Breakfast & fruit were prepared day(s) before! NOT FRESH!! ”
Bad. The promising breakfast was so disappointing! The fruit was prepared the day before and the staff still tell me its fresh! Omg! It's dried and not nutrition anymore. She still added on "that depends on the definition of fresh"...... Seriously? The staff (Sarah) told me this when she's chewing the freshly peeled banana.. I would say her banana is fresh because the skin is still on her plate.. Sarah don't greet you. No smile.. I was surprised when I found out she's a staff too. Another girl from Germany is much much friendly.. Werid hostel.... I will not come back again. The environment is not welcoming. Also the bed was made of wood thus there's contracting sound every now and then. Difficult to fall asleep.............. Crappy

If you're ever in Nara and need a place to crash, I would reccomend Nara Guesthouse 3F! It was simple, clean, and great location. We decided to leave early in the morning, and they packed us sack breakfasts. Both of the staff members we interacted were very friendly. It was in a central location from both of the major train stations as well as Nara park and its surrounding temples. If w ever spend a night in Nara we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The neighboring area is surrounded with shops and restaurant. So you won't be bored and it is still safe to walk around at night. The main attraction area is just around the corner. Located 3 mins away from Kintetsu Nara Station a plus point for you who travels with large luggage. The staffs are really helpful and kind. The place is squeaky clean. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. It is located on 3rd floor but there is elevator available. During 10 AM-4 PM is cleaning time so the rest room wont be available. It is my first time travelling alone and staying in a hostel, and it was a great experience I had at Nara GH. Thank you.

It’s totally a smart choice to make to live here! The guesthouse has both western and Japanese style rooms! They even got a storage room for us to dress up and keep those suitcases! Free breakfast includes salad, bread, yogurt, coffee tea, boil d egg etc! Quite fresh and healthy! Location—. 2min wall from Nara station, fancy restaurant and drug store near the block!Basically it would be my first choice if I come to Nara again

It's a great hostel, the staff is very active and helpful, and the main lounge is fantastic to chill-out and meet other travelers. It is also at walking distance from the main attractions in Nara, and the alleys around the guesthouse are full of restaurants and shops.

Clean, comfortable rooms with very nice bedding. For cleanliness I give this place an 11, it was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was free coffee and tea 24/7, which was a really thoughtful touch. The breakfasts were amazing and different every day: fresh scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, ham, toast, juice, coffee. Outstanding. Great location too.

Cosy place near the temples”
Very nice and we'll manteined. Small so the treat is very personal. Super friendly staff. Is in the heart of the center so it is noisy, at least the double bed bedroom we took. They left earplugs for sleeping. Very nice detail!

Lits en dortoir confortables, personnel sympathique et avenant, établissement très bien situé. Seul bémol: l’entrée commence à 16:00, ce qui est un peu tard.
