Good value for money”

We stayed 3 nights in Osaka. The room was very spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Japan. The shower/bath room was also very spacious as the bathtub and shower were two separate units. The hotel was conveniently located a few blocks, within walking distance, from Dotonburi. We did not do laundry at this hotel, but I believe there is laundry service. There is also a coin laundry across the street. My only complaint is that the bedding and sheets felt a little dry. Also the hotel entrance is off a small road that can look a little shady at night; however, we did not run into any trouble.

Acceptable Stay”

The room was a little small but the location is not bad. It's close to Nipponbashi station. The toilet was separate from the bathroom which is nice. The room also had a hair dryer. Breakfast is not free but provided for a fee. Check in is at 4pm (pretty late) while check out is at 10am.

Good”

Stayed here for 3 nights last February 2020. The room is big enough to leave 2 luggages open and be still able to walk around. The bathroom has a big bathtub and the toilet is separate, which is nice. Will probably stay here again if I go back to Osaka.

Dusty room not for fussy guests ”

Location wise is still alright as its located a few streets away from nipponbashi station. But room was dusty and with leftovers tag below the chair. Didnt dare to sit on the chair throughout the stay. Informed the reception on the 1st night but the cleanup the following day wasnt v thorough as new label tags of clothes (left behind by previous guest) and dust ball still can be seen lurking on the hotel bed headroom and corners of the floor. Bathroom was big but room lacked of rubbish bin. Bed was joined by 2 single beds to form a big bed which was a bit uncomfortable at the centre. Staff was friendly thou but i hope management could look into the cleaning aspects as its not the 1st time someone had complained abt it.

Big and comfort”

The room is big and comfortable. The toilet is seperated from the shower. The staff is polite and helpful. They even provide a free drinks vending machine near the counter. Dotonbori is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. Lawson mini mart is located just 2mins away.

Reasonable price in osaka Good location, near metro station and also a lot of the nice restaurants nearby

nice staff and clean”

Good hotel and clean with nice staff. The location is local to the Namba area but is deep in an ally and hard for cab drivers to find. The rooms are very small but clean

Excellent”

They should check guest's passport before handing over room access card since the hotel requires guest to hand over the card for housekeeping service. Other than that, the stay and room itself was great.

Location is good but space arrangement in the room is bad”

The location of the hotel is really good.Near to Dodonburi and Shinsaibashi.Very near to Kuromom market.7mins walk to Nippombashi station(has lift at this station).The hotel room is small.The bathroom is big but toilet is very small.Large space wasted at the basin area but basin is small.Very weird space arrangement of the room.Only a small metal bar in bathroom.No space for me to hang my dirty clothes.In the room only 2 hooks and two clothes hanger(can get more from reception though).

Reasonably priced and good location”

The hotel was at a very good location in my opinion. It was just a 2-3 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk to Dotombori. It was also very clean. Definitely worth the money.

very good value for money ”

Super clean hotel only minutes away from Dontonbori and about 3 mins from the Nippombashi station. Everything is new and very clean. I would go again

Good hotel for an overnight stay or two”

Located in a quiet area, rooms are very clean and comfortable. not much amenities, no in-house laundry. if you need laundry, there is a coin laundry just right infront of the hotel.

Best Location, big quality Rooms and very friendly and helpfull staff!”

Some of the Staff couldnt speak english, but even tough tried their best to help. Always happy and friendly. The economy room was big and everything working fine with a good quality. Would go again!

Definitely will stay here again, narrow space but clean and new, super love with their bathroom. Location just few minutes away from Dotonbori and Lawson is just nearby. Staffs very friendly. And it good choice for smoker also as there have a comfort space as smoking area.

If you just need to stay a night and dont mind a few minutes walk from Dotonbori then this hotel may be the cheapest option with fairly decent sized rooms (much larger than typical Japanese business hotel). Overall, the room was very clean, but the floor was fairly dirty.

Good”

The bathtub was good. However the room is rather small and they dont provide bottled mineral water in the room. Difficult to refill water as well. But they do provide cold and hot drink dispenser for tea and coffee. There are some stains on the wall as well which is unpleasant.

A little far from Namba but close to Metro station ”

5 mins walk to metro station, room is small and the beds too.. but the bathroom and toilet are large (comparative), room facilities are good too (better than we expected).
