Coffs Harbour can be an expensive place for accommodation year-round. Ocean Park Holiday Apartments is extremely good value for money, and is clearly a property with very caring and hard-working owners and staff. The way the apartments are fitted out with comfortable and stylish furniture, linens and decorative touches gives guests a great impression from the start. Very accommodating owners do all they can to make you feel welcome and help you make the most of your stay. Great location directly across the road from Park Beach, one of the very best in Coffs Harbour, and just down the road from Cafe Aqua, the very best place for breakfast and lunch in the area. Will love to stay here again, next time I'm in Coffs Harbour.

Ocean Park is a family friendly accomodation located right by park beach in Coffs Harbour. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment for our family of 5. Two bedrooms were a good size, with the third smaller. The kitchen had a good range of utensils for cooking and the bathroom was tidy. The apartments do surround the bbq / car park area so you will be able to hear all your neighbours conversations and car noises. The staff were warm and inviting but not 24hours. So early morning check out is simply dropping a key in the box. The pool is warm and clean, but saddles the main road so not all that private. Would stay again. :-)

Great Stop over”
Great little motel - we have a studio apartment and it was very spacious, clean and had everything we could need. Location is excellent. Car parking right outside our studio door. Park across the road for the kids to play in and a walk to the river mouth and surf club. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

3-room apartment Good thing: - nearby the shopping centre - neat and tidy with all the kitchen equipment in clean and properly maintained - a bathroom got jacuzzi, 3 bathrooms all together - good value for money Reminded: - it's a 3 floor apartment Like this apartment, I would recommend it!

Hotel is located conveniently near the beach and shopping centre. Rooms are clean and are easily accessed from the car park (i.e. No climbing of stairs required).

Perfect for a road trip stop over ”
Stopped here for a night on a drive down to Sydney with my partner. Clean, comfortable apartment. Has a great laundry which was perfect as we were half way through a week long road trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was an added bonus.

We were only overnighting and the Ocean Park met our needs. I left behind my computer lead which was returned to me promptly by Express Post and at no cost to me.

Ocean Park Holiday Apartments”
As mentioned, the bed was comfortable, which is always a plus. Unfortunately there was a noisy wedding party and other guests who occupied the car park and barbeque area outside my room for the length of my stay, so it wasn't very quiet. Also no meals, not even breakfast, were available. The Bowls Club and the hotel opposite did provide very reasonably priced evening meals though.

Great place great spot”
The location was perfect across the road from a couple of local pubs but no noise. Off the highway of town but still close to everything, and the lady at reception was really nice and accommodating. I would easily stay there again. Its not 5 star luxury of course but the beds are great, a/c worked a treat, TV and all that were perfect, very clean and across the road from the beach, I'll be back.

Pro: great location. Closed to Park Beach plaza and restaurants. Con: you will meet reception only when you check in. If you need any help or want to ask about something, the office always closed.

HI Panisa, Ocean Park Motel is a small family run business and we do not have the luxury of having someone sit in reception all day. However, we are on site all day. If you needed assistance, all you had to do was ring the bell and someone would of come to help you with any queries you may of had. Kind Regards Leah

No cons all pros. It was like a place I first lived in but bigger. King size bed for the main. I would live there! Bowls club 200m down the road and Hoey Moey 200m the other way!

We came in found there are limited cooking utensils and plates were dirty. But the staff was keen to help which is a merit. The pillows ain't too good to sleep. If you like high and firm, you may do as me use two pillows. Most of weekday residents are either family or retired husband and wife. No noisy neoghbours so it's an adquent option for people who are after living in town.
