Pro - plenty of parking lots - car's safety is secured (has security guard in front of the hotel + cctv) - friendly frontdesk staffs for day and night shifts - clean room, fluffy pillows(2pcs each person) and beds - basic toiletries (shampoo, body lotion, toothbrush) - good wifi connection cons - no lift, a little bit difficult for elders to climb the stairs - room has cigs smell even though it's a non smoking room

It's located in the Johor Jaya Industrial area. Across the hotel is a highway so expect some noise all day long but we could go to bed soundly.

Internet wifi was really fast, will accomodate for some downloading needs You will need to look around the corner for food place as nearby its mostly hardware store. Staff was great! keep it up The room was nice for a 2 starer. Room was great no weird smell, no random hairs found... its good I've been to worst hotel

The room is very clean and comfortable. And the hotel area was not as busy as the city area. But it was a little bit far away from attraction places.

Simple and Nice”

it was a 5 hrs sleep...check in at 1230am. The staff can easily recognise me, as l am the last guest. The room l reserved has some piping issue. The hotel upgraded me to a newly renovated room. It is a nice room. Next day l left work at 6am, and only back to check out at 1pm. The staff was nice enough not to charge me. Overall is a good experience.

I am quite impressed with the snacks table provided at the 3rd floor for those who just feel like biting something before leaving or arriving back to room. At a very affordable price, it's good for budget tight traveler. There is food court and restaurant near by,even night life pub at a walking distance. AEON shopping mall is 10mins walk according to the counter. The only set back is the reach. I din't notice bus station in sight of the area. Driving probably is the only method to travel to town. The room has just sufficient space for maximum 2 person.

Front desk service extremely good with a great smile. Room neat and tidy. We got a room facing the highway, but the soundproof is good enough, we can't hear the noise from other room too. Spacious room. Plenty of parking. Totally worth of money.

A great place to stay at amazingly low price”

For a simple solo traveller like myself this is the place anyone should choose. Remarkably accomodative staffs, ample parking space, complimentary toiletries, instant coffee with water heater in every room, fairly clean room with nice and quiet surrounding I just can't asked for more. Thanks Agoda

Book wrong location, since paid, need to stay”

Was meeting client next day so thought it will be easier to book a hotel nearby, but apparently client moved their HQ to another location, so had to leave earlier next day for meeting. Got a third floor room, no lift. Room size ok, complete with toiletries and coffee-making service. Staff friendly, even help to carry my luggage bag upstairs. Water filter provided outside room for refills but did not need to utilise it as 2 free water bottles were sufficient. Hot water shower just like normal home style. Aircon very powerful for a small room. Did not even go down to find food but the surrounding was really quiet on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Lucky weekend so got a parking spot right in front of hotel for free. Spring mattress coz slight backache when waking up next morning. Overall ok stay, but probably will not book there again.

Super clean room with remarkable service”

For an inexpensive and comfortable stay this one should be on top of your list. Besides cosy and super clean rooms, their helpful and friendly staffs have made my stay a pleasant one. This is the place to stay for me in this part of town. In one word. AWESOME!

water pressure unreachable 2nd floor”

overall feels the comfortable like home and the quiet at night although facing Pasir Gudang highway. need improvement is the water pressure at 2nd floor is very very small until you only can shower using water paip. in future have any renovation, can change the heater with built in pump

Overall is acceptable at this price. Facilities a bit old, no hanger provided, shower water pressure not strong enough.

i will not recommanded for single bedroom. Bed is too small for me. very uncomfortable room. electricity suddenly cut down

Nice refurbished budget hotel”

Stayed at new renovated room. No lift to the 3rd floor. Simple basic amenities with good wifi connection. A bit away from the main area. The only issue during my stay is the smoke odor is too strong in the room.
