Great guesthouse in Nan”
Tha Nan Guesthouse has everything you need from a guesthouse at a really good price. We had a shared bath fan room and it met all our needs. The room and bathrooms were clean and functional. We were missing the guesthouses and hotels of our memories, and feeling a bit posh in some of our recent choices. We were so glad to find the Nan Guesthouse, it was perfect for us. The location is excellent, on a quiet lane but within walking distance of most markets, wats, and the bus station. Highly recommended.

Great Value”
Loved stsuimg here. The town of Nan is mellow and all I did was eat and rest. Nan guest house was the place to do it, especially on the upper roof top with views of the town. Comfortable and clean in a traditional old wood house with addition. Aircon worked well, warm water shower and the water in the bathroom drains well. It's nice they provide water and coffee for free, plus there's a self serve honor sytem fridge supplied with beer, water and other drinks. There's also a water refill & hot water for your coffee. 7 minutes walk to town center to eat at the lovely night market. Staff was nice and called a motorcycle taxi for me when I needed to leave. There's no Landry service, but they have a restaurant. There's a coin operated laundry machine just down the alley at a little family store. The owner was really nice and helpful. (Hang dry) Thsnk you for a pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay”
I chose this place as the location of main tourist attractions in Nan : National Museum, Night walking market ( Friday - Sunday) &Wat Phumin. Guest house is 200 m from the main road. Quiet&clean. From Guesthouse is 400 m to Nan Night Bazaar. There are parking lots for car. Restaurants cannot find in walking distance.

Nice little guest house with lovely staff”
Great little guest house in central localtion in Nan, just a short walk from Wat Phu Min and the Nan tourist office. Really helpful, nice staff. Clean rooms, reasonable priced. The bar serves a bit of food as well. I just checked the brekky, which was good - including a nice Latte :-)

Cozy quiet Guesthouse”
Nan Guesthouse is directly in the center of Nan at the end of a small Soi. Very quiet location though directly in Nan airports approach path.

Good value for money but a little dated.”
Pros: Nan Guesthouse was in a quiet location, within easy walking distance to temples, night markets and some really lovely cafés. The internet was good and it was really handy to have a water refill in reception. Cons: The decor is looking a little dated, it would have been nice to have bins emptied in the room and bathroom while we were there and the aircon in our room was a bit weak and took a while to cool the room down. Overall: Good value for money.

Great place”
I’ve stayed here two different trips to Nan. Great location in a quiet Thai neighborhood, close to all the temples and night market. The best part about the place, however, is the information you can get to help you explore outside of Nan. Do yourself a favor, rent a scooter and explore the backroads around Nan, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Doesn't get better”
Great place to stay, which is a veteran in Nan ( 30+ years). Lovely owners, well maintained, good value with options for different room types. Loved the rooftop area for drinks and evening breezes. I'll be back for sure !

Decent for a night or two ”
Only stayed one night, as a stop before a flight the next day. For that, you wouldn't really want much more. The hotel was clean, but the rooms could do with a lick of paint and a little updating. The location is decent, but I've stayed in Nan before at a different hotel (guesthouse) in a better location - the trouble is that some of these places are not available to book online. For most people, this is the best they're going to find online, and on that basis I would say its a good bet.

Chill Out on rooftop”
Basic clean rooms, super location. The rooftop with chairs, tables, hammock and great views over the roofs of Nan is fantastic!

Cheap, Clean room, Centrally located”
It's cheap, clean room, free wifi. The hostel's near bus terminal about 15-20 minutes by walking. You can walk to night market about 10-15 minutes on weekend. There are many interesting temples near the hostel by walking about 10-15 minutes. You can walk to Nan river about 10-15 minutes.

Loved the Rooftop”
Booked Nan Guest House through Agoda at around $AUD20 per night which represented very good value. The guest house itself is in the old Thai traditional teak style and is a little tricky to find, tucked away down a small soi in a typical Thai residential neighbourhood. The room itself was clean and bright of average size and the bed was very comfortable. AC worked well; Thai tv (no western channels), free WIFI which worked well and a fridge with complimentary bottled water. There was no room safe and a bedside table would have been handy to leave bits and pieces. There were no facilities to make a cuppa but they did have complimentary tea and coffee at reception. Typical Thai wet bathroom. The cafe attached to the guest house was closed when we stayed so we ate at Tonys cafe a short 2 minute walk away and the noodle restaurant a little way past Tonys. Food at both places highly recommended. We loved the rooftop; great to wind down and relax with a cool drink at the end of the day. All in all a pleasant stay and we would be quite happy to stay at Nan Guest House again.

Charming hosts and an equally gorgeous setting.”
We loved this guest house. The owners make you feel so welcome. We were driven to the National Park by the lovely Ralph for free. He leant us movies to play on the tv and his wife cooks the most amazing breakfast - home-made bread included in the price. There is a fabulous roof terrace looking over the city - nothing to near but birds singing. A great stay. Thank you to Pom, Ralph and ‘Layered’ - Sorry, it’s certainly not spelt like that, but it sort of sounds like it, for going above and beyond. We ‘ll be back.

Nan friendly unspoilt”
Good clean accommodation. Staff have limited English but out of their way to be helpful. Nan not spoilt by tourism locals delighted to see Farangs and try out their English.

Good option for independent travelers”
The rooms were nice, clean, and good sized. We were hesitant about the shared bathroom but there were no issues at all - it was clean and never had any availability problems. The guesthouse was in a good central location, too. Biggest downside for us was the fact that the staff really didn't seem interested in operating their restaurant. We paid for breakfast with the room rate but each morning it felt like a chore to have it made (more than once we had to track down someone, otherwise we would have sat there for who knows how long). We never saw anyone eating there for lunch (we tried once and no one ever came) and they closed it around 6pm even though it says it's open until 9pm. Good option so long as you don't count on them for meals (or really much other assistance at all).

Good rooftop, answer for budgeted traveler.”
Cleanliness is not bad for the price. If you a budgeted backpacker, this is the place. Room with a ceiling fan, shared bathroom. Perfect for alone traveler.

Good value/friendly staff”
Guest house is a good value. Rooms are very basic (bed, table) but kept very clean and staff is friendly/helpful. Only complaint is that mattresses arent the best but overall can’t complain for the price. Location also good and lots of info provided about where to eat/visit etc.
