Great comfortable stay”
Stay here couple of times already and will still be coming back to this hotel. Room is nice and clean for a place to take a good sleep. It's value for money and location is very good. Located just 2 min away walking from Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Pinnacle and Sunway Lagoon Resort. Many eateries around including KFC, local mamak and there's a food truck scene at night around the area. Very convenient place.

Clean and comfortable”
Was a wonderful stay at New Town Hotel. Definitely A++ for the hotel location. This hotel is located just 2 min walk to Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach entrance and is just opposite Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall. Cleanliness of the rooms satisfactory. The room is clean and has what it needs for us to have a good sleep. A good comfortable bed with clean linens and cold aircon. Though the toilet is slightly tight but it was clean and the hot water shower has good water pressure. Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again. Very Value for money!

Great Stay and Convenient Location”
Definitely value for money for the place we got for our night. Very comfortable room for the night with cold aircon and access to the internet. The toilet is small but good enough for us to take a good bath. The location is superb. Just 2 min walk to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon. If you cannot find parking, you can just park your car in the open car park right in front of the hotel. Ample of parking there. At night, there's a scene of food truck around the area. Nice burgers and some finger foods are all there. If you want something Malaysian, there's also mamak restaurant. Satisfied guest!

the room is way better than all the reviews commented. the manager, Tim is very kind hearted as we booked a deluxe room and he gave us a FREE upgrade to an executive room because there is a vacancies to allow us to enjoy our stay. he also allows us to check in as early as 9am before the check in time which is suppose to be 3pm. the room is small yet cozy and hospitable. is just a less than 5mins walk to sunway pyramid and sunway lagoon. it was a great stay :) no regret! 👍

Simple and Value Hotel”
Just across the road, 2 minutes walk to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon. Plenty of auxiliary polices that is visible around the vicinity that made us feel safe. Check in was fast and simple with the hotel. Great customer service staff. The hotel is simple and has everything you need for a value hotel like this. Clean room and sheets are definitely great and will be back again when I come back to this area.

NEW RENOVATED ROOM”
My choice of stay again when I come back to Kuala Lumpur.Kids had fun in Sunway Lagoon which is just across the road and I can go for my meetings. Very convenient. And the actual rooms exceeded the room photos showed on Agoda. When I asked, I was told that they have just renovated their room! Will recommend!

Just 2 min walk to Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Lagoon. Many food court, and got food truck at night to enjoy good food. Room is clean. Aircon is cold. Toilet have hot water shower. Good water pressure. Check in is alright. Ample car park in front, there's a big public car park. and the hotel have a space for us to drop off our luggage before parking our car. Very good and convenient. Will recommend to stay here

Will be back again when I visit this place again! The rooms are clean, good and located just near Sunway Pinnacle and Menara Sunway. Very convenient to walk over for meetings! Will be back again with my kids for Sunway Lagoon as I realized they offer discounted tickets for their guest. The discount they offer could almost get me the room for free. So, why not?

Very nice value hotel to stay in Bandar Sunway. Located very strategically just opposite Sunway Pyramid, 2 min walk and it's the shopping mall. Room is very comfortable and nice. Check in was really fast. I think it's a good place to stay and will be back in the near future again when I visit Sunway

Prime location for going to sunway lagoon”
Booked 2 unit . One got window another without window. Overall I like it with this price it have all the basic needs which I expected. Pretty new furniture and furnish .General fittings all available but TV not that clear. Cleanliness can be improve though. Other than that, I think this location of hotel with the service. I pretty well happy with it. Do note that the unit which has the window would not be suitable for light sleeper traveller though. Will be back again of I happen to be at sunway lagoon

The stay at the hotel was convenient as it's just 2 minutes walk away from Sunway Pyramid and Pinnacle. Check in was very prompt and got an upgrade for my stay to a bigger room. Didn't really need it but why not? Room aircon is cold. Clean sheets and toiletis clean. Overall satisfy staying here
