You won't be disappointed”

We were very happy with the stay at Oasia hotel. Staff were helpful, friendly and filled with smiles. The hotel is new and modern with subtleties that made the stay even more enjoyable. The trip from the airport was about 20 minutes and we would recommend using the shuttle bus service from the airport to get there (this was about $9 pp, 1 way).Because we were on our Anniversary, Rachelle was sweet enough to organise a corner room, which was supposedly quieter and nicer than your normal superior rooms and also was generous enough to offer free internet. Oasia also went into the trouble to decorate the room with some pedals, folded towels, and a signed card to welcome us. So if you’re spending time in Singapore on a special occasion, we recommend kindly dropping a note to the Oasia staff before arrival, but don't take things for granted. The room had a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, iPod docks, windows that took up 2 whole walls, electric blinds, adequate airconditioning, clean/modern bathroom an all the usual things.Oasia is located in Novena, where we felt the area was clean, tidy and safe. The hotel is located 1-2 minutes walk through a shopping centre (meaning you can enjoy air conditioning and shelter through sun and rain) to Novena MRT station. The Bus Stop (also a walk through the shopping centre) was very accessible.We didn’t get to try the club level pool and bar, but we did get to use the pool, steam room, sauna, spa and gym on level 8. There are sun beds around the pool and a you can pick up cleans towels from here. There are plenty of popular places in Singapore with lovely food that we rather fill our stomachs with, so we did not get to try the food in Oasia. Late at night when you’re looking for a snack, there is a 7-11 just 1 min up the road (friendly staff can point you to the right direction). It was our first wonderful staycation experience with Far East Hospitality. Oasia Hotel team has impressed us with their excellent service standard. I have booked this staycation to celebrate my wife 30th birthday and as appreciation for her as expecting mother. Oasia service team surprised us with a lovely cupcake, card and late check-out until 4pm next day. It is truly impressed us that Oasia service crews are all professional, warm and cheerful. The Living Room is one of the best club lounges we have tried, not for decoration or facilities but truly for the service crews. There are 2 service crews that we would like to thank for their exceptional good service. Charmaine - Very professional, detailed person & friendly. Enrique - Truly passionate on his job, really serve with his heart. Don't forget to try the wonderful night view at Club Lounge, infinity pool and Jacuzzi at 22nd floor. And also enjoy wide variety food offered at The Marmalade Pantry breakfast buffet, which their glutinous rice is really delicious. Just 1 improvement that the management can consider, as there is always a loud "bang" sound created when you lower the toilet bowl cover, maybe the engineering team can re-examine the design. Maybe Far East Hospitality management can consider to rename the hotel to "Oasis" or others as "Oasia" may not be able to bring out the uniqueness and strengths of your hotel.

Does not dissapoint”

Has a frequent traveler for business to Singapore, i have enjoyed sampling what Singapore has to offer when it comes to hotel options. All across the board, hotel rooms are tiny and up in price. If one can accept that as a fact of Singapore, one starts looking for the other ++ that helps a hotel stand out from the rest. Oasia hotel, so far as not failed to stand out and all in the good way, whether it was during business or for leisure. the staff has helped me from booking tickets and arranging drop-offs. All rooms have a clean, simplistic design... the wood paneling provides a warmth not found in some of the other hotels that boast the same style. each offer wifi and most rooms breakfast is included... both a must in my book. next to the Novena MRT station, which puts you on the red line and only three stops from orchard novena mall across the street has good variety of food options, open late. even got a Starbucks across the street all in all, if ur going to pay singapore prices this hotel does well to add value to your dollar. depending on the room you take can match the prices of mandarin orchard or marriott... while the latters are closer to shopping district, you get much, much less.

Comfortable and fuss-free!”

It was a wonderful stay at Oasia Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality. The decor of the hotel was tastefully done, incorporating different textures and I especially loved the wooden element above the headboard. The bed was also big and comfortable. Location-wise, it was terrific. There's an underground link direct from the MRT. If there was anything to grumble about, it was the view. We had a view that was facing the hospital and it was nothing great. So we had our blinds drawn most of the time. However, overall, Oasia Hotel Singapore is a terrific hotel and if given the chance, would definitely be back again :)

Excellent top notch service home away from home ”

First staycation with my girls and am uber pleased by how warm, how friendly and just how lovely the hospitality of oasia novena is! Their attention to detail in celebrating life through happy festivals like Christmas and birthdays is super immaculate and impeccable we are still lost for words. begun with checking in using our IC, and having noted that jenni's birthday was just few days back, when we just entered the lounge, without warning, they (specifically letticia, bhavra) just appeared in front of jenni with a cake and such warm smiles, wishing "Ms Jenani Rajan a very blessed birthday!" with offers to get flavoured coffee. And if that wasn't enough, at the club lounge, the snacks were fully complimentary and always stocked up with cranberry danishes, almond nuts, cashew nuts. as dusk approaches, from 6pm to 8pm,they had complimentary cocktails and so so much of small bites like pizzas, chicken wings, all COMPLIMENTARY, on the house! And if you prefer the privacy and comfort of your own room, there's complimentary nespresso which the hotel has so kindly prepared the instructions for. No plans to travel overseas? No worries! Can always be a tourist in our own town of Singapore where service is impeccable and hearts are so warm! Oh, they've complimentary exercise classes in the morning too, so if you're looking for a holistic wellness experience within Singapore, Oasia novena is seriously one of the best. First staycation here but definitely won't be the last ❤️😉🎉 thank you for taking such good care of us!

I go to Singapore at least once a year. I used to have a go-to hotel near Orchard but it costs more than SGD 300 per night and I had to walk about 10 minutes to reach Orchard Road. Going in the morning is fine, but coming back to the hotel at night is tiring! Until I found this hotel! It is not in Orchard Road, but the train is connected directly to the hotel. Oasia Hotel Novena has better deals than most hotels in Singapore considering that the hotel looks and feels very new. It is also connected to neighborhood malls like Novena Square, Square 2, and United Square, which means getting food is very convenient. Overall, this is now my go-to hotel in Singapore. I hope the hotel maintains the hotel cleanliness, the pricing and good deals!

Great location, great stay”

the oasia hotel is an excellent alternative for those travelers who don't want to be right in the thick of the shopping madness of singapore. relatively "off the beaten path", yet still incredibly accessible, the oasia is pretty ideal for those more seasoned travelers who might value a little more peace and quiet. the oasia offers all of the amenities one can imagine. toiletries are provided, a large, flat screen television along with interactive software are provided in all of the rooms. ample desk space as well as electronic inputs of all kinds are available (av, hdmi, etc.), so bring your laptop and an itunes movie if you need to have a quiet night in after a day on sentosa island! the adjacent mall, the velocity is simple but extremely close and will have anything that you need, whether it be snacks, a quick coffee or fast food meal (this could be important because singapore is extremely expensive). there is also a hospital complex right next door, which provides peace of mind if anything. being 2 stops from orchard on the mrt is pretty ideal. cabs are also plentiful as the mall and hospital are right next door. what i would rate the oasia poorly on are the bathrooms. the toilet, shower head, sink and aesthetic are very, very nice, so no worries there, but this trend of only using frosted glass to separate the bathroom area from the view of the rest of the hotel room is very irritating. call me old fashioned, but they don't really hide anything, i and enjoy my privacy in a bathroom! all in all i would rate this hotel very highly and encourage individual travelers and couples to check it out.

Spent the long easter weekend at the Oasia Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality - we made decision as our usual boutique hotel haunts were fully booked. The Oasia however, surprised us with its clean wood aesthetic designed by renown local architects Ong&Ong (Club level designed by internationally based interior design firm SuperPotato. All in all a great, quiet escape for the weekend, or short business stays - not much in terms of shopping as VeloCity is mostly sports-centric but the facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna & in room dining kept us happy campers

Wonderful Experience”

It had been great experience staying at the Oasia Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality. The hotel location is very accessible with underground connection to the MRT station. The room is spacious and kids-friendly, allows my niece to roam around gleefully. Hotel staffs are friendly and assisted us in many ways. The only downsize was the haze, which was uncontrollable. Overall, it had been a pleasant stay for us.

Good location as a Medical Tourism Hotel”

We had booked a room here as we had an Aunt that was in the nearby Tan Tock Seng hospital that required constant supervision. The hotel location is ideal for Medical Tourism as it is near the Tan Tock Seng Hospital (a government hospital), Novena Medical Centre and Mount Elizabeth @ Novena (both private hospitals). There were a number of people from the middle east and other parts of South East Asia that come to Singapore for medical treatment and I guess the location of the hotel is ideal. In terms of shopping and food, there are 2 main malls nearby (Novena Square and United Square), that have a number of restaurants and watering holes. The main Orchard Road stretch is pretty accessible, 5 minutes via a tax or just 2 MRT (train / metro) stops which will take about 10 minutes. All in all, it is pretty convenient and a good option from staying in the middle of the city.

I went on this short trip to singapore with just my 5 years old daughter, so i didn't look for a large room, or great view. All i wanted was a clean hotel which close to transport, and has nice pool. And in that respect, Oasia really delivered them all, fantastically. Everyone was friendly. The doorman greeted my daughter warmly, and sent our luggage efficiently to our room. No long waiting for anything. Room size was decent for two people, although might feel a bit crowded for family of four. We stayed at the superior. Wifi was fast, and everything in the room was spotless. One drawback was the lighting in bathroom. Since the was only a glass panel separating bed and bathroom, once you turn on the bathroom light, the whole room will be very bright. Its pretty hard to take a shower without disturbing the sleeping child :) Room service was average, nothing too special. Breakfast buffet was lovely enough. They had the best watermelons hahah. Location wise, it can't be better. Connected to the Novena MRT station, it was extra convenient. It was raining on our first morning, but since we didn't have to go outside to go to station, we stayed dry during the whole trip. Hassle free. It was connected to some hospital too, so if you intend to do some doctor visit, this will also be theperfect hotel to stay in. The swimming pool was great! I had a great time in the jacuzzi. They have one jacuzzi, one big pool and a small child pool. Nobody else used the pool when we did, so it was great, we had the pool to ourselves. Very clean, too. So yeah, this is one hotel i will come back to in the future. Thanks for the lovely stay.

I had an amazing time at Oasia hotel as the room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Also, it was very convinient to go to places since the mrt is located just underneath it and food courts, as well as the shopping centre were just there so I did not have to travel too far to eat or shop around. There is also Novena medical centre next door in case of emergency situations. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. It was really worth the price. I would definitely stay at Oasia again in the future and recommend this hotel to other tourists, who are looking for a lovely place to stay in Singapore at a reasonable cost!

One of the Best Hotel Experiences Ever”

we booked a club room at oasia and were blown away by just about everything they had to offer - the stunning views from our 25th floor room, the living room on the 22nd floor, the ridiculously comfortable bed, the beautiful bathrooms and aromatherapy toiletries. the easy access to the novena mrt station and close proximity to a mall, the fantastic atmosphere that was lively but not busy, the friendly customer service. it's hard staying at other hotels after staying at oasia. the living room, the 22nd floor lounge for club room guests, boasts a swimming pool and jacuzzi, views overlooking the singapore skyline, daily early evening cocktails and snacks, a fine breakfast selection, and espresso drinks offered throughout the day. stay at the oasia, and you'll automatically feel like you're on vacation.

Impeccable new hotel, right above MTR station”

I booked this hotel on behalf of my father who was visiting me. It's the closest decent hotel to where I live. So the feedback is mainly from him. The hotel is very new (a year or so old I think) and this of course is reflected in the high standard of the fittings etc. The room was extremely clean and well furnished. The design of the room is great too. There's a desk and a window bench seat. So if you've got work to do, it's a suitable environment. It had a very nice view towards the centre of the island, of the central catchment reservoirs forest area (Macritchie, Bukit Timah, etc). Yes -- Singapore has a large rainforest at its heart... many tourists don't know this! He really appreciated the view. The location is not especially central but not too far out either and the fact you're right over the MRT station makes getting into town very easy. Bus service from Novena is very good too (which is often a cooler and nice way to get around). Finally, for some reason it's always quite easy to get a taxi at Novena, compared to some other locations in SG. One downside was that the bars area on the 22nd floor appeared inaccessible with his keycard. However we didn't query this with the staff so it's possible we misunderstood or something. The hotel is almost directly above Novena Square and Novena Velocity shopping centres and so even if breakfast is not included, it's no trouble at all to find a nice cafe for breakfast.

Recommended hotel as it is connected to the Novena MRT station, they lend u free hand phone as long u stay here, with free phone calls to listed countries and free internet. So u don't need to buy singapore sim card anymore. Nice infinity pool, very clean room, good and comfy bed. Next to Velocity mall and hospital. Great stay in Oasia Hotel Novena, will stay here if we go to Singapore again.

the oasia is a new hotel, located in novena. in other words, you are very close to the hawker centre in newton circus, and all the shopping on orchard road. if that was not enough, the hotel itself is on top of a mall (novena square). the hotel is new, chick, with two nice pools: one large one for general consumption, and one smaller indoor one for club level guests. the rooms at the club level are a good deal (specially if you book early and get a discount). they include wifi, mini-bar, breakfast, and a cocktail hour at 6pm. they also feature a cool 46" tv and an even cooler nespresso coffee machine. the club rooms are on the small size, so the 46" tv feels like a movie screen. the view from the rooms are incredible (towering over singapore), and the bathroom as one of the best showers i have seen in a hotel)

Outstanding Stay! Good Location + Mobile Handset with Free Call to your country”

My #1 criteria in looking for hotel in Singapore is the location which is close to MRT station and hotel comfortness. Oasia in Novena is the answer for both as it connects with MRT Station in Novena and very comfortable. Surprisingly it also has Handy, a mobile handset with application, which allows you to book ticket to attractions online with discounted rate. It also gave free call facility to some listed countries (and Indonesia is one of it) and definitely save your phone bills. I booked 2 rooms during my stay as we're family of 5, and we brought these 2 handy during our trip and it was so convenient as we can call each other freely as well. This is one of the best hotel I've ever stay during my holiday and will definitely comeback for another Singapore trip.

I get a suggest from my friend to stay in this hotel, because only need one mrt station to go orchard road. So i stayed at august 2014 for one night... So let start with the hotel, after you go out from novena mrt you go outside this hotel is connecting.. When you come the building is very nice the staff is good...so lets check the room.. I see like a simple modern style for the room.., the bed is comfortable, the toilet is clean and spacious, i really love it, and they have a good towel for drying you body.. To make the toilet stay dry from the water we take a bath. Some times the sound from the outside can be hared.. But its not noisy.. The bed gonna give you agood pleasure.. Al though the prce bit high but still reasonable, after i go down i asked one of the staff what building is nearly here, they said its very near with two big hospital in singapore but i forgot the name...so i would definitely come back to this hotel... I had a little problem during check in as my partner was checking in for me. The hotel was booked under my name and my credit card, however, I did call in, and subsequently received confirmation that my partner would be able to check in for me (as I was working late), and that all she needed was HER photo ID and a S$50 cash as deposit. When she arrived, she had to spend at least 15 minutes trying to check in as there was no notice that she was checking in for me. The thing about her photo ID and the S$50 cash deposit, apparently did not exist as well. This resulted in a slightly unpleasant start to our staycation. It seemed like there was little or no communication between the team at Oasia. This was further proved when I arrived and sought to clear up the confusion from earlier. The gentleman I spoke with had no idea what had occurred during check in. He, however, did tell me that my photo ID was no longer needed, and soothed things over with 2 breakfast vouchers. The room itself is superb. The bed was a dream to sleep on, and our room happened to be facing the pool area where I could see a fantastic setup of jacuzzi, pool, deck chairs etc. Basic amenities like bathroom slippers, toiletries etc were also provided. The only issue I had with the room was that the fridge did not seem to be working very well and was leaking water. However as I was only staying for one night, I did not alert the hotel to this defect which I'm sure could have been easily rectified by them. One weird feature of the room is that the bathroom has a huge frosted glass panel. This results in the light from the bathroom spilling out onto the sleeping area if for example, someone goes to the bathroom at night. However, this was also a minute issue for us. Overall, this hotel's location (within walking distance of 3 malls, numerous food options, as well Novena MRT Station) and wonderfully luxurious room are major plus points, and I would go back again.
