Good location, convenient, value for money ”
Good location, just 10 mins walk from the Beppu JR station. Can take bus just outside the hotel to the Beppu hot springs, convenient. Room a bit small, but Clean & tidy, good enough for a night stay. Simple, but provide all you need. Can keep luggages in hotel after checkout, convenient! Service very good. Good value for money. The onsen they provide is very good. For the Japanese breakfast just 500 yen, very good. Can see sunrise at the beach, just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Good price with good facilities”
This is the second time I stay in this hotel. It takes a 10-minute walk from JR Beppu station. It is in close proximity with department stores and shopping malls. Youme Town Beppu, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, will definitely be a good place to shop and eat at night. It closes late in 10PM. As usual, room price is affordable. Room is clean and tidy. Hot spring on the second floor is comfortable. Breakfast costs 500 yen per person. Food choice is limited, yet delicious. Staff is nice. She helped us call a taxi to JR Beppu station on request on a heavy raining day. Overall speaking, the hotel is definitely worth to stay in Beppu and remains my first choice in the next trip.

This hotel is right next to the bus station so it is easy to get here and to your next location. There are a lot of restaurant options nearby and the onsen is a perfect way to end your day. This was a great place to have as a homebase in Beppu.

Affordable Elegance”
I was surprised this was a chain hotel - I would’ve used it sooner. Clean sleek design in room - bathroom is small but there’s the beautiful onsen . Lots of unexpected- free phone, ice n water machines, etc. breakfast buffet was good and even featured local specialties. I definitely will start using this elegant chain hotel .

Really nice hotel ”
The room I had was so nice. The onsen done stairs was also, pretty good. The station is close and there's adjoining bus facility which runs to Fukuoka and Yufuin so it's really convenient for travellers.

About less than 10 mins walk from train station. If you choose a sea view room, you can see the sea from your room. Very worthy for this price.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, facilities are good, they have laundry room service, vending machine, onsen, free parking if you are driving, there is also a pasta restaurant next to the hotel. Very clean rooms! Will come back again! :)

Exceptional”
This was a standard business-style Japanese hotel, that did everything pretty well. It was fairly clean and comfortable with a reasonably nice hot spring. The outdoor bath was especially good. The staff were pleasant and professional and the location was excellent - that is if you prefer to be near the city centre and main JR train station. Although I paid the standard rate, I was given a good room - on the top floor room with a view of the ocean. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it to other travellers. However, bear in mind that despite its name of 'resort-hotel' 'business-hotel' might be more apt.

Room was small for family of 4, essentially only one bed, but we made do. Breakfast was amazing compared to the price. Exceeded expectations.

Love it when the bus we took from Yufuin stopped right in front of the hotel. We bought the day pass at the counter just beside hotel's front desk, shopping malls and JR station are within walking distance. Highly recommend their breakfast and don't miss the hot spring bath.
