Modern rooms with awesome hot springs ”

We had a great stay here. The rooms and buildings are modern, well finished and as they look on the Internet. Bathroom is ridiculously big, shower was fantastic! It wouldn't matter which room you had, they would all have a nice out look. The resort grounds are lovely, 8 hot springs at different temperatures and two beautiful cold pools to cool off. The food at the restaurant is very good, which is fortunate because the resort is not within close proximity to any other restaurant. The location of the resort is the only real problem if you do not have your own car. Getting the hotel car is expensive and not complimentry. If you are planning a few days here I would hire a motorbike or car if you are a family. If you want you can hire a motorbike/car from the resort, way over priced though!!! You will need to do this from Krabi town, we walked out of the resort over the main road and waited for the local bus/ute with canopy that runs between Khlong Thom and Nuea Thom towns and onto Krabi town. This was very cheap and a fun way to ride with the locals. Make sure you get one of the newer looking utes, the older ones that are bigger with the bulky canopy take forever! If you have your own transportation you do not need to go on a tour to The Emerald Spring, Blue Spring or the natural hot spring. You definitely need to go see these, they are amazing! The springs at the resort are good but these natural wonders are a must. The signage from the main road to these places are really easy to follow and there are only a couple of turns required really and the rest of the way just cruise along. We went later in the afternoon when the tourist buses had gone and the locals were out for a swim. The walks through the national park were good. The hotel manager speaks very good English, she is aware however of the remoteness of the property and did bump up the price for airport transfer and was not particularly accommodating in assisting us in finding other modes of transport.

Two days were too short”

We arrived as a group of six. Three couples. Staff at reception was very professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. Bathroom is huge and well lit. Pools are plenty, about ten of them with different temperatures, ranging from normal swimming pool temperature to hot 49 degree Celcius. Water in pools is very rich of minerals thus helps to grow algae very fast. But the green layer of algae on the tiles doesn't mean that the pool or the water isn't clean. There is one pool with small fish that like to nipple old skin from your feet. The park is tastefully decorated with stone figures and statues. It is a joy to get up in the early morning and take a bath in the hot and cold pools, then go for a very rich and delicious breakfast in the restaurant. Mentioning the restaurant, there are a few things to complain about. 1st, TV running all day for the staff who seems to be more interested in movies and commercials than in the the comfort of their guests. You need to call them for a refill of your glasses, but their response is always very friendly. 2nd, the chef could be a tad more professional. If only there'd be a real good restaurant nearby. 3rd, there is a smoking section in the restaurant, so be prepared to get some annoying fumes while you are enjoying your lunch or dinner. In spite of my complaints I'd give Nattha Waree 99 out of 100 points. We will soon be back for another relaxing vacation.

A lovely, peaceful place to relax and recharge”

We (English/Burmese couple) had a lovely stay at Nattha Waree. The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms (we stayed in a Superior) were spacious and clean. Fabulous bathroom! Being right at the pool's edge and having access to the hot springs after dark was a real treat. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Location is fine if you don't plan on making trips into Krabi. Would love to come and stay again.

A Hot Spring Gem at a Great Price”

Just 20 minutes south of Krabi airport on an easy highway is one of Thailand's gems - and an undiscovered one at that. This resort is a model of what good hot springs, a smart (and affordable) hotel, quiet location and simple but tasty food can offer - a great experience for one, two, three or more nights. There are many different pools, and during our visit the place was extremely quiet and so lots of chance to luxuriate in pools ranging from 35 to 45 (!) degrees. Such a welcome relief from the crazy (and overly busy) beaches of Ao Nang - and even closer to the airport than those crazy beach places! Well worth a couple of nights.

Great hot spring ”

The stay at Nattha Warree was excellent although we had some minor problems with the safes in the rooms not working properly, which the resort were not able to fix. The hot pools, fish spa and gardens are very good. I will not however be booking again through Agoda due to their misleading pricing policy of hiding the taxes and extra charges until you come to pay!

Great Accommodation Addition”

Really like the accommodation that has been built here. We usually have to do day trips to enjoy the hot springs, when in Krabi, but can now stay for a few days in these spacious, modern and clean accommodations. Good room service. The hot springs are wonderfully maintained and the "cool" pools are excellent. Good staff at every level.

Amazing”

This resort is in my top 3 places I have stayed, very quiet, great place to relax, beautiful grounds with multiple wading pools both hot springs and cool pools. The room was just amazing, 12’ ceilings with large bedroom and the bathroom you could party in😂, it was big. The bonus is you have your own hot tub and cool tub in your patio surround by 8’ concrete fence. Just loved it there.

Perfect! to relax one day before the flight from Krabi”

This hotel is great if you fly next day out of krabi (with rental car or when you come from koh lanta, 15 min. to airport) and wanna relax before a little. the hot springs and the swimming pools are in a beautiful surrounding, we even had our own private hot pool outside the room! the staff is a little quiet (probably causer their english), but they are nice. the rooms are big and clean.

Nice hot spring pools & Comfortable room”

This resort has nice atmosphere of garden and several hot spring pools. The room is quite big & very clean and the bathroom is very large. This resort is located near the Hot spring fall & Emerald pool. Free wifi was available at the room. However I really want the resort to improve about the breakfast which food is not hot (very very cool)and staff should cook the new dish of food when it has no meat left in the fried rice or rice soup. The resort should make the food warm and improve the breakfast buffet quality.

One of the nicest resort i have been. If you like hot springs, it's a good reason to visit this resort. The only negative i can think about, sometimes russian tourist visit the hot spring for a few hours. Mostly they very present, by loud talking

we choose this hotel for taking a rest after busy jouney in krabi. it has many hot pool and doctor fish and also cold pools. and not so many rooms. so naver been busy. we could enjoy tranquil morning and evening. reataurant is also friendly and goo price our room is spacious

Beautiful but soul-less, empty place...”

We booked this place due to its proximity to the Krabi airport (15-minute drive only) and Emerald Pool and because we were interested in the hot springs. It has about 10 hot springs pool, but they were all but one, too hot for us to use. The resort maintains its facilities nicely, but sadly it was empty and lifeless. The hotel only had a few staff (one receptionist and one guy, who were both really nice). The food was not as bad as expected (from the reviews). The room was very big and comfortable: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and we received additional two nice, wooden baby cots for our twins, and the room was still big. The bathroom is also huge and clean and the backyard had two private pools: one with hotspring water and the other one with regular cool pool water! If you need a hotel close to the airport, we would definitely recommend this resort. Just don't expect 5-star service. But the rooms and facilities are worth a stay.

Best property if you have your own vehicle and time to relax.”

This is the best property if you have your own vehicle and time to relax. Natural hot water pools all over and attached to our room as well. We are vegetarian and kitchen staff has prepared simple and tasty vegetarian dishes for us. Staff had some problem in understanding english but they're making sure the right service. Food and drinks prices are reasonable. It's a resort with lot of trees arround so be ready to see lizards, frogs, birds and butterfly. Kids enjoyed everything.

A hidden gem in Krabi”

For the first time in a long time we found a place that exceeded our expectations. The pictures on Agoda really don't do it justice. For this price bracket, the rooms are great, the garden that contains a number of hot spring pools is wonderful. The staff very friendly and accommodating.

Definetely a lovers paradise”

Wonderful property, the staff are so responsive, breakfast was great, the rooms was wonderful as its always have been the location superb the hot springs was nice n hot the way they was suppose to be, met some nice ppl by the pool side! Life is awesome no complaint at all, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone....

Loved It!”

Our room was the nicest I've stayed in, in Thailand. Right next to a beautiful pool. There's a small room with 2 jacuzzi's also but they were being cleaned. The Hot Springs are too hot for such a climate, there needs to be a cool pool closer to all the hot ones to get into fast before you faint.

huge room & bathroom”

good hospitality given by the hotel staff. hotel manager speaks good english & is very helpful. mineral swimming pool is nice. hot spring's a little too hot for soaking at 39-49degrees. there's a fish spa which was good too, although the fishes are a little aggressive in biting. the hotel food is pretty decent if you are not going out. hotel is a good 50km away from ao nang. takes 1.5 hours by sangthaew (pickup truck, local public transport) to reach. so, don't stay here if you intend to go to the beach daily. overall, lovely hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Low season - Jungle and nature”

Here are the reasons why I recommend this place: Clean bedroom and HUGE bathroom. Each room has its own balcony or terrace facing a pool. There are two big and CLEAN cold swimming pools seperated with a kids pool for each. The complex is beautiful and it's fun to test the different 10 hot spring (pools). VERY quiet. The reception service is kind and friendly. Free wifi! Free fish spa :). 15 min car from the airport (if no traffic). Here are the reasons why I do not recommend this place: No AC as the restaurant is outdoors. The kitchen service is NOT professional at all. Breakfast is heavy but the food is ok. There is one restaurant for the entire place. Bring lots of insect repellent. There are NO shops outside the hotel for a few km. Staff English is very very poor for such a great place.

Nine hot spring pools. HOT”

First of all, the place is out in the middle of nowhere. If you don't have a car, you will be stuck with their restaurant, which is not at all bad (as others have ranted and raged about it). Hey! You are out in the Thai countryside, so it is probably true that if you order a club sandwich or a cheeseburger it will not be available. Order Thai food, which is what we did and it was all pretty good if not excellent. We ate there 4 meals and eveything we ordered was both 1. available and 2. tasty. No complaints. There are NINE hot spring pools, most of them very hot, which is what hot springs are supposed to be. One woman complained on Agoda that they were too hot. Hello! Why did she book into a hot springs in the first place? Duh.

Relax”

Hotel located 15 km from the airport, but easily accessible by songthaew (they pass along the road past the airport). Room was clean. 9 hot springs are available (temperature 39 - 49 oC). Not near shops, but by songthaew in 10 minutes you can go to the market in the neighboring town. Nice place, on occasion come again.
