Comfortable and Spacious”

My stay in NECA was good. Good security and easy check in with no deposit of cash or card. I was checked into a room on level 3. There was a little problem with aircon leakage for the first night and was moved to swiftly to another room on the same level. There is ample parking space for cars and motorbikes. My girlfriend has a car and bike so its easy for us to travel. There is no taxi, uber or grab from what i see in the area. But you can rent a car or bike from the reception i am pretty sure they can arrange it. The TVhas many good channels on it and everything in the room works. Recommended if you would like to stay in the area of Prince of Songkhla University!

A PLEASANT STAY AT NECA APARTMENT”

As I had a temporary assignment at Prince of Songkhla University, Neca Apartment meets my need; good facilities, accessible for online transportation, excellent internet connection, and friendly and helpfull staff. If I get another chance to visit PSU, I will definitely stay at NECA Apartment again.

Great Hotel, Value for Money indeed!!”

We stayed here for 3nights. 1st we were checked in Room 404 however the Air-cond is not cold and the TV is not clear. Therefore, We’ve been transferred to the next door - Room 403 instead. Everything is prefect here in Neca. The Room is as shown in the pictures. Very spacious and modern look with 2 seater Sofa, Dining Table, Fridge, Water Kettle and additional Sink in the Kitchen. The bed is big (King Size) and very comfortable. Location is easy to be found because We are using Waze and there is also signboard from the main road to the Apartment. Neca is quite near to Asean Night Bazaar & Greenway – around 1km. Carpark is situated outside/beside of Neca and there is CCTV and also Security who does the rounding, your Car will be 100% safe when parking here. We would definitely stay here again whenever in Hatyai.

A quiet, cosy place to stay”

A modern and unique apartment complex, nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of Hatyai consisting of Hipster cafes and shops. Rooms are kept clean and tidy, almost like a studio apartment, and the price is as low as a budget hotel. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a little bit far from the city centre, but transport is not a problem here since we have Grab. Recommended for families and couples looking for a quiet place to stay.

The room is big and very clean. Nice design. Good location for people who need to visit the University. Safe neighborhood. There is the fresh mart right in front of the apartment. Enough parking spots. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

The washroom could use shower curtains to avoid wet floors after showering. Electricity went out twice during our stay; which I’m sure is not a regular occurrence. No toothbrush provided. No iron. Apart from that, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable (as seen on pics); reasonably priced, lots of parking space – onsite and an open space next to property. Courteous and accommodative staff. We would definitely stay here again.

A bit far away from City centre but if you drive it is good. Nearby a lot of eatery as it is near the Prince of Songkla University.

Clean&Space modern room”

Good for own transport&family trip. Quiet&located in front of the university community area. Love the place& so close to shopping malls& night markets. I will stay there again next time. Feel like a home.

Clean, Big rooms & Value for money”

Me and my partner was planning to have a road trip to Hatyai and we found this hotel at Agoda. The price is reasonable and we don't care for the location due we are driving. It's was a bit confuse while we trying to reach the hotel but once we arrived to hotel, the staff was very friendly and guide us a lot for motorcycle rental. Once we get in to our room, the first impression was big, clean and comfort.

i'm very satisfied staying here, hotel located at lesser crowd area which is really relaxing,is not convenience without transport but who care, we rent a bike to move around , friendly stuff , clean room, low price, what you pay is more than what you get.

Very happy with this apartment”

The place is very spacious and clean. Staffs were friendly to tell us that the room we originally booked was not enough for our family and offered an upgrade to family suite with minimal top up. Parking space was very small, however, there's always a staff to help us to ensure we get a parking space. The only thing was the air-con in the room was leaking. Otherwise, everything else is value of money. Will highly recommend this place for family stay.

stayed here a couple of times. clean, nice and big studio apartment. Only thing lacking is that the kitchenette lacked basic dining set and light cooking appliances. has undercover parking available with friendly guards on watch.

a bit far to town center, it is not suitable for people no own transport, it is a service apartment concept with very very big, nice, comfort room. we do very enjoy on it.

2nd time here and still loving it”

Everything is good about the room. Eateries for Muslims are nearby. There are several bikes available for you to use and we used it to get some breakfast near the main road. It's very cosy and not that mainstream. Suitable for our family. There's no pool and the gym is lacklustre. But the spacious room definitely makes up for all its shortfalls. + spacious and clean room. love the ambiance. - cleanliness of the entire property could be better. outskirt of town. gym needs to be upkeep.

This is our second time here. This time we stayed for 2 nights. Everything is great except for the last night, my parent's room air-conditioning becomes not cold & the water is dripping. We can't inform the Reception because the counter already close at 10pm. There is a guidance in the room regarding how to use the amenities in the room, it would be great if it would also be in English so it is easier for Us to u understand.
