Big and quiet, friendly staff, but not so clean”

We arrived at before 18:00, which is a normal check in time to me. We couldn't find the reception or front desk as this is a service apartment. We thought we had been to a wrong place so we searched the surroundings nearby . Luckily, the guard at the entrance was nice and helped us to contact the person in charge (Mr. Wit). On the phone, Wit said that we were supposed to inform them before if we need to check in after 17:00, but there was NO any check in information as i could seen from Agoda. After we had waited for 15 mins, a staff said she had spare keys and could led us to upstairs. After that Mr. Wit arrived and i asked him why nobody told us we needed to called them in advance if we arrived after 17:00. He said they did not have my contact information but this sounded no sense to me. I booked it through agoda and how could i receive booking confirmation if i did not leave my contact? If this was the case he could check with agoda for my email, just depends on how much they care about the customers. In my opinion, agoda had charged the room rate already so they didn't care about it. Btw, Wit was nice and polite, he left his wechat and would reply our inquiry asap. The house was big and nice as i seen from the photos, but the toilets were not yet cleaned, i could see some stains (urine, poo and water stain due to the flush), which was disgusting. There is a laundry room with a huge hanger for drying clothes, which is convenient, especially for family travellers. The bed had a hint of "human smell" and i was not sure it was come from the mattress, bed sheet, pillow or the pillow case. I felt like sleeping with someone that i didn't know! The shower in the master room was good but for the other one was weak. The room rate was not expensive so maybe i could not ask for too much. Overall, the staff is nice and helpful. If u are looking for accommodation which is big and low price, u may consider this place.

The room is extremely spacious and nicely decorated. I would say that it is super cozy and extremely quiet at night. All the appliances are brand new, and they provided with everything that we needed. The free WiFi is very fast and stable but we noticed that all the cables are slightly out of place. We saw a gym in another building (Mr. Wit told me we can utilize) but didn't have the chance to go due to our busy schedule. The convenient store is near to BTS hence it's easy to stock up on our preferred choices of food, drinks and snacks (they do provide bottles of drinking water in the house). We found an interesting Thai restaurant (Jungle) and also a few street food stalls nearby. The staffs are fluent in English and friendly, they showed us around the place and the unit, and also suggested few places of attractions. Overall, this place is pretty good and we would recommend it.

Stayed there overnight and this was hands down the best value I ever got in 5 years of visiting hotels all over Bangkok. Check in was pretty seamless, but as there is no reception, just get in touch with the staff a bit prior and everything is easy. Super helpful and very polite staff (even went out of their way to arrange a pickup for something I forgot at the apartment), great equipment/facilities, everything as on the pictures plus great location. Happy to come again!

Good place and nice location”

Room is too big, there are 3 rooms, 2 rooms with king bed and 1 room with 2 single bed. Very big leaving room, nice kitchen and good staff. Except the door lock at outside toilet that it broken. Love this place and we will back again for sure!!

Requested for Twin Sharing for 1 of the room, but the staff didn't fulfill it. I fully understand that it's subject to availability, but when we comms thru WhatsApp a day before check-in, why didn't they inform me, so that I can make another arrangement. When I was there to do the check-in, the staff suggested that they'll provide more blankets and pillows for me to sleep on the floor 🙄🙄🙄 What kinda nonsense is this!!! Informed me housekeeping is on a Sun, I've dumped my towels into the basket and when I'm back from my outing, no housekeeping was done. There's no way I could get a new towels, except to hunt around nearby 7-Eleven and even went to nearby hotel to check if they can sell to me. But unfortunately, no. But they gave me suggestion on where to buy and even booked a grab for me. Thanks to Marriot Hotel staff. Lastly, the shower heater, it's either hot and cold water discharged. Not even warm. Not recommended to stay in this service apartment.

5 STAR . EXCEPTIONAL ”

My friend and I decided to do a stay cation in Bangkok for our long weekend and got an extremely good deal for our Three-bedroom suite which was bigger than we thought and really nice! We were gonna stay there for 3 nights. The staffs were really nice , check-in day for our room to be ready in a minute. One of our favorite areas in Bangkok with plenty of food and restaurants but not to crowded though it's a little walk from the BTS Thong Lo but not too bad of a walk at all. Definitely, definitely recommend and would come back again if we have another chance!

Big Unit in Good Location”

Very good value for a large 3-bedroom unit in the heart of Bangkok. Place was spacious enough for my group of people and getting around was convenient as I had my own car and the unit has free parking. Only downside is that there are not many shops in the near walking vicinity (within 5 mins) and also the housekeeping charged me THB 1000 for some dirty bedsheets.

Worth the money”

The suite is huge and can fit up to 10 people. It’s clean and the amenities are in good function, I love it cause I can cook. The tv is smart and has netflix, it’s best for staying longer days and for group party. The water pressure is really the best. ❤️

Far off from all public transport”

Place is good. But no kitchen. Basic facilities like Tea, Coffe making facilities not provided. no kitchenette also. its more like a big hotel room than an apartment. Also place is very far from any public transport. Need a taxi each and every time or your own car.

Hidden gem on agoda”

I was suprised to find a big room for this price, its in a quiet soi but the big street and skytrain is 5 minute walk. The rooms are really giving a home feel, ideally if u want to stay a week!
