IMPORTANT: If the person indicated in the reservation does not appear at the time of arrival, then it is not possible to make a check-in. 1. IN CASE OF ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR FRIENDS WHILE CHECK-IN, YOU ARE SHOULD PAY AN EXTRA PAYMENT 565 THB PER PERSON/PER DAY. WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. In case the guest refuses for additional pay, we will not occupy the guests. If you need additional Bedlinen, please keep request: 1 set 350 THB. 2. Before Check-in. During COVID-19 situation in the World the Juristic Person of Nagawari village is required to get following information about Guest: - Photo of ID or Passport of person who make this booking; - List with real names of all Guests; - List of car plate numbers that will come into Village. In case if you do not provide this information before your arrive (at least 2 hours, but better 1 day) you’ll not get access to the Village. 3. Check-in and check-out. Upon check-in, the Guest is obliged to present a valid document with a photograph confirming their identity, booking confirmation with the correct reservation details and provide the security deposit of THB 5,000 in cash. The Guest’s identify documents are needed only for the information and are not kept by the House management. Booking confirmation may be shown on the screen of any device or in printed form. The deposit may be provided in any currency in amount equivalent to THB 5,000 according to the current exchange rate. If the Guest refuses to provide any document or deposit in full volume, the House management will have to refuse to provide the keys and accommodation. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out. Check-in time is 14:00-17:00 and check-out time is 09:00-11:00. Check-in or check-out service outside these windows (i.e. outside the working hours) is charged additionally at THB 500/time. Check-out time is 11:00 sharp. Leaving belongings or remaining in the room after 11:00 is treated as breakage of the House Rules and Regulations and a fee of THB 500/every 15 minutes will be charged. 4. Prohibitions. On the basis of Article 94 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Police have no right to enter into house without a Police Order. Therefore, never open doors to anyone unless the police have special permission from the court. In case of intrusion into the house of strangers, you are responsible for yourself. The Guests are not allowed to bring illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Thailand. Gambling or other acts that are contrary to good morals or that cause an annoyance are strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only outside the House, in the designated smoking areas. Smoking is completely prohibited inside the House. Violation of the smoking prohibition in the House is equivalent to the Guest’s consent to pay a fine of THB 8,000 every time they smoke to cover the costs of deodorization and cleaning of the House. Taking of the House equipment out of the House during the Guest stay is prohibited. Moving of the heavy furniture is prohibited. At the time of check-out the furniture should be on its place. Violation of this rule is equivalent to the Guest’s consent to pay a fine of THB 300 for each heavy item not on its place. 5. Damage & loss. The Guest should notify property manager immediately upon noticing any damage or loss. Guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction of the House furnishings and appliances resulting from their fault or from the fault of their visitors. 6. Children. Children staying at the House have to be under constant care and supervision of accompanying them adults. Damage or loss caused by children is the responsibility of their guardians. The guardians bear sole responsibility for the children staying at the property. 7. The Swimming pool water do not contains chlorine. We are using Salt water 8. Pets. The House do not accept Guests travelling with any pets. 9. Check-out cleaning. The service of washing up is not included into check-out cleaning and is a subject to extra charge. Price starts from THB 300/time for the small amount of used dishes. 10. Complaints. The services are rendered in accordance with the House category and standard. Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of services to their property manager as soon as possible, thus allowing for the House management's immediate reaction. 11. Miscellaneous. - The Guest may not hand the room over to other persons, even if the night for which they paid the due amount has not elapsed. - Each time Guest leaves the House they should make sure all electrical and home appliances including TV and air-conditioners are switched off. - The House management may refuse to store luggage at times other than during the guest's stay at the House. - Any items left behind by the Guest in the House, shall be returned on request at the Guest’s expense. If such an instruction is not received, the House management shall store the items for the period of 3 months, and then to give the items away to charity of its choice or dispose of them. The House does not store food or perishable items. 12. Quiet time at the House lasts from 22:00 to 06:00 of the next day. During quiet time, Guests and persons staying at the House have an obligation to behave properly and not to disturb the neighbors. In the event of breach of these Rules and Regulations the House management may refuse to provide further services to the person who breaches them. Such a person is obligated to immediately comply with the demands of the management, pay the amounts due for the services provided so far, pay fine, pay for damages, if any, and leave the House. Please, do not make loud noises after 22:00. Security Guard of Village checking whole night after 22:00 until 6:00. Guest should leave Property and Secure deposit will be withheld and transferred to the Village management company as fine. • Maximum occupancy is 18 persons. The child of 2-11 years old is charged additionally and should be mentioned in booking as extra person. • Maximum free parking lot - 5 cars. Over this quantity each additional parking lot will cost 100THB per day • Please always close windows and doors overnight (especially in raining season) to avoid come insects, snakes and spiders from outside
