Hotel Nest Kumamoto was very nice located. Near the Kumamoto castle. everything was fine. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The personnel staff were very helpful and reliable. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Good value and location ”

I like the service. Very nice and helpful staff. The star was deducted for facility as we can’t use their car park at the moment. Needed to walk a block to access paid car park with hotel discounted rate. Aside from that desktop wall socket wasn’t working but they fixed it really quickly after we informed them. Buffet breakfast at Cielo at ¥840 if prebooked is really a good deal. We easily walk to Kumamoto Castle and the park. 7-e is just around the corner. All in all we love our stay with you.

the location is great as it is near shimatori and the tram station and a taxi stop. The front of the hotel once inside is very pretty. the rooms however were a bit older looking than expected, as it seems to be an older hotel. however, it is a nice cozy hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was a very good experience and the wifi was great.

Good value for a short stay in Kumamoto. Excellent location close to Johsaien, Kumamoto castle and the central city area - all within walking distance. Staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old but can’t really complain for the price and location

The place is not new but well maintain. Location near to Kumamoto Castle which is just walking distance. If you are a walker you may take a little walk to the Ginza / Shinsikai. Overall experience is good.

The hotel is 5 mins walk from the bus station and Sakuramachi shopping center. Many tram stops nearby to the hotel to get around. The room is clean but dusty, lots of dust everywhere. Other than dust, it's clean. The breakfast provide is good, Japanese style. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close by is Shinshigai shopping street.
