1. Bilik bersih dan kemas.
2. Host yang baik
3. Berbaloi dgn wang untuk apartment 2 bilik.
Tetapi,
1. Blok paling akhir dan hujung.Agak sunyi dan terpencil. Bahagian belakang blok adalah tempat pembuangan sampah.
2. Tiada permandangan. Balkoni berdepan dgn blok lain dan banggunan pembinaan terbengkalai
3. Perlu berjalan kaki melintasi 2 blok utk ke water theme park
4. Park by your own risk.
5. Tiada guard bertugas.
6. Risiko keselamatan.
Penting untuk owner inform guest di manakah lokasi sebenar bilik penginapan sblm membuat pembayaran. Juga penting untuk guest bertanya dahulu sblm membuat pembayaran.
