Great place to stay. It is very near Namba station and you can easily travel to different parts of Kansai from there. Our room is kept clean all the time. Changing all our towels everyday and other hotel stuff. The staff is very polite! I've had a few inquiries before our booking and they answer fast. The free breakfast (different breads), omg they're so delicious!! If ever we go back to Kansai/Osaka, we'll book there again. 😍

A little old hotel with a comfortable room”
This hotel I think a little old, you can see how old it is by looking at their guide book. However, inside the room itself is pretty modern, comfortable room with a pretty big bathtub. The convenience store is very near, there are some vending machines inside the hotel also. Free simple breakfast on the first floor, we could eat some bread and drink coffee or tea. The location is around 500 m from daikokucho st, but I think from namba it will be better if you use taxi since it is only 640 yen, if you are in a group it will be cheaper than using train.

Worth to stay”
Clean room and bathroom. Nice breads with variations selection for breakfast. 5-10min walk to subway station, 10-15min walk to JR train station. (Take JR train to USJ only 180yen) Staff very friendly and helpful. Room with small kitchen, convenience to heat up the food.

The room was very decently sized. It is quite spacious for three of us. Completed with bar fridge and induction cooktop. Close walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street. Very close walking distance to drugstore, family mart and restaurants. I would stay here again!

The employees espeically the GM were kind to us. Free room upgrade was given when they knew we had young family which requires bigger room. The rooms (All) were equipped with small kitchen, convenience to heat up the food. 5 mins away from metro and 8 mins away from JR line which is very convenient. Definitely will come back to stay in this hotel whenever we are in OSAKA!!!!

15min away from Namba Parks, nearest metro station is Daikokucho. There's a coin laundry at the 4th floor. They clean and change towels everyday. The only downside is that there is a weird smell when you enter the room, there's an air freshner (spray type) provided , but we bought one with (gel) lemon scent and place it near the door to fight the odor. Overall, it was a nice hotel, bigger than the usual hotels in japan. they have nice and friendly staff.

Great value and very comfortable”
We went to Osaka from Tokyo quite suddenly, just after the Fukushima power plant issues began. We had no reservations, and a massive exodus from Tokyo was underway. As such, there wasn't much planning involved before our trip began. Our first two nights were spent near Umeda Station at a more expensive hotel with smaller rooms. We moved over to the Nissin Namba Inn for our third night, and we were very happy with the move. The room was bigger and more comfortable, the price was less, and the staff was friendlier. The hotel was located between two stations on the Midosuji line, making it easy to get around the city. The Namba shopping and entertainment district was a short walk away, and there were convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants all within a minute of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to Osaka. It was a really great value, and the takoyaki place right next door to the hotel was quite good.

Extra helpful hotel staff”
On our last few days in Kansai area, we returned to Osaka and stayed in Nissin Namba. By this time, finding the hotel was easy. As we left a number of bags for storage, we were pleasantly surprised that the bags were brought to our rooms. Great help from the hotel staff. Besides, we were given rooms on the 10th floor with unobstructed views of surroundings. Our children were ready for another round of shopping to complete their list so they were back to the shopping districts while we parents had a grand time sipping coffee and sandwiches at the Osaka Namba Station commercial complex. Our last night was taking a full buffet dinner at Hilton International in Umeda with some of my Japanese friends who came to see me from Tokyo.

Great value for money”
I enjoyed my stay at Nissin Namba Inn. The facilities are adequate, the service was good, and the price was unbeatable. It's the most affordable hotel that provides you with a big room (by Japan standards) and a private toilet and bath. Also, the Namba district is the best place to stay at, since there are lots of malls to shop at, and the Station is a great place to serve as your gateway/jumpoff point for your sightseeing. PROS: The high speed internet was really useful (no WIFI though, just wired LAN internet). The staff was very friendly and spoke sufficient English. Room was big, by Japan standards. Free breakfast everyday (only coffee/tea and bread are served, but hey, it's free!). For it's price, this hotel was well worth it. CONS: It's a bit of a walk to the nearest station of Namba (around 800 meters to 1 km), but at the very least, there are multiple lines that run along this Namba Station (JR Line, Nankai line to airport, Kintetsu line to Nara, 3 subway lines: Midosuji/Chuo/Sennichimae) so you can virtually go to any area in Osaka, to Kyoto or to Nara from this station. The nearest malls are the ones around Namba Station so you have to walk a bit to get there. Also, not much dining options nearby.

Small Room n Bed But Great Service”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nissin Namba for the reasonable price. The location means a little more walking to the train station and Namba centre, but it was pleasnt at this time of the year. The staff, NouYuki and others makes our stay very pleasant. We were also allowed earlier check in at 12pm+ instead of 2pm as the room was available. We look fwd to stay there again in our next trip!!

Wonderful quiet location with roomy hotel room”
Do not let "dated furnishings" from one of the reviews comment discouraging you from booking this hotel. The furnitures were dated, but they are in great condition, and also clean. We stayed in 4 different hotels in Osaka ( one of them is in a higher price category), and this one is the best and most comfortable. This hotel is located in a residential area, so it is quiet and has bigger room. With no tall buildings surrounding it, there was natural light from the window. We totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is only 5-10 min walk from the newly built Namba Parks. Namba Parks has over 500 stores for shopping, and its multi-levels outdoor gardens is a treat itself for anyone wants to spend time to explore them. Dotonbori street and the train station is just a few minutes walk away. Very central location.

Very nice staff and you get your money's worth”
I came to the hotel in the morning to drop off my suitcase (check-in is from 1pm) and I was welcomed very friendly. I was even offered to sit down in the lobby and have some coffee and bread from the buffet if I liked (the coffee was tasty). When I came back to the counter to ask for sightseeing spots they gave me a map and marked important places. It was around 9 am and they even offered me to check-in already, so I guess when I dropped my baggage they asked the room service to clean my room first. My room was big enough for 2 people and it even had a nice stereo system and a small kitchen (I never saw that in a Japanese hotel for around that price before). The bathroom was hotel standard-y small but clean. There were only two points which I found a little annoying: you can access the internet only by LAN (cable is provided but rather short) in your room (the lobby has W-LAN) and on the 10th floor my television set received about 4 channels, so I could chose between suumo and teleshopping. You don't have to book additional breakfast, juice, coffee, tee and some kinds of bread will be provided in the lobby in the morning. You can even warm them up and take them to your room (they also have an English information sheet, unfortunately the "take to your room" info is only written in Japanese inside the elevator). I cannot say much about the English performance of the hotel since I talked in Japanese to the staff, but when I met new staff they always greeted me in English very politely. Maybe the stereo is a little hard to use, since the channel list is mostly in Japanese, but for airconditioner, breakfast, internet and television English information is provided. The location is very good for sightseeing since Namba is very close, and a convenience store is just across the street. Overall, I was very happy with my hotel-choice, and if I go to Osaka again, I will definitely go there again.

very good hotel, with great service and complete hotel amenities e.i., toiletries, mini-kitchenette, towels & bathrobes. we have enjoyed our stay here so much. nothing to complain about. though there's no free wifi in the room, but they do provide lan cable for laptops and a coin-operated internet service in the lobby. try your best to wake up early to catch up their free (danish) breakfast that is being served from 7am until 10am. very good location in namba area. there's a nearby grocery store where you could get items at cheaper prices compared to convenience stores. just a few steps from the hotel. there's also a bento-to-go store where you could get delicious jap. bento (beside grocery store.) room space is not quite small for travelers like us who would be spending most of our time outside. we've had a comfortable sleep and rest in our room. it's also close to dotonbori where you could really enjoy osaka's nightlife and very great food! thumbs up to all the staffs & hotel mngt.! would definitely be staying in this hotel again the next time we visit osaka. domo arigato gozaimasu!
