Clean and quiet”
Arrived at the hotel and wasn’t sure what I booked . Went checked in very easy and quick went to room and noticed it was very clean. Went down and seen a very nice garden to sit in the shade that was Awsome fir morning coffee and breakfast that was included in the price. I would recommend this hotel for expacts or people with transportation because it is outside the hassle and bussel of the tourist spot. Very clean quiet and relaxing hotel .

Easy & Simple”
We stayed there for a weekend as our house was being painted. It was nice and we did nothing much in hotel so we don't know anything about the service but the big room we had was nice and we enjoyed the quietness at night to sleep :-) Some barking dogs around02:00 but nothing better than a shotgun warning, it works pretty well here in Thailand. If you are looking to be in walking distance to city, that is not the place to stay.

ALL PHOTO'S OF THIS HOTEL ARE TOTALLY FAKE!!!!! NO GRASS ONLY DIRT AND TALL WEEDS! THERE IS ZERO STAFF OUR KEY WAS JUST SITTING ON THE TABLE TO SAY CHECK YOURSELF IN! MOLD MILDEW ON ALL WALLS, DOORS AND ROOF! ALLOT OF BLACK MOLD EVERYWHRE! PAINT FALLING OFF THE WALLS, NOT HOT WATER, NO A/C OUR UNIT WAS BLOWING HOT AIR AND THE OTHER GUEATS SAID THEY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS, FURNITURE OUTSIDE WAS BLACK WITH MOLD! NO SERVICE AT THE HOTEL ZERO NONE!!!! BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE ONLY A POT OF WATER WITH A FEW FLOATING PORK BALLS INSIDE THAT LOOKED LIKE A CHILD MADE IT NOT SAFE TO EAT! THE OWNER DOES NOT PUT ANY MONEY INTO HER HOTEL IT IS FALLING APART AND NOW IS NOT A HEALTHE PLACE TO STAY IN. MANY GREAT HOTELS IN CHIANG RAI BUT THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM

New hotel on the outskirts of Chang Rai. Really great room with lots of room. Kitchen area and really good bathroom. Had a great balcany with restricted views. Great garden with rabbits. Relaxing outside areas.

New hotel. Over the bridge from old Chiangrai nearer to the airport. Excellent location in a suburb out of main centre. Third floor room with views from front door and out ranchslider in the other direction. Absolutely stunning.

Reasonable hotel”
Comfortable room with reasonably price in a queit area. This hotel is also close to the city and the airport. Breakfast: could be a lot better as it said there is only bread, butter and jam, coffee. For 3 star hotel, it is poor.

I stayed at the first room on the third floor, the air-con was not working so well making the room very hot. I had to take my luggage to the third floor myself without any help from staff. Of course, there is no elevator. If you dont like reptiles, you should rethink of staying at this hotel. There are many lizards around the hotel at night and a BIG gecko outside my room! BTW, the room was so big. The location was not so good for those who don't have a car or motorcycle. If you are looking for a room to just stay a night this hotel meets your want but dont expect too much on anything but sleeping. Oh! they provide breakfast ;)

Disappointed”
We stayed in the family room; huge room with cozy king beds and sofa But their shower zone always get wet because they hadn't provided the curtain. They provided us microwave and kettle WITHOUT any mini-bar like last year!!!! The check-in and check-out time (14:00 and 12:00) were different with mentioned on website. We were told to check out half an hour early (at 11:30) Eventhough the check-out time is 14:00 because they had to prepare room for the next booking.

smell of fungus”
I stayed in family room which has two double beds and huge space for living room areas. However the room smelled fungus and I guess the cleaning is not sufficient enough. Bedding is my one of concern when I travel, and this hotel was not exception. The bedding was not comfort at all which was soggy. I would recommend you not to stay the family room.
