The best Novotel in Thailand”

This is my second stay at this hotel during past 2 years. I should have stayed for more times. I tried other Novotel as well as other 5-star hotels in the downtown Bangkok. Now I decide if not for the sake of meeting/conference venue, I'll stay in Novotel Ploenchit as long as it maintains current services. First of all, in terms of price, it is even lower than the Novotel Siam while I have newer room, cleaner places. It takes me only 2 stops by BTS to reach Siam Square and the BTS station is just in front of the hotel. If you arrive Bangkok from the Suvarnahbumi Airport via motorway, it is very close to the Sukhumvit interchange. I know people can take the Airport express and then BTS to the hotel, though I haven't tried. Since BTS is just right there, commuting around downtown BKK should not be an issue. For those not familiar with BKK, I would recommend you not to use taxi as you will go to no where thanks to BKK "advance" traffic system. Now back to the hotel, since we stayed at Premier floor, I believe we have better services than regular floor but I don't mind regular room if premier rooms are unavailable. Large room with large bathroom, clean carpet, large king bed (you can ask for extra beds) ... all about the room. As premier room guest, we can enjoy breakfast at outdoor Premier lounge on the 29th floor where we can watch the skyline and busy but beautiful Bangkok streets. As for the service, I really appreciate the staff at the 29th floor Premier lounge reception who are really helpful and pleasant. Room service at night was also rather quick and the food is excellent as usual. I went to the gym and pool once but didn't manage to try so I would have no comment except the pool is rather small but it looked nice too. Perhaps, the only limitation to me this time is the front door work that limited the entrance space. Well, but I do understand that it is as good as it is right in the down town Bangkok. I will return for sure next month.

Once again a massive success with our stay at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit. This is our 5th stay and I am still amazed by the level of service of the staff. The small business center with iMacs is also very convenient when waiting for a taxi. The dark hallways, the relaxing nature background music and the well decorated rooms are also also a great pleasure. Good fitness room and great swimming pool with bar. Restaurant is also very high quality and not as expensive as one might expect from a 4,5 star hotel. I definitely still recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience a good stay in Bangkok and be within 15 minutes from Siam.

my staff at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit Hotel was great. The location is very good. opposite to ploenchit station which are just 2 stops to Siam main station. The staffs are very helpful. I have problem with my prepaid phone data plan. They try to help me to call the phone provider and help me solve the problem. The room is clean and comfortable

what a blast!! a must recommended 4 stars hotel with 5 stars services. i stayed at the 28th floor of premier and the floor executives made me second home living there at the premier 28th floor, in particular a young lady named "pa". she is so warm, friendly, most courteous and always do "more than her duties" to serve you and attend to your needs. a strong asset of employee to novotel bangkok ploenchit. besides, the breakfast is fantastic with variety choices. i particular love the evening cocktail sessions at the top 29th floor. it served the hot and yummy delicious crispy tasty imported small sausages rolls and it was a most for me everyday. moreover, the coffee served is not the ordinary coffee but it brought me memories of my overseas stay as it tasted of quality. i am a coffee lover and had tasted variety types of coffee whilst my overseas stay and am very particular with it. so, i call it more than a pass for the coffee served at the premier floor. free flows of beverages throughout the day till 2300 hours each day and a sip of the coffee or tea during tea break at the afternoon at 29th floor made you reluctant to leave the floor. with the high scenic and windy seating outside the premier floor, i say that it is all money worth staying at the premier! as for the room, nice, cozy, lovely, more than clean and comfortable and it gave me the feeling of staying at my studio in united kingdom. i particularly love the see through glass concept whereby one could control it inside the washroom. a must recommended for newly wedded couples and romantic seeking partners/couples. a definitely return for me!

Had a wonderful stay in Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit Hotel. Rooms are so comfortable that guarantee that you have a good night rest. Location of hotel is just infront of Ploenchit BTS station and is 2 stations away from Major shopping areas. Very Convenient!

Friendly staff, clean hotel,convenient if you travel alot by BTS”

I have been to Bangkok twice and this is the 1st time I stayed in Novotel Ploenchit between 1 and 4 April 2016. If you are travelling alot by BTS, this is the hotel you can consider of. If you want to do just shopping and massage, then I would recommend Novotel Plantinum @Pratunam. Lets talk about this hotel, when we first check in to the hotel, it take us a while cos there are 14 of us and the hotel was fully booked. We reached the hotel at 3 30 pm but we only get to go in our room at 6 pm. We were not so happy but the hotel show there sincere apologised by extended our check out time to 3pm for 3 of our rooms on our last day. There is a welcome drink from the hotel and to our surprise we can choose our drinks from the welcome drink menu which not many hotel do that and we were please. To our surprise, the hotel sent a birthday cake for my mum cause it is her birthday on 3/4/2016 and I feel that this hotel may not be a international 5 star hotel but this small gesture is some of the international 5 star hotel may not provide. The breakfast spread is consider good with the room rates that we paid SGD $129. Overall, will consider to stay in this hotel again if going back to Bangkok again.

This is my 3rd stay at the hotel, I can said it is excellent service! We stay there for 3 night, our first night encounter some 'bad' neighbour from other guest room, and the next morning, we request for changing our room. The cashier (KANYAKORN) is so helpful, not only she understand our struggle, but she even upgrade us to premier room for better and comfort stay! We are so please to stay at the new room and enjoy our holiday through out. The price is very reasonable for the location. I will definately stick to Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit whenever I am at Bangkok.

Very comfortable and the service is excellent”

Our 12 nights stay at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit was an excellence and comfortable one. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. We met the Room Service Director at the Premium Lounges and had a little talk about our long stay at their hotel and we gave a small feedback regarding the request for use of iron. The same afternoon when we returned to our room. We had an iron and ironing board in our room for our use throughout our entire stay. She was very prompt to listen and address customer feedback. We thought that was First Class Service.

Great location & near the main shopping belt”

i stayed at novotel fenix ploenchit for a week, and what a fantastic week it was. checking in and out was a breeze, and the free use of internet at the lobby was convenient. the best part about this hotel is its location. the hotel is located right at the doorstep of bts ploenchit station, which is one station away from bts chitlom, the gateway to the main shopping stretch of bangkok. it felt safe taking a taxi from the hotel as the security guards take care to note down the licence plate of the taxi that ferries you away. there is a relatively new dean & deluca cafe further down the road from the hotel, which makes for a nice relaxing breakfast. i will definitely stay at this hotel again if given the opportunity.

Located just in front of BTS Ploenchit station, Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit gives convenient stay both for business and leisure. What I liked most was its luxury breakfast, which wasn't included in my plan yet quite reasonable price. Room was always clean, good staff with good service. The bar on ground floor is where you hill out in evening. Will definitely recommend for your stay in Bangkok.

I Have a great stay in Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit, Just 5min walk to BTS station and the atmosphere in the hotel is great and relaxing, the stuff there are very friendly and know their job well. During the time I made booking I have a special requests from them, prepare a birthday cake for me on the 20oct2013 at 1159pm to my room when the time I check in the hotel I never mention anything about this requests but during the date I requested I received the birthday cake without reminding them, I think this is the service we looking forwards too really appreciated. Keep up the good job.

We have a very pleasant stay during our recent trip to Bangkok at the Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and spacious. Importantly hotel is just 2 BTS stops away from MBK shopping malls and very near to nite markets. By cab to shopping and nite market we usually paid less than 100 Bath by meter(if not driver will usually ask for abt 150 - 200 Bath one way, you can nego with the driver). Hope to return again soon :)

Perfect location for business and Pleasure”

I always stay in Novotel Ploenchit whenever I have a business trip in Bangkok. Please opt for the premier room as it will give you access to the roof top bar where there is free flow of drinks from 5-8pm. The food there is also good so it is just nice to relax for the upcoming nightlife . Rooms are cleverly designed with all the necessary amenities. View from the premier floor was also awesome. Breakfast was ok but wished there there were more varieties. I will definitely stay there again. The hotel is just beside Ploenchit station so getting around Bangkok is easy.

Great location and modern appointed rooms”

this is a great hotel with the bts - ploenchit station at it's door step. i have not been back to bangkok for 4 years, getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze. i took the airport rail link and change at phaya thai stn to the bts and arrived at ploenchit stn which the hotel is right in front of it. the staffs, throughtout my stay was more than helpful. the room is very spacious, clean and the decor was very modern. getting around is a breeze to any place of interest, either to siam, mbk or sukhumvit is two or three stops away. definitely will consider this hotel for my next trip again.

We booked at Novotel Bangkok for the first part of our honeymoon in Thailand (2nd was Phuket). When we got to the room, they setup for us bouquet of white roses, basket of fruits and exotic goodies, and a bottle of champagne. Novotel hotels have distinct see-through shower rooms, which make it so sophisticated. There are also screens available that you can adjust if you don't want it transparent. My husband and I simply love the hotel. They also have a nice swimming pool and sauna room. The sauna/lounge was too pretty that you can sit or sleep there just enjoying the room. The hotel would have been perfect though, if only they have wifi in rooms. Wifi in room, on our estimate, was 500 baht per day!!! Way too expensive!!! They have 4 mac stations at the lobby for guest use, but usually full on busy hours. Also, there was no bidet. Not a big deal, but I prefer to have one. Novotel has got other great features that you wouldn't mind not having a bidet.

Excellent service, clean, great location ”

We enjoyed our five nights stay at Novotel. The room was clean and spacious. The service was excellent and always with a smile. My youngest got a little food poisoning on the last night, the housekeeping was fast to the rescue. Room service was great and at a reasonable price. It's less than 5 minutes to BTS Ploenchit, very convenient since most places we went were near BTS location (Pratunam/terminal 21 is one stop/Siam is two stops away). There's a 24 hours 7-11 about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and atm/bank/money changer along the way if you ever need one. Would stay at Novotel Ploenchit again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic new hotel on the Sukhumvit Line”

this has been a top notch hotel! several hotels i've stayed in in bangkok have had very hard beds. i'm quite happy that novotel ploenchit has very comfortable beds, which make quite a difference. the breakfast buffet was quite good, and was included in the room rate i opted for. i was lucky to get a great deal on an executive floor room, which included access to the small lounge on the top floor. this lounge has a nice small outdoors section, that has some nice views of the city (although not of the river area).

The Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit is a great place to stay. The hotel is freshly designed and appears in a very trendy, up-todate appearance. The first moment u step in, you certainly notice the great archidecture and design. The rooms are very new and trendy too. Bed linen was outstanding and non-second to any before. It was absolutely pleasant. Close to all the districts and shopping malls. Summarized it was a great pleasure.

my family and i had a great stay at the novotel bangkok fenix ploenchit hotel. the bts station is just within walking distance of the hotel which makes travelling easier. a better surprise was that the hotel even took the trouble to send me a birthday cake to my room as well. the buffet breakfast spread had many typpes of food and the taste was good. great place to stay and will definitely stay there again if i am in bangkok..

I have a pleasant stay at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit with my fellow colleagues. All facilities were excellent. I would like to comment on the great service of your house-keeping staff. It was the best house-keeping service I have ever had during my past stays with the previous hotels. However, there is no free wi-fi service provided. I hope that your hotel can provide the said service in the near future. Keep up the good work!!
