Great place to stay”

Nap Krabi Hotel has everything needed for a wonderful Thailand holiday. The rooms are of a high standard, air-conditioning perfect and security good. Pool was refreshing and always clean. Only one grumble about the room was the bedside lights were too dim to read by. We liked the convenience of the location; shops, airport and Krabi all within easy distance. The hotel provides free rides to most places you need to visit. We relied for the hotel restaurant for most of our meals. which were tasty, not too spicy and had a good variety. Taking everything into account, I am so glad we chose Nap Krabi Hotel for our Thailand holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at NAP Krabi Hotel. We stayed in the suite for a couple of days and one night in a room before leaving Thailand, and we had a good experience both times. The hotel is really “value for money”, and it’s more or less brand new. The hotel might be a bit remote, but we had a car so the location was perfect for us. Also, the hotel offers free shuttle busses through out the day including the airport. I can only recommend this place and we will stay there again, if I ever go back to Krabi.

One night stay”

After a 12 hour flight from Heathrow to bkk and then another 1 + flight from bkk to Krabi airport I was picked up from the airport by the hotel staff and taken to the hotel checked in within 30mins around 9.30pm.Hotel reception staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel room was very clean and spacious AC and wifi were excellent, bathroom and shower of a high standard, the room is with in-room safe. Food in the hotel restaurant was very nice and at a good price. In the morning reception booked me a taxi to Ao Nang, cannot tell you about bedroom tv as I didn't use it and didn't really have time to explore surrounding area but it was a very good hotel

Nice airport hotel”

We stayed at Nap Krabi Hotel for one night, as our flight left early. The staff at the reception was very friendly and was flexible with the free shuttle to tiger cave temple. The rooms were clean (but very hot when we checked in), the food in the restaurant was good and the stuff very friendly. We would stay there again.

Exceptional”

The location is quite central to everything. Transport is a lot more affordable in Krabi than on any of the other islands. We were about 20min drive from Ao Nang, Krabi Town and from the Lomprayah Bus Terminal. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from the Tiger Cave Temple which was a nice surprise. I loved the look of this hotel, I was missing a pool to be honest. The breakfast buffet was great as well.

End of trip night near airport”

This location was our last stop before heading back home. It is very close to the airport in Krabi, which is what we needed with and early flight and offers a free shuttle not only to the airport but to town during the day as well. The location is awesome for the airport and a small shopping area but other then that it is more business industry area but the free shuttle rectifies that issue. The hotel is new and gorgeous, good food, pool, fitness area, restaurant and very reasonable pricing considering. The staff in the restaurant seems a little under qualified but we found most of Thailand was very laxed in service. We had to pretty much wave them down to get their attention. This seemed to be the norm across. Never in your face which I guess is what we are use to. All in all this was fantastic.

Great hotel near airport”

This is an airport hotel. They do offer daily shuttle service to Ao Nang as well as weekend service to Krabi Night Market. It is also right next to an outlet mall where some might like to go shopping. The staff was incredibly nice, the food at the restaurant was quite good, and the rooms were impeccably clean. We had a suite on the 7th floor with a balcony. Honestly, I chose this hotel knowing that it was not next to the beach as I never know what I will get with beachside hotels. I was thrilled to have stayed here.

Ideal for one night”

Great location near to the airport - ideal if you need somewhere to stay before flying from Krabi. Hotel offers free shuttle bus service to airport, night market and Krabi town too. Nice restaurant and pool area and rooms spotlessly clean.

Exceptionally friendly staff and very clean place”

Exceptionally friendly staff and very clean place. Nice Hotel, quite reasonable and well maintained. Nice English breakfast buffet with a few local dishes. For the breakfast, team helped get custom vegetarian food. Only minus is that the Pool is quite small size as showcased in pics and is almost 20 km (30 min drive) from Ao Nang beach. However is just 5 km from Krabi Airport

Convenient airport location, make sure to eat before you arrive ”

Perfect accommodation if you have an early flight (10min by hourly shuttle to the airport). There is absolutely nothing around the hotel itself (no shop, no restaurant). That was a problem because after having waited for 1.5hours for our meal (and 3 reminders) we were ready to simply leave the hotel restaurant and eat elsewhere. The staff at the restaurant was nice and apologetic, but were unable to do much apart from telling us to wait. The staff at the reception, to whom I pointed out this problem, clearly did not give a flying sh**. Overall, I would stay here again because it is perfect if you fly out of Krabi early in the am. Make sure to eat elsewhere before you arrive. Oh and check out the roof (you need to walk up the stairs). There is a great view over the spectacular landscape around Krabi. They should have a bar up there...

Airport hotel”

We stayed in Nap Krabi the night before our flight home. The room was a bit worn although on the outside the hotel seems to be quite new. The staff was helpful and there was a free shuttle bus to the airport. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was ok. The wifi was poor, absolutely useless in the room, worked a bit better in the lobby and restaurant. Krabi outlet village and TescoLotus are close by if you want to go shopping.

Close to the airport”

I stayed at this hotel last 2 nights of my Krabi trip. It was perfect because I wanted to stay near Krabi town and also near the airport. If you like to stay near the beach, this is not for you.

Great Hotel”

Clean hotel with a nice pool, room had a kettle which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Was pretty far from krabi city but there was a free daily shuttle so that was nice. The shuttle was very handy. And the staff were so helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for an early flight!”

Perfect hotel for an early morning departure from Krabi Airport. Clean, comfortable room with big bed. Free shuttle to the airport. The only thing that I would not recommend is the restaurant (A/C too cold and food was poor).

Location, location, location. Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport perfect for red eye flights.”

The hotel provides free transport to airport, krabi town & the tiger temple. Breakfast & other facilities like the pool & gym are minimal but it doesn't pretend to be anything else. Tesco Lotus and brands outlet are 5 minutes walking distance.

Exceptional”

the stay was very enjoyable. The staff and food were incredibly nice at the restaurant. The hotel was far from town and oanang beach but have a shuttle to go there. So near to Krabi premier outlet. Free airport pick up and drop off service.

One night ”

This is a great hotel especially for location to airport, they will collect and drop you from airport for free or drop you into Krabi town or possibly the pier if you are grabbing a ferry to Phi Phi. Bed was comfortable, shower was great.

Near to airport, great service”

Near airport, provide early free transport to airport, nearby supermarket, walking distance to outlet, last minute shopping. Provide transport to tiger cave and krabi night market

Ideal for our purposes”

We stayed 1 night here, arriving late from a flight. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the location was ideal. The free shuttle bus to Krabi town is a very nice extra. Would recommend

They provide you complementary Shuttle service to Night Market. Most importantly the free shuttle service is available to the Krabi Airport so frequently which is so handy for the travellers... One of the best places with the latest facilities. So glad to be there.
