also, we come late on the first night, but the staff was still very patient to help us to change the best room for us. - delicious breakfast with amazing view. The taste of food is very nice - spacious room and you can really take a good rest at night after a whole-day journey - the place is near the famous tourist spots, we can walk to the Patong Beach, Bangala Street and Big C, so no need to worry about the transportation To conclude, if I visit Phuket again, Naira is the only place I will choose

Great Value ”

I stayed at Naina back in December. We found the hotel on Agoda a day before our stay. We arrived to check in and realized how close it was to Bangla rd, which is approx. 10 min walk. The rooms were nice, the staff was great and they also offer free breakfast for your stay :)

Amazing place in a really nice community”

We had a lovely stay at Naina. The staff were really friendly only wished people knew more English which would have been helpful. The bathrooms could have been bigger in the superior rooms and the breakfast a little different. But overall we would love to stay here again.

Great in everything if you compare it properly with other places ”

I was in this place for 4 nights . the room was great. clean and really comfy. 1- i booked normal room in high floor but when i get there it was full so they asked me is its okay to be in first floor ?! they saw my face that i was hmm , ookaay , but the lady told me No , we will upgrade your Room to be best room in hotel with same price because they wanted to make me satisfy . as i can say it was perfect . i extend my time after my booking finished because of the room and still they gave me 50% discount . friendly staff , it was some fighting but stuff really just wanted to help . and they are really kind and helpful. they massage area was Perfect , Just nothing to complain , Great VIP room , best Price , Music , Temp . 100 % give a try. people complain about swimming pool location which was great for me because the swimming pool is beside the walking area of the hotel but no Issue at all , it was really clean ,great water, many seats

Good hotel 15min walk from beach”

Really nice rooms, loved the pool especially little night swims were best. In some hotels pool area closes at 8pm. Price was low 30e per night. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly a and their own spa was nice. The minus part was really bad shower pressure, the rain shower didn't work and you just get to rinse shamboo off from long hair. The distance from everything is for some too much but its located in own peace. But the most annoying thing was that behind our room someone raised chickens and the rooster starter screaming from 5 am till 6 am and woke me up every morning. But I don't think it bothers in the other rooms so much.. Tosi kivat huoneet, siistit, tosi kiva uimaallas iltauinneille kun ei ollut rajotettu niinku muissa paikoissa. Käytii hotelli hierojalla ja oli hyvä. Henkilökunta avulias. Aamupala hyvi perus, sama joka hotellissa.. Huonot puolet etäisyys kaikesta. On omassa rauhassa mut 15min kävely rannalle ja ostoksille. Suihkun paine huonoin ikinä nipinnapin sai shamboon huuhdeltua. Eniten ärsytti kun meidän huone kadun viimene ja seinän takana joku kasvatti kanoi. Kukko huusi ku hullu aamu 5 ja 6 välillä koko tunni. Mut melu ei varmasti kaikkiin kuulu, meillä oli vaa ikkuna reikä juuri kanalan puolelle. Mut halpa, oli vastine rahalle.

Really nice resort BUT...”

Okay top resort. Clean, nice location tucked away from main city noise. Pool nice, staff nice and friendly and accomadating however......If you want quiet DO NOT stay in the middle and top rooms, rather stay on ground floor. Why? The middle and top floors have constant doors opening and closing and inconsiderating B##$$$ just slam the door close all the time while you try and sleep. The sound just echo's through all rooms. Its not the resort fault but rather idiot people with no consideration for others. Stay on ground floors for at least somewhat quiet sleeps. Enjoy!

Exceptional”

The location of the hotel is great with just 5 minutes walking distance from patong. The staffs are very nice. There are different styles of breakfast provided and all are of high quality. The pool is perfect for sunbathing and you can even drink at tthe pool. The only downside is that the water pressure is not steady for showing.

Great potential, yet to be realised...”

The hotel has obviously had a lot of investment put into it. The rooms are finished to a very high standard with comfortable bedding, well designed bathroom, lounge and kitchenette, and a flat-screen tv with international channels. Likewise the hotel facilities are very good, particularly the large, triangular? swimming pool, jacuzzi and decking area. The hotel also offers spa facilities and has a pleasant if not overpriced restaurant next to the lake, where you can go bungee jumping from a crane above the lake. The hotel itself is situated next to the Patong boxing stadium which has three fight nights a week. This should make the hotel easy to find; however, they have neglected to put any signage up on the main street so none of the taxi or tour operators can find this location as it is 100m down an unmarked side street. This along with being 15-20 mins from the centre of town is why I marked them down for location. Another disappointment was the staff performance. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, but they are rather unreliable. The cleaning staff failed to refill the soap everyday, so everyday we had to go to the reception to ask for more soap or find the cleaning staff and take it from them, which is really rather annoying if you've been out sightseeing all day and want to come back and have a shower to find there's no soap! Also the last night I pre-ordered a taxi to the airport for the following morning. However, the receptionist failed to book the taxi which left a mad scramble the next morning almost causing us to miss our flight. It also meant that we were overcharged for the taxi at 1200 baht (it should be between 700 and 1,000) because they had us over a barrel. All in all, great hotel, just needs better management.

Lovely place ”

We are here now for our first day. This are our first impressions. Room is great. Nice bed, bathroom is fine. Kettle glasses and cups in the room Free 2 bottles of water and teabags. Reception very helpfull. Nice people. Internet in the room is great. Nice and quit location, but close to a lot of attractions. Shuttle to beach is very good and runs in time. Nice place to be for a week patong beatch
