To our surprise, we are informed that our room is upgraded and located at the highest floor (level 11). However, the hotel are super packed with big tour groups as well. There is free wifi in the room and free flow coffee at lounge cafe located at level 11. Buffet dinner and breakfast are great, staff even advise us for the best dinner and breakfast time to avoid crowd which is very good for us. We like both outdoor and indoor onsen too!

Good location. Near Noboribetsu onsen station. Breakfast and dinner have many items for choose . Good taste. You can enjoy eat all everthing. Room is cleaning . Bed soft. But onsen very small. If you choose to go onsen evening before dinner, a lot of people inside ....staff is very good . If I come Noboribetsu next time . I will choose this hotel .

Our room is the Japaness style, it's really clean and big. The staffs would help to set up the place to sleep. The hotel is just across the bus terminal, and the buffet breakfast is really great with many choices. However, there are 500 yen per suicase after checkout if you need to depoist the suicase.

Old style Japanese hotspring hotel which I love”
I love my stay in this hotel. It has everything i want in a hotspring hotel. It has a nice outdoor hotspring which is great on a cold evening. The room is much bigger than I expected - I was told that the size stated on the website is only the bedroom area. They also have a sitting room/area and a toilet and a bathroom. The separation of the toilet and bathroom is very good. The breakfast is also great. The restaurant inside the hotel is also good and not expensive at all.

We stayed in the Japanese style room for only one night is way too short. This hotel is located opposite bus terminal and Jigokudani (Hell Valley) is within walking distance. The room is big as compared to other hotel we stayed in Hokkaido. The staff helped us to set up our tatami and futon on the floor. The buffet, both breakfast & dinner is way too good because of the wide selection. Manseikaku Noboribetsu also provides public onsen and public bathroom. There's a shop selling souvenirs inside the hotel. If you wanna deposit your luggage here after checking out, there's extra charges- JPY 500 for every luggage.

Second time staying here. Went for the japanese style room and it was just as we expected with futons and tatamis and all. Onsen in winter was less crowded. If lucky, you will be able to experience falling snow in the outdoor onsen, which is a truly magnificent experience.

The room size is big, the outdoor onsen is really good, parking is free. Breakfast with great variety. But.....the male receptionist talk like a mice, the softest japanese voice i ever heard during the trip, which make me feel a bit frustrated.

The hotel just opposite the bus stop!”
From New Chitose Airport, you can take shuttle bus to Noboribetsu took around 1 hour to reach there. The most important, this hotel was just opposite the bus station. With all handy luggage, thank god we no need to walk so far! The hotel also have it own low sulfur onsen. If you booked ryokan. They will come around 9pm to make up the bed for you. Definitely recommend to those who want to go to noboribetsu.

Old but gold ”
We can see that the hotel is quite dated, but it is being maintained very well. The Japanese-style room was spacious & clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast & dinner spread. The best thing about this hotel to us is the onsen, especially the one outdoor. We regretted booking the room for only 1 night as we would've loved to just spend the whole day chilling in the onsen. The facilities provided by the hotel is also fantastic. We wanted to buy the Yukata provided at the hotel (they're very conformable!), only to be told politely by the staff that they were not for sale. We are very happy & satisfied with our stay & would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
