With only a 10 minute walk away from Patong Beach front Nipa resort is well situated and equipt with warm and friendly staff. The Hotel has so much to offer from the Grand swimming Pool area complete with bar and waiters for food orders, to the Internet room and Dining area. The Hotel is new and kept clean. The staff are all Happy and eager to please and we found ourselves making great friends at Nipa with the staff. The food the hotel offers is diverse and vast so you will always find something you enjoy and we thoughly enjoyed our meals. My Husband and I spent our Honey Moon at Nipa Resort and where permantley made to feel special. We will definatley use Nipa again.

Our stay at the Nipa was enjoyable. The room was clean and newly renovated. Breakfast had different choices of Thai food and an omelet station. This hotel was very quiet and family oriented. The pool is lovely with a pool bar nearby. The location is off the beach and not easy to walk from. We had a car so it was easier for us to move about the city/beach area. It was not clear what type of local taxi/bus service was available for short travel. We did not use the hotel shuttle that was offered twice a day to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at the Nipa resort.

Good resort in central location”
Its a very nice resort in a central location and a few kms from the Patong beach. since its on the patong main road its close to all markets, shops and local restaurants. The resort is asthetically built in traditonal Thai style. freindly staff. Good breakfast and a very nice n clean swimming pool. As a family we enjoyed our stay at Nipa resort.

The resort was fantastic with a beautiful pool,bar and restaurant.Staff were excellent. Always smiling,greeting us and willing to do anything over and above to make our stay a memorable one.Our room was beautiful,clean and had a balcony overlooking to pool,bar and whole resort.Breakfast was very nice with a variety of both Thai and Western cuisine.The restaurant was also great with a huge selection of dishes,cocktails and drinks.The travel agent at resort was a wonderful in organizing Memorable Island tours,sightseeing,taxi service and so much more.Thank you to Nipa Resort and Staff.

i stayed in nipa resort after 3 nights in a private villa with private pool. hotel was ok, not luxurious of course but still good for the price, its location was fab, very near to patong beach which made us easily go up and down. food was fine, staff was friendly and helpful.

bem calma. Dez minutos andando de Patong Beach. Servico otimo e cafe da manha bem variado e gostoso para todos os gostos. Quartos confortaveis e bem limpos. Piscina otima para relaxar com hidromassagem. Staff eficiente e prestativa, sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Cada dia 2 garrafs de agua eram deixadas em nosso quarto e graca. Nice location, great pool”
Nipa Resort is really nice place. Not far from the beach (5-10 min walk), very close to Bangala road and the Mall (5 min walk). Nice massage places just outside on the street. 7 Eleven near the hotel entrance has everything you may need or have forgotten to take from home. Gorgeous pool! If you can book a Grand deluxe room with pool access. Very helpful and accommodating help desk - excursions, day trips, taxi to another beach, airport or anywhere. Felt very safe at this hotel and had a great time!

Great Location & Nice Place to stay”
Staying at Nipa Resort was memorable. THe Resort is nice and really a great location near to the bangla road where a lot of activities are in there during the night. It is just a 7-10 minutes walk. The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. There is only 1 thing that we dislike and that is the mosquito. Though they have a mosquito repellent inside the room but overall it is a good place to stay due to its location

Fantastic - I would certainly go back”
I chose this hotel based on reviews I read on Agoda and Trip advisor both of which were spot on. Whilst I had booked for a standard room on Agoda, I had put in an electronic request to the hotel via agoda to book me for a deluxe pool access room (the hotel has only 7 of these) and they were very responsive to my request almost immediately sending me an e-mail with confirmation and allowed me to pay for the difference upon arrival. We were a honeymoon couple and they set up petals on the bed, in the bathroom and gave us a baked treat upon arrival - of five that we stayed at, this was one of the two hotels who did this for us in Thailand. The hotel was great and I have no complaints except that the room we were given had twin beds joined together to make a double (I can understand this as they only have 7 of such rooms which are in high demand). Whilst the bed was large enough we had to get housekeeping to pad the mattress with a blanket to ensure that we did not feel the divide in the bed. Nevertheless the staff were very helpful and in fact they offered a free upgrade to a junior suite but in the end we settled for a free dinner treat (3 course meal which I must admit was fantastic and the best food we ate in Patong) as a compensation for not having a double bed as all the 7 rooms with pool access were fully booked during our stay there. I must commend one of their staff at the check in desk (her name is Patima) who was very sweet to us and went out of her way to help us in all ways. She was certainly the most professional person I came across in all the 5 hotels I stayed in Thailand and extremely helpful with a big smile on her face right through. A very accommodating and pleasant individual indeed. We lost our camera in Patong area the evening before and the next day when we checked out and they allowed us to have a late check out and also leave out luggage at the hotel until later that evening whilst we searched for our camera (which we eventually found!) thank

Excellent”
Resort staff were friendly, going their way to make our kids welcome. Always full of smiles and our kids enjoyed themselves. The pool was just right for our kids - our toddler loved it and got himself to swim in the adult pool with his float. We are thankful we met nice hotel guests who helped us when our kids were there - nosebleeds, pushing the floats and letting with them play with their pool noodles. We read up the reviews here and on other travel websites before deciding on the Family room. We were happy we took this hotel which had a huge Family room - lots of space for our kids to burn their energy. We were also mentally prepared for the type of guests who were staying here - aka loud banging of doors at odd hours, speaking loudly, speaking in an abrupt manner and it didn't bother us one bit. That said, we realised the tremendous amount of stress the resort staff undergo daily dealing with the guests including us, it made me appreciate their service even more. They smiled and tried their very best to fix the lights in our rooms before we checked in, our rooms were made up daily and were clean. The beach was walkable with toddler in our arms, about 8-10minutes with a leisurely stroll with crossing 3 major roads (5minutes I reckon if we didn't have kids with us); just head toward the Patong hospital and walk straight all the way. Sun Beach Cafe was just there and its pizza and service was good. Jungceylon was about a 10minute slow walk by turning left pass 7-11 and walking straight till we saw the Bangla Boxing stadium, Macdonalds. Check out the cheaper local Thai snacks at the open air market opposite Jungcelyon. Checking out was a breeze (within 5 minutes), we kept everything in the room neat and easy for staff to check on the items.

fantastic nipa resort/ phuket”
This is a terrific family freindly hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and freindly, the location is close to all shopping and night life with 7-eleven stores almost next door. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable and well maintained. The pool area is terrific with two childrens pools. The restaurant is very good and the staff are attentive. As a family we had a wonderful stay at the nipa resort and look forward to staying there again soon.

Upon staying at Nipa Resort, my first time experience was really better than what i had expected. The location was fab, a 10 minutes walk each to the nearest shopping and the famous Patong Beach. The staff there was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who remembered every single details of the room we booked without having need to refer to any other materials for reference. The whole resort was cosy and gave first time travellers like me a whole new view on Phuket. Thumbs up!

My stay with my family at Nipa Resort Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel staffs was very polite and helpful. It make our stay very comfortable, pleasant and quite. The hotel is near and just a walking distance to the beach and Jungceylon Mall which is also near to the entertainment area of Bungala Road. Overall, I say our stay there was great and worth the money spend, I recommend this anyone.

Excellent Choice in Phuket”
Before arriving at this hotel, the only information I could find was on the hotel's website. Although the photos of the rooms, facilities, and pool area looked nice, I was unsure if it would live up to our expectations. As it turned out, I needn't have worried. <br /> We booked our airport transfer through the hotel directly, at a cost of 600 Baht, or slightly less than $20 US. The drive to the hotel takes about 45 minutes. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with juice and friendly, smiling service. Check-in took about 5 minutes, upon which we were escorted to our rooms. Since we were traveling with my mother-in-law, we booked two rooms, a superior and a deluxe pool access. <br /> From what we could tell, the superior room is the lowest category. Yet, the room was nicely appointed, with access to a small garden, color satellite TV, and a very nice bathroom. The bed was queen sized and there was a small seating area next to the window. All in all, a very nice room. The deluxe pool access was appointed very similarly, with the addition of an outdoor terrace with two chairs and a table, plus direct access to the hotel's pool. This was a great feature, which we took advantage of the entire time. Both rooms have central control of all lighting and airconditioning via a bedside panel. <br /> Breakfast was inclusive in our rate, and the spread included a variety of western and asian food items, such as bacon, sausage, eggs, made to order omelets, congee, noodles, croissants, cereal, juice, tea, and coffee. It was a phenomenal way to start each day. Breakfast ran from 6:30 - 10:30am each day, which allowed us to catch breakfast before heading back to the airport for our return trip. <br /> We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be part of the Patong Beach experience, but is unsure about staying in the heart of town. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Bang La Road and about 15 minutes to the beach.

Arrived at the Nipa Resort a little apprehensive as we werent sure how far it was from everything. A quick walk out of the resort and you'll find yourself amongst it all. Beach is less than a five minute walk, the close4st 711 for your supplies is a one minute walk around the corner. Rooms were clean and room service was also aok. We enjoyed a pool access room which IMPO is the only way to go. No biggie but found it a little odd that the hotel did not have an iron to lend their guests. All in all, for the price and the location - it hit the mark for us!

fantastic hotel ticks all boxes”
i stayed at the nipa for 2 weeks and it was the best choice i could have made. the resort is exactly like the pictures. i had the deluxe room looking over the pool which was fantastic. rooms are big, bathroom great, aircon works perfectly and house keeping comes everyday. breakfast is fantastic and staff always welcome you with a welcoming smile. so much food to pick from a+. pool is huge and the best part of it is there are sunny and shaded spots (if you dont want to get sun burnt)also lots of sun chairs. best of all is the staff. always smiling and helpful. pitty some guest dont treat staff nicely. definately will be back!!
