Fantastic stay in Nara”
My wife and I have just stayed for two nights in this fantastic hotel. The service was absolutely flawless with all the staff welcoming, helpful and unwaveringly attentive. They made a special effort to cater for my wife’s allergies, including providing dairy free options at breakfast (without even having to ask). Breakfast was superb, the best we’ve had during our stay in Japan. A mixture of western and Japanese options, fresh fruit and good quality tea and coffee options. The extra touches of flowers for my wife’s birthday and snacks/fruit provided in the room upon arrival was greatly appreciated. The hotel is well situated for exploring all of Nara’s main attractions and has nice views of Nara Koen. We would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay in Nara.

Really enjoyable stay and everything is just extraordinarily perfect. This hotel would become the reason for my next visit to Nara. - Location: very convenient just several minutes walk away from Kintetsu Nara and beside Kofukuji. - Staff: very friendly and warm, nice welcome gift and drink - Room and facility: just perfect and the room is super spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need. Charming Little Hotel ”
The hotel really goes the extra mile to make your stay feel personalised and special from the moment you step through their doors. They have a pretty strict dress code and child policy but once you are there you will understand why. It is so to keep it very private and exclusive. The hotel is located just at the boundaries of the Nara Deer Park with its lush greenery and also not far from the subway station and main shopping areas. Definitely a premium place to be at and the overall experience is reflective of its price.

We had a quick but wonderful one night stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The location is perfect for seeing the sights of Nara and our room was nice and large, but it is the staff that really stands out. They are so polite, helpful and gracious! We highly recommend this property!

Impeccable service, spacious rooms, and perfect location”
A wonderful, elegant, and beautiful hotel with gracious service that was better than many of the 5-star hotels we’ve tried. The rooms were big and nicely appointed. The location was perfect: Within walking distance of most of Nara’s major sites as well as the Kintetsu subway and the bus stop for the bus to the Kansai airport. But it was the gracious and old-world (but not snooty) hospitality that blew us away. For example, a member of the party forgot his medicine in the room and a staff member caught up with us on the train platform to give it to him, before he even realized that he’d forgotten his medicine. We noticed many refined and elegant Japanese dining in the restaurant or meeting at the hotel. This is not a flashy nouveau riche hotel. It is very old style, in the best sense of the phrase.

A piece of luxury in the heart of Nara”
We stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights. As soon as we arrived we were wellcomed by the staff, explaned everything about the place and offered a warm honey tea which was great on a cold rainy day we arrived. The hotel is great, the room was very large and beautiful, facing the park where the deers were walking almost under our balcony. Nespresso machine, the varieties of teas, fruits and japanese sweets were there for us plus a beautiful rose in a vase, such a nice touch! Bathroom with all sorts of goodies and a tv set to use in a bath tube. The staff is extremely helpful, our first dinner was arranged and booked for us in down town as we asked in one of the Michelin guide recommended restaurants. The hotel restaurant is French cuisine, again exeptionally great. We had a great time, just regreted it was a short stay.

向所有人强推，第一站大阪，入住了以服务闻名的瑞吉，又住了两晚因为新开一年左右所以硬件不错的大阪康莱德。然而，我还是被这家酒店惊艳到了，不管是服务还是位置。办入住时，5.6位工作人员就围着转，尽最大努力用英文跟你交流，然后就是欢迎饮料，柚子苏打应该是。经过超快速check in 之后，进了房间，套房的阳台真是绝了，居然配了两个立式烟灰缸，所有需要的东西一应俱全，女式男式旅行水乳套装（没错，是分开的，甚至包括洗发露也是分男女式）。此外，酒店mini bar所有饮料都是免费的，还有3碗方便面当夜宵（咖喱味的，好吃）。只能说无敌。

Fantastiskt på alla sätt! Ett riktigt lyxhotell som tar en till sjunde himlen. Badrummet, sängen, högtalare med bluetooth, espressomaskin, kakor.. Utsikt över parken med rådjur från fönstret! Om det finns budget för det så prova.
