clean with nice staff ”

We had a family room on second level which was very clean and a decent size. The bathroom flooded when showering so just be aware not to put clothes on the floor. All staff were very nice. Location is right in china town area with great restaurants and food stalls on the street. WiFi in room was very poor, signal strong but barely worked for internet browsing. Would not hesitate to stay again, clean, comfortable and pleasant for price.

Stayed here from 28th Nov 2019 to 5th Dec 2019 in a family room with 3 kids. Rooms were spacious. Food paradise around the hotel till late night. Very close to public transport hub Pasar Seni. Had great time with kids.

PROS : STAFF OR RECEPTIONIST VERY ATTENTIVE WHEN YOU HAVE SOME QUESTIONS, THEY ANSWER WITH A BIG SMILE THATS A BIG THING TO ME, THEY KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMER, AFFORTABLE & HUGE SPACE, VALUE FOR MONEY, NEAR CHINATOWN AND MRT, if you looking for descent and huge room dont hesitate to book this hotel, for 4days i stayed there hotel most of their staff are old but they work hard and they clean the room everyday , and if you will check out just give the key thats it no question ask. And one more thing the wfi has strong signal. Cons. : old building & not much to offer facilities but still good accommodation if you looking for affordable , clean & you have peace of when you leave your room.

Toilet walls and ventilation may be a concern for Covid”

The hotel has great location and superb value for money. There is a lift which is great for elderly and luggage. There is a balcony which is great to air handwashed laundry or other things. However, the toilet walls are thin and ventilation is shared with other units. This is evident when the smoke from other rooms floats into the room through the toilet. This can be a concern for Covid since this can be a source of infection if other units happen to house Covid positive travellers.

FOR THE PRICE ITS REALLY VALUE FOR MONEY BUT DO NOT EXPECT HOTEL STANDARD. ITS JUST A NO FRILL TYPE OF STAY. WHATEVER BASIC NEEDS YOU NEED THEY HAVE IT. HOT WATER TOWEL PILLOW SOAP TOILET PAPER TV AND AIRCON. HOT SHOWER. LOCATION ITS THE BEST JUST RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF PETALING STREET AND MANY EATERIES AROUND. THIS IS THE AT LEAST 5TH OR 6TH TIMES I AM STAYING HERE. THE STAFF IS ALSO FRIENDLY. HIGH RECOMMENDED FOR COST CONSCIOUS AND BUDGET STAY.

Room quality differs from floor to floor. In upper floors they have rather small double rooms, in lower floors - rather big family and twin rooms. We checked double one on 3rd a day before booking - it was very nice, but unfortunately on a day of checking in - it was not available, so at first we received a small one on 6th floor, but then changed it for a twin on 2nd - it was not so nice, but also good

the location is perfect, very near to the food court (you will never be hungry here :D) and very close to the bus station (pudu station if i'm not mistaken) and also the bus stop to go to SG. the place is too strategic, however the room was quite humid (lembab in indonesia). but overall if you want to find hotel with a very strategic location you can go here for sure!

Opposite chinatown market Near transportation (LRT pasar seni/LRT Plaza Rakyat) It is old hotel. So dont expect too much. You get what you paid, still good price tho. I paid via agoda. No security deposit during check in. The only downside, it is wooden wall. So you can hear your neighbor on both as well as opposite side but not that disturbing until u cant sleep. I still can sleep like a baby. Yes i recommend

Easy to load our luggage just beside road side to the hotel. Is an older hotel. The room and bathroom had newly paint. Shower had hot water after the technician asked to fixed. Traditional of room service was kind of unique experience. Excellent location, walking distance to many attraction.
