Boutique hotel in the heart of Singapore”

Naumi hotel is an excellent boutique hotel just in front Raffles Hotel, in the heart of Singapore. The corporate suite is really big, with separate bedroom and lounge areas, and a small kitchen equiped with coffee machine and microwave. The lounge equipment provides a home-cinema experience (large flat screen, sound system, dvd player). The front dessk staff are among the most sofisticated and charming hotel staff I met...but they dont hesitate to carry your luggage and show you the facilities when the bellboys are not around (which seems often). Some reviewers criticise the breakfast but I dont see why. You have all kind of foods that most people usually have for breakfast (bread and bakery selection, cereals, eggs, cold cuts, cheese and salmon, saussages, fruit, salads, etc...even nutritional supplements). True, you dont have the full cooked dishes that are offered in other Asian hotel buffets (meat curry, fried rice and the like) but there are several restaurants offering that just next to the hotel. The price is not cheap but considering location and size of room is better value for money that some of the big bussiness hotels in the area.

we stayed in singapore for three nights on the first leg of our honeymoon and the naumi hotel was perfect for what we needed. there are not too many rooms which means the staff soon recognise you and they always smile and say hello and are happy to help in any way they can. the bar of the hotel closes around 10:00 - 10:30pm but it is not a problem to order a bottle of wine at this time and stay drinking it downstairs in the bar ot take it up to the roof which has the infinity pool. likewise, if you want to take your own wine bought from one of the shops the room has glasses and bottle opener to allow you to do this. the location is great for seeing the various sites of singapore - raffles is literally round the corner, china town and little india are within walking distance (if you do not like the heat then a taxi ride is a cheap option). we arranged a trip to the night zoo with the hotel and they offered us advice as to what the best option was. breakfast was included with our room rate and it was worth it - there was a range of different foods and the hot food was freshly cooked - scrambled eggs on toast was a particular favourite of mine. i would definitely recommend this hotel for a great place to stay in singapore.

Excellent hotel in perfect location”

The Naumi hotel turned out to be the perfect place for me. I arrived at about 9am and the room was ready (I had forewarned them on my booking form). Very friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay, remembering my name and offering advice whenever needed. The room has separate living and sleeping areas, huge lcd tv, business area, tidy kitchen area, and a lovely bathroom with shower and separate bath. Really couldn't be faulted. Roof-top mirror pool was a godsend in the sticky heat, and has fab views over the CBD, Esplanade and Raffles hotel. Location was also excellent. Backing on to Raffles Hotel, near the City Hall MRT, 10 mins walk from Fort Canning Park and National Museum, 2 to Chjimes. All in all, highly recommended. The rather expensive breakfast (for what it was) is irrelevant as there are plenty of food places nearby (I used The Coffee Connoisseur for breakfast, 10 yards away and serving until 11am)

I was here (Singapore) to celebrate my girlfriend birthday. And I have made the right decision to stay in Naumi Hotel. The hotel location are near to tourist attractions, easy access to public transport and surrounded by local restaurants, which for me is perfect! We love to eat! And we also love this hotel breakfast! For us, the hotel size is just about the right size. Not too big nor too small. It's perfect for traveling couple who seek a little privacy and less crowded places. After a long day, you can go to the pool located at 10th floor and order yourself a nice cold beer and relax :) Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay in Naumi Hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone whose planning to visit Singapore.

A great little boutique hotel”

I had a last minute business trip to Singapore and my usual hotels were fully booked. After searching Agoda I discovered Naumi Hotel and what a great little find. It has a mini W feel to it with the art and lightening, which is great if like me you like contemporary design. But what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay is the attention to detail. Shortly after arriving at the hotel around 9pm, I received a knock on the door and the offer of a free night cap, Vodka, Baileys or cookies. This cost very little for a hotel, but touches like this really go a long way. Add to this a free mini bar, free local calls, a nice room, rooftop bar and infinity pool, plus really friendly staff and you've got a great little boutique hotel. I would highly recommend Naumi Hotel, for couples or business.

Larger boutique-style hotel in a quiet location with modern rooms and a great rooftop pool”

Naumi is located off a street in a quiet part of Singapore. The room was nice but we did not have any view at all- it looked down on an alleyway. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was strong, and the shower /bath amenities were great. The pool on the roof is awesome. Incredible views from the pool day and night. Pool is open late too. The only complaint we had is that Naumi gives a "free drink" card on check in (with a giant Singapore Sling cocktail on the front of the card). Turns out these drink coupons are only good for a wine or beer in the lobby bar and not at the pool bar, even though they just bring the drinks up from the lobby anyways. Why put a giant picture of a Singapore Sling on the card if it's not included? I get that this is a small gripe and it didn't take away from the overall stay, but they shouldn't even give these coupons out if there are so many unclear restrictions with them. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Naumi!

It was worth the money”

I booked this hotel specially for my fiancé. It's his birthday. He really love the room a lot. Service was excellent. Nothing to complaint about. The room are so clean. And the comfy bed, I still dream about. Naumi really cater to our need, many small details like bedroom lightings are so friendly. And free refill of pantry in e middle of the night, the receptionist sound amazing lively. Haha.. Breakfast selection was little but it's good spread. Once again amazing service. The microwave in the room really come in handy. With Bose sound system, we just stay whole day in the room and won't feel bored. The infinity pool, amazing overlooking the city hall. You can even get DVD xbox and wii from e recept. Most important there's not much ppl in this hotel. Not crowded. Everyone seems to smile at everyone. Lovely... Would like to have another stay here... Absolutely!!!!!!!!

Super friendly staff and great location ”

We recently stayed 5 nights at Naumi and absolutely loved our time there. The staff were so friendly, especially the lady that checked us in! She even escorted us to our room to show us how everything worked and was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the habitat room on the 8th floor and had a nice little view of the city skyline. The room was cleverly designed and very comfortable. The rooftop pool is wonderful. Really beautiful view of the skyline and nice deck to relax on! The only downsides were that the pillows were too high and firm and the hotel gym is very, very small and split over 3 floors, not ideal but we still managed to get a few workouts in with the limited space and equipment. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again. Really central location with lots of eateries and shopping (raffles city, Fushan, Bugis mall) within walking distance. Plus late checkout at 12 and under $300 per night which is hard to find in Singapore for a decent hotel!

Will not disappoint!”

You are greeted by a great facade which looks great at night and you enter the foyer cum bar cum restaurant. Very stylish with a fantastic wall decal design that is continued throughout the hotel, even in your room. From the moment we arrived, Naumi's service was excellent. Chilled water was provided for check in, and after check in, the concierge took us up to our room to show us around. And the rooms are great, comfortable and stylish. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in ensured a good nights sleep every night. Quiet air-conditioning keeps the room cool (room is set to a comfortable 22 degrees celsius and when you leave the room automatically moves up to 24 to help conserve energy which is excellent to see!). Good location, the MRT station is about 2 blocks away and it's right next to Raffles Hotel to grab that mandatory (and pricey) Singapore Sling! The infinity pool is amazing on the roof with awesome view over Singapore. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and took care of every need we had. They even allowed us to store bags on the day we flew out (we left hotel for a side trip to Indonesia). Highly recommend Naumi, an excellent hotel and stay.

Great stay at Naumi”

Greeted with an open door and a nice smile was the start of what was to be a great stay at the Naumi boutique hotel. Henny and Vee swiftly organised an early check-in and it was onto our immaculate, ultra modern rooms for a shower and a rest after our long flight. The bathroom in my room was brilliant with a huge bath and a rain shower head, likewise the bed which was ultra comfy. You could easily stay in your room for longer than planned as they have created a restful haven. The room has modern gadgets, auto blinds, Apple TV, nice coffee machine and the contents of the fridge (non alcoholic) are all complementary....a nice touch. Every staff member we engaged was friendly and helpful, a real testament to the manager Brandon who was on hand to assist with eating and visiting recommendations. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay. Worth a mention is the hotel rooftop bar/pool area. It is a must when the sun goes down. Now I need to plan my next visit to Singapore and Naumi.

A truly wonderful experience”

Our stay at the Naumi Hotel was beyond parallel. My fiancee and I were upgraded to a corporate suite upon our arrival and it blew us away! Our aide, Paul, was a superman. He gave us the tour of the room, brought all of our bags up, and answered all of our questions about where to go to eat during our short stay in Singapore. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and the evening turn-down service with fresh, cool bottled water was a godsend. The rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous once the sun went down, and or experience at Naumi made for a very romantic few days in Singapore. Well definitely be back and will recommend to all of my friends.

My husband and I stayed at naumi hotel in March 2016. The staff were really friendly and made a great impression on us from the moment we arrived. We didn't eat at the restaurant on-site, as we wanted to explore other places and we didn't have time to enjoy the rooftop pool. We thought the location was great - close to malls, restaurants, and about a 25min walk to marina Bay Area. Our room was a bit small, but that's probably normal for Singapore. We would probably stay at naumi hotel if we visit Singapore again.

I actually don't want you to know about this hotel. Sometimes, however, we must do the right thing. Singing the praises of Naumi is the right thing to do. For a recent business trip I searched Agoda for a hotel near Suntec in Singapore. Naumi is next to the Raffles Hotel and walking distance from Suntec. I was impressed by everything: staff, decor, location. There's actually one word that sums up Naumi best: sexy. The place oozes cool. The rooftop pool and bar is a sight to behold as you look over the Raffles Hotel all the way to the Fullerton and the Central Business District. Again, I don't want you to know about this hotel, but it would be rude not to share it with you. Stay there. You'll enjoy it.

totally great”

I stayed at Naumi with my husband for 3 days. It is located near city hall MRT station where is the center of this country. Location is just perfect and free mini bar also was good. I like the moment when I chill out at roofbar with swimming pool. A room size is a bit small for me and the noise of construction a bit made me tired. and swimming pool is a bit small. (but it looked very clean-perhaps staff check it perfectly.) Every staff was welcoming and nice, so I could stand some drawbacks. My husband said staying at Naumi was great choice, and I think so too.

Superbly comfortable”

I will definitely stay at Naumi Hotel again when next I am in Singapore. I especially appreciated the courteous, yet personal manner of the hotel staff, the superior quality of the ammenities in the room, the comfortable king sized bed and the delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. Truly, I felt like Naumi's was a home away from home! Of course, it was even more convenient that the hotel is only a short distance from the Esplanade MRT station, and that it was quite easy to get from & to the airport (20 min). The only slight downside for me was the small size of the pool, but I suppose that's just a minor inconvenience.

huge suite, room is true to photos posted on the website, Molton Brown toiletries are fabulous, the shower is amazing, amenities available in the suite were great! i love the bathroom, bright and spacious unlike many other hotels i've been to. it's a stone's throw away from City Hall MRT station, so it's really accessible. did i mention the bed is really really comfy?? guaranteed a good night's sleep at Naumi. Awesome hotel, i'd definitely go back again!

Had a wonderful stay at this awesome hotel!”

Was having a staycation at this hotel two days ago. What really impress us was the service of the staffs. They were very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Location wise, it's within walking distance to Suntec City & Raffles City. There are also some pubs and food stalls nearby the hotel. The room is beautiful and comfortable. Probably the only thing that was a minus point for us was, there was no carpark provided by the hotel. Overall, We have enjoyed our stay and thank you Naumi! :)

Posh hotel with apartment style rooms”

Service at Naumi hotel was excellent and facilities such as yoga room, ladies only floor were unique to this hotel. We stayed at the ladies only floor and found many amenities catered for ladies ( yoga mat, hair straightener,etc). Top class breakfast was served with sparkling wine and cheese platter, however the variety seems alittle lacking. We stayed at 6th floor but we could hear some noises from the outdoor gardens below (occupied by other rooms). The room was spacious with adequate facilities. Overall, it was like a second home to us in Naumi hotel.

Amazing Hotel”

I stayed at the Naumi Hotel for five nights in August. Its an amazing hotel and great value for money. The location is excellent and there are quite a few good places to eat or get coffee near the hotel. The room was really well laid out. I've stayed in quite a few places in Singapore and this was by far the best. The staff are really attentive and go the extra mile. The pool is amazing has the best views.

our 4 night stay at naumi went smoothly, and too quickly. the staff are attentive,but not overbearing. housekeeping is discreet and of a high standard. this was my second visit to naumi and staff remembered me from my first visit. it made me feal special. the hotel is in an excellent location, very central for all one would want to do in singapore . i will certainly stay at naumi again, on my next singapore trip
