Novotel Singapore on Stevens is an excellent hotel. Staff was very attentive. Spotless. Great location with regular shuttles to Orchard Road. Great restaurant and breakfast. Beautiful pool. Washer/Dryer service. Great restaurants within feet of hotel. Easy bus station access to anywhere in Singapore. Highly recommended.

Exceptional”

My second time staying in Novotel. New hotel, near Orchard road, but away from the bustling of Orchard crowd. A few not so positive things to note : 1. I didn’t not request for an extra bed, but when I got to my room, there was an extra bed inside. I had booked the room for one pax only. 2. For a relatively new hotel, the drainage system is not very well maintained, shower room floods every time i used it 3. Lacking basic toiletries in shower cap, soap dish. 4. Aircon system of Food Exchange not maintained. Water dripping from ceiling, and heavy water marks can be seen around the aircon vent. 5. The hotel could have provided more information on shuttle bus service from T Galleria back to hotel, give the location of the pick up point at T Galleria. Other than that, it’s a cosy place, friendly staff, clean environment.

Everything is Amazing!”

I was staying here for 4 nights, from 5 - 9 Jan 2018 and I couldn't find a better hotel to stay in Singapore! Here is amazing! The location is great, not too far from Orchard central and there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Orchard to hotel again every 30 minutes everyday. The building is new and it gives you the clean and new vibes which is really good. The breakfast is really good, lots of food choices (the pastry, tho... Yuummmmm), and the tiramisu from room service is amazing! The swimming pool is also cool, I swam there every day. The staff, oh, they are all super helpful and kind. The room is so comfortable and clean, everything is new. Everything here makes me want to stay longer. Basically I will stay here again every time I visit Singapore.

It was a perfect Stay!”

I checked in on my birthday and the staff remembered it and it meant a lot. Prior to my stay, I was having problem with completing the payment online but Novotel happily kept the room and we had to pay at the hotel. The standard of the room and amenities have been kept well. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I had so far with wide choices. The hotel is accessible to bus rides and also offers shuttle service to orchard road. We will definetly comeback!

Very pleasant stay”

Booked our stay here based on agoda customer review and the hotel reputation itself. Although it's a little bit over my budget, but I am very satisfied with my stay at Novotel. Free shuttle bus is very convenient, but would appreciate if it comes every 15min rather than every 30min. Breakfast was delicious, and staff at the restaurant are friendly and helpful, they remember you and greet you every morning. Mattress are very comfortable, no complain even from someone suffering from lower back pain like me. Fluffy pillow that my partner attempted to look up for the brand so he could purchase one for himself! Will definitely come back again on my next visit!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Novotel on Stevens. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again and also to recommend to others.

Nice hotel”

The hotel is a good walking exercise to the nearest MRT station and just 1 min walj to the nearest bus stop. However, the hotel provides shuttle bus to Orchard Shopping area every 10 mins which is a big plus.. the staff are lovely, the room is just nice, overall, I would recommend this hotel.. Note to the hotel : I stayed in room 722 from 16-18 may, there was noises in my room which sounded like electrical switching noise.. I can’t locate where the noise originated, sounded like on the headboard.. you might want to ask the techinician to check on it.. This is the only problem that I found annoying as I did not have a good night sleep...

Great hotel for a staycation”

The check in was slightly slow but otherwise the entire stay was great! The best thing was the comfy bed during our stay. It's so hard to find a hotel with my perfect kind of bed as I am prone to back aches especially if the bed is too hard or too soft and novotel hits the right spot. Breakfast was quite a spread and there was natural lighting for photos! We will definitely be back in the future!

Great family-friendly hotel ”

Rooms are clean, beds are good and staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is quite good. Accessibility is a bit of a challenge so they offer a free shuttle to Scotts Road, which is a stone's throw away from Ion Mall/Orchard Road. The hotel's shuttle bus has fixed schedules throughout the day and drops you off/picks you up at just one location which is at Scotts Road (drop-off point behind DFS shop). We used it once on the way back to the hotel but not again because tourists also use the stop to load/unload in big buses and could get chaotic. Would I stay again? Yes. But maybe skip the shuttle bus and take a taxi.

I really like stayed at Novotel Hotel, near public transportation. Novotel Hotel provide shuttle to pick up and drop off to Orchard Rd area. Definitely will come back to stay here.

Near town and the price is reasonable”

Location is ok, although is not near to any mrt station, hotel provide free shuttle bus service to orchard. Hotel is quite new but their housekeeping needs some improvement. Previous stay rubbish is not totally clear out in our room. Overall, the stay is pleasant. And with the price, is reasonable.

Great place, in town but slightly out that you can get peace and quiet, shuttle bus available to orchard. Breakfast non halal but wide range of selection. More for business people but family friendly with kids room, huge gym , lap pool and infinity pool. Great service, super clean , large and comfy room. There are halal restaurant on property, bars and other restaurants available, 7/11 is on the way..

Superb new hotel. Nothing to complain!”

We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. The hotel is brand new and looks really nice. The staff was very friendly although they are still a bit shy at times. But that was perfectly fine - we didn't expect anything else after just one month in business. The location is not directly in the beating heart of the city, but it was easy and fast to get there. What you get in return is a beautiful area that is relatively quiet, conpared to downtown. All in all: great place to stay in Singapore especially for the money

Great experience with good staffs”

We stayed here for 3nights and it’s astonishingly beautiful. From warm welcome and assistance of Shamus (not sure bout the spelling of his name,cos they don’t have a nameplate on) and detailed welcoming assistance of Sharifa when we had our check in. We also encounter Vivian at the restaurant when we had our everyday breakfast and she’s very accommodating and friendly. The food was better when you go there earlier it has more selections. Transportation was convenient the bus stop is just infront of the hotel and the mrt is just 2 bus stop away. It is also near to orchard shopping malls just 2 bus stop away also. Highly recommend to. Sure we will be back.

Great Hotel at Good Value”

Stayed one week, hotel was excellent, very clean rooms. Great facilities, 2 pools, good gym. Served the purpose of my stay very well. Location is quite close to Orchard road actually, probably 15-20 mins walk, but wouldn't say on the doorstep of anything.

Fancy Trip Here”

Everything of this hotel is really excellent, I have to mention the guy Jack at the front desk’ he is a very nice guy with a polite, charming smile all the time and high work efficiency as well. Many thanks to him. Another thing I have to elaborate is that we have to catch up an early flight’ what surprised me is that the hotel prepared take out breakfast for us immediately when we were to check out’ How nice! I gotta say this is definitely a nice hotel and I have to live at this hotel whenever I come back to Singapore again!

Value for money”

Front desks staffs were very helpful and fast. They even have a express check out which makes it easier. Rooms are very new and it is clean. Only thing is that it is abit hard to get there by public if you do not own a transport and also no free parking for hotel guests. Plus point is, they provide a shuttle bus to and fro the hotel and Orchard. Will come back next time

great location. Papparich is just next door serving halal dishes. shuttle bus is a plus point to travel to town area with no hassle. room is amazing. bed is super lush and comfy. loving the rain shower. infinity pool is breathtaking. i am definitely coming back for another weekend escapade to Novotel!

The hotel is extraordinarily excellent. We love the locations, the design as it is detailed to every single minor thing. Very value for money. The front guards and staff are super friendly & helpful. Definitely we will come back here but next time we may try another Novotel in Clark Quay

I would recommend this hotel for further stay. Everything was perfect. Staff was cooperative and humble. Breakfast was delicious. There shuttle bus make you drop at Orchard MRT to reach you on your further destination. High experience stay with family.
