Comfortable and Luxurious Hotel ”
We loved our stay here! We came to Vegas to get married at Paris, so we also stayed two nights at the Paris Casino hotel, and the Palms was much better hands down. Our room was big and comfortable with an amazingly soft bed. Although I wish there was a bathtub, the shower was big and there were complimentary soaps. We ordered room service here and at Paris, and the food was hot and came up so much faster at the Palms. Some hotels don't have food available at all hours, but you can always order room service or go to McDonalds at the Palms. The only downside is that it is a little bit off the main part of the Strip, but you can take a shuttle or taxi without too much trouble. I will DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN when I come back to Vegas!

Impressed by this experience”
I really enjoy staying at The Palms because of its location. I love the fact that it is off of the strip. It feels exclusive and less congested. I've stayed at The Palms twice. The summertime is great. They have great pool parties. They also have great lounges like Moon. I recently stayed for my birthday in the winter and it was a different experience. It was a romantic getaway. All of the staff were welcoming. We didn't make much use of the pool but we enjoyed our room and the new decor. The room was amazing and very clean. It felt like our condo for the weekend. Not to mention the pricing was surprisingly cheap. There is complimetary valet parking, a shuttle that goes to the strip, and a small casino that you won't get lost in. I will be back for sure, but this time to get a tan and party at the infamous pool parties! To sum this all up....great room, great service, nice location, cool lounges/bars, and great price = a regular Palms customer.

Nice Hotel”
The Palms is a very nice Vegas hotel. Basically all you need is in the campus of the Palms. A great selection of restaurants, a variety of night clubs, casino, and nice rooms. I did leave the premises the entire time I was there. It's slightly off the strip, so if you want to go there you have to take a taxi. I would love to stay there again.

The Best Hotel Off the Strip! ”
It was the best hotel we stayed at in Las Vegas. The week before, we were at MGM Grand and it was a let down. The room at The Palms Casino Resort was very big, almost like a mini suite. The bathroom had a jacuzzi and a rainshower. Best hotel to stay off the strip!

The Palms Is Beautiful and I love the upgrades to everything!”
The kind woman at the reception desk for check-in upgraded my room to a suite on the 31st floor. The room was gorgeous even for a single night's stay. I got the best sleep I have ever gotten in years and that is saying a lot since I have chronic insomnia. My room was amazing as was the night and day views of Vegas although I regularly go to Vegas 2 times a month for doctor's visits and I used to actually live there until my divorce in August of 2011. I hate the traffic, the construction everywhere, and the pollution which is why I now only visit Vegas rather than reside there, but I honestly can say if I had unlimited wealth, I would give anything to pretty much live in the room I was in, keep my things and home in Mesquite, NV for my son's sake and just visit my home in Mesquite while enjoying pure relaxation, being pampered, and spoiled again away from the noisy bustle and craziness of the city since as a published author quiet like that is perfect for both writing and reading.

Beautiful, fun hotel”
Hotel staff was very helpful, check-in went without major issues although it was a last-minute booking through Agoda. My room ("premium") was renovated fairly recently... it was a corner room in the Ivory Tower. Very spacious, with a very nice feel to it... in particular the large (somewhere in the vicinity of 50") flat-screen TV was fun, and the large desk and comfortable office chair were a big plus. The bed and linens were very comfortable, everything was well-appointed. Nice, luxury feel to things... the design of the room was contemporary (if a little pretentious... not a "family" atmosphere... but this is Vegas after all). I felt the lounge chair and ottomans in the room definitely had a "form before function" feel to them -- fun to look at, but not comfortable for sitting/lounging at all -- but this is a small quibble and was more than made up for by the bed and the nice desk chair. The only downside was that the weather was uncharacteristically cloudy/rainy during my whole stay, so I could not enjoy the pool much. Seemed like it would have been a great party atmosphere (though again, not for kids). The hotel is home to some very posh restaurants, which looked tempting but were way out of my price range. They have a 24/7 diner, though, which is reasonably priced (with really good food and excellent service), and there's also a "food court" next to a large, embedded multiplex theater that gives a number of budget-friendly food and entertainment options. There are also a number of interesting bars and night spots, though I can't say much about them (nightlife is not really my thing). Overall it was a great stay. My only complaint was the weather, which I can hardly blame on the hotel.

One week stay in this great hotel”
It’s a very modern and luxurious hotel. We stayed in the Ivory Tower, there is also the Paradise Tower. We arrived on a Saturday and we got a room with a nice view over the pool area. Great for party people, because there was a concert + dj that evening. However, the music was very loud, we could barely sleep the whole night, imagine with a small child. It’s quite a party hotel with famous people coming to perform, Cardi B, G Eazy etc. So if you are looking for a calm room and want to sleep, make sure to get the room with a view towards the other side. We thought the view would get bad with the change, but we could still see the Strip from our window. The Khaos pool area is great! The brunch / bar called Lucky Penny has got some delicious breakfast meals. The casino area is big and busy. The self parking is easily accessible with an elevator down to the casino. The hotel rooms are tidy and big, however the smell from the drain is quite nasty. The beds are big and comfy! Big value for $

Excellent”
The Palms is always entertaining. Noise from Kaos Thurs to Sunday is too much if on the inside rooms, so get an outside room. The rooms are one of the best in Vegas, being off strip allows a person to get anywhere in the city fast, even back to the strip. Back streets from the Palms allows you easy access to the big properties like Caesars Palace, Bellagios, etc. Parking is free and close to the rooms generally. There is an abundance of food options, movie theatre's & great music venues.

the palms hotel is perfect in all aspects specialy if you want to save some money in your stay ! once you plan a hotel as a place for only pass your night and rest you can get surprised with all the good options the hotel provide ! totally recomended. the only one thing you can complain is a very small distance ( about 3 minutes in a taxi )from the very heart of city , where you will find all the other great hotels located togheter . if you dont mind to take a taxi for 3 minuts long in order to reach the vegas heart , so , this is a great choice for your stay !

I was in Vegas for a marriage. This stay was more business than anything else.”
The location was great- off the strip! There was little ambient noise so I got a great night’s sleep. My room was on the 31st floor in tower- great look of the northern strip. The strip lights were not direct and a great night light. The staff was outstanding at accommodating my room needs and ensuring all amenities. The front desk staff was great at guiding me around the resort and providing recommendations. I received a haircut at the salon and have never felt so warmly treated. The cut was perfect for the wedding and spa amenities were above expectations! Thanks Palms, I would stay again.

Food was good, internet sucks, room uncomfortable”
I checked in on the hotel for a couple days for business and the bed was completely uncomfortable to the point that I couldn't even sleep due to the static on the sheets (apparently according to Guest Services it was standard in Vegas which isn't correct). They promptly sent someone up to put new sheets on the bed and I had the same problem yet again. I actually wound up changing hotels and didn't experience the same problem with the sheets and the static as I did at the Palms. I was in town for business and couldn't even sleep due to this issue with the sheets. The internet speeds were horrible and you could hardly get anything done if you were trying to work. If your in town on business and needing to use the internet, good luck. It's slow and you won't get much done. They need to take into consideration the business travelers that are coming in and consider doing something about the internet service. I actually went downstairs to use the internet that I picked up from another business in the area due to the speed.

Excellent”
Agoda was the worst experience I've ever had with regards to a hotel reservation for one I got in late around 11pm I was tired from my trip so I just wanted to get in my room and lay done honestly. I get to the front desk and they don't even have my reservation from Agoda so I call them to clear this up definitely feeling really embarrassed because of obvious reasons so the representative says to me very unprofessionally to hand the person at the front desk my phone,(What?) the guys says I can't take ur phone sir over this counter they have to fax/email your confirmed reservation it took literally 45 minutes before he finally did it on top of that I asked his to compensate me for my inconvenience I'm embarrassed tired and have been extremely inconvenienced I paid for my hotel in full! He really offered me $10! I almost jumped through the phone! But the reason I respect the Palms is because they apologized for Agoda and upgraded me to a suite to die for! Please don't book wit Agoda!!!

Stunning Rooms! Loved the Palms!! ”
The Palms is a place i would return too, although off the strip the Moon Nightclub gives you one hell of a view overlooking the strip - its simply amazing! The staff were great in helping assist in party planning for my bday and although they had originally double booked my penthouse it was still an amazing stay. Our rooms were stunning!!

Excellent buffets at an exceptionally good price”
overall we were very happy with the hotel. however, the location of the hotel is about 1.5 miles west of the strip, which is a mimus for the hotel. in view of that, they offer two free shuttles to the strip each day (10 a. m. and 5 p.m.) as hotel guests, we got discounts in buffets with a player's card. a very good deal!

Good and Close Off-Strip Option”
Great option for being in Vegas away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, but close enough if you still want to go. They have a shuttle that drops guests off at Caesar's Palace which is very convenient (however it ends at 7pm or 6pm). Less than 5 min. drive to Chinatown too for late night eating. Other positives are that parking is free, good food court, and a movie theater!

Super Service!”
Also, wirklich toller Service.

Very Nice Hotel, but off the strip”
It was a short but very nice stay in Las Vegas. Especially the food court is great - food is 24h available and for reasonable prices. Also the night club are very good, and quite crowded even on weekdays. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if I go back to Las Vegas.

Fantastic hotel”
My stay was comfortable. I spent most of my time outside of the hotel, but there was a big pool party on the roof one night that was great. The room safes are a bit confusing, but when I accidentally locked myself out the hotel staff was in my room to fix it within 5 minutes. The shower is great, the beds were like clouds, the view was spectacular even for being off the strip.
