ビジネスホテルと変わらない印象”

滞在は夜からのため、立地とロケーションやニューオータニへの安心感からこちらのホテルを選びました。 駅の目の前にあり下層階はモールになっているので、足りない物や食べ物など色々買えて便利で、部屋のTVも55型ほどの大きさで迫力がありました。 利点はそれらに尽きると思います。 チェックイン後、部屋に入ると物凄い熱気、、、暑くてたまりませんでした。 空調は事前に効かせてはくださらないんでしょうか。 お茶セットも粉の煎茶と梅昆布茶のみでミネラルウォーターはなし。 アメニティも最小限な印象。 お部屋も埃や細かい汚れなどがあり、 少し気になりました。 バスタオルの設置場所が浴槽内なのも使いづらいです。 換気扇も小さい簡易的なもので、換気されてるのかされてないのか分かりませんでしたので、シャワー後はドアを開け放していました。 朝食は個人的には期待していたのですが、 一泊5000円以内で泊まるビジネスホテルレベルでした。 シェフが作ってくれるオムレツはとても美味しかったのですが肝心の品数が少なく、パンコーナーにはオーブンも無いので、湿気たクロワッサンを食べました。 スペース的な問題なのでしょうか、、、 以上の事から、全体的に値段不相応だと感じてしまいました。これなら駅直結のJRホテルの方がいいです。本当に残念でした。

素晴らしい眺望です！”

初めて利用しました。最上階19階の海側客室の大きな窓からの眺望は、大変素晴らしいです。客室も清潔。浴室がコンパクトなのは許容範囲でしょう。複合施設の中のホテルのため、時間によっては施設への出入り、駐車場からの出入りなど、慣れないと分かりづらいかも知れません。 朝食も充分な質と量ですが、コロナ対応のためか、バイキング料理を求める人の動線が交錯することが多く、少し利用しにくいこともありました。 とはいえ、まだまだ新しく綺麗で、抜群の立地と眺望を考えれば、極めてコストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルだと思います。また利用したいと思いました。
